I really appreciate the way that Anita Ford handled my buying process. It was with such a great service. She didn?t leave any stones unturned. Even the finance department went above and beyond to make sure that I had what I needed when buying my truck. I just want to say thank you to each and everyone one who took the time out to make this happen for me.

2021 Ford EcoSport review
My favourite car ever. Great inside and out. The rear wiper is perfect as are the front wipers, although it's easy to accidentally activate them. You'll need to adjust your seat for a perfect fit, bit once you find it, it's great. The bank seat could use more legroom, but otherwise it's great.

Got this over a month ago.Enjoy the vehicle. No major issues.Just since its a 4 cylinder the pick up speed is lagging, especially merging onto a highway. But once your on,all good.

Murgado Ford of Chicago review
I had the pleasure of working with Tray at Murgado Ford of Chicago while looking for a 2024 Lincoln Nautilus Reserve AWD for my wife. From the moment I reached out by phone to inquire about the vehicle Stock: 24L117, Tray was incredibly personable and transparent. He took the time to provide me with all the information I needed, making me feel at ease about the purchase. With a growing family, including one child and another expected in May, it's important to make the right choice, and Tray made the entire process smooth and stress-free. His professionalism and genuine care for my needs were evident, and I truly appreciate his efforts in helping us find the perfect vehicle. I highly recommend Tray and Murgado Ford for anyone in the market for a new car!

Stan Gibson is definitely the salesman you want to see when in the market. He isn’t the typical just buy from me salesman he makes Conversation to figure out what your needs and wants in a new car are. He goes above and beyond for all of his customers regardless of how much you’re willing to spend. More dealership out there need them a Stan.

Let's start with there's a reason I have bought 9 vehicles from Jim Crosswell. This guy will guarantee you the best deal on anything he's selling, he's the best very professional. One of the things I like there's no pressure to buy a vehicle. This guy will take time from his busy day and make it work for you. And everyone from the people selling the cars to service department and his whole staff 1st class. When I walk into his dealership I feel comfortable and not pressured to buy anything. Crosswell Ford is the place to go. Thanks Jim!!! and everyone else that has put up with me at Crosswell Ford.

Chuck Was Amazing!!! I Have Had Some Trouble With Credit In The Past Chuck Got Me A Great Rate And Perfect Payment Dealership Is Wonderful Too Not Your Typical Used Car Lot Very Clean And Modern And There Cars And Trucks Are Very Clean
2021 Ford EcoSport review
My mom had a kid pull out in front of her Taurus and they totaled it, so She asked me to find a car. Found the Ecosport as a used car at a good price. Dealer installed Factory style leather seat covers in place of the cloth. Ma got to drive it twice and it was passed to me. I'm glad I picked it. Tests show 0-60 in 10-11 seconds with the little 3 cylinder. I made it in 12 but going a little up hill. It has enough pep for running around but gets fantastic mileage. I teased my wife when I fill up for $23 and get 300+ miles and she fills her jeep for $60 and shows 285 miles. I traded from a lifted 2 door jeep to the Ecosport and I am happy driving it. I upgraded the radio from the 4" to the 8" with nav. Great choice...A great little fun driver. I got in the back seat to see if the reviews were right and I had plenty of leg room for a small car. I'm 5'11" and 200# but everything fits well. I like the fact that I don't have to crawl in like my sons Subaawoo. I get in and out with ease due to the tall stance. I'm planning to put on All Terrain tires when the time comes.

2022 Ford EcoSport review
New 2 weeks ago today. This car is not intended for family vacation. I use it as a daily driver a 100 miles round trip. I got the mid-grade trim package heated seats moon roof. it has a small gas tank 13.9 gallon. I question the MPGs as advertised but its ok at 27 mpg all highway. It will fit 4 people but i believe Ford didnt intend for it to be a vacation car but a general purpose of getting back and forth to work car.So far so good only time will tell.

West Chicago Auto MallReviews
West Chicago Auto Mall review
I had an excellent experience at West Chicago Auto Mall. I brought my car in for a full service that included brake work (new rotors and pads), spark plug replacement, transmission service with filter replacement, and a complete vehicle inspection. The entire process was professional, honest, and completed with great attention to detail. Manager Sebastian made sure everything was explained clearly and kept me updated throughout the service. Mechanic Paul did outstanding work on my vehicle — the car drives smoother, brakes perfectly, and everything feels like new again. It’s hard to find a shop that combines quality work, fair pricing, and great customer service, but West Chicago Auto Mall definitely delivered. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy and skilled automotive service

My salesman was Jim Miller. Jim was great. The car was clean and ready for a test drive. And the sale paperwork was prepared. The purchase was easy. I give this dealership my highest recommendation.
2020 Ford EcoSport review
I would just like the first start with I worked for Ford so I will say if you have the 1.0 eco-boost engine there are a lot of issues…. But with that said, I have the 2.0 four-wheel-drive, and it is absolutely an amazing vehicle. Super loaded. I have heated seats sunroof, heated, steering wheel, navigation , lane, keep and more I love the way the trunk opens sideways instead of up! It is very peppy and again as long as you have the 2.0 and not the 1.0 very reliable.

Carvibe LLC review
Really nice dealership, friendly staff, good choice of vehicles. It was a pleasure to buy a car here
2019 Ford EcoSport review
The car is greater than the sum of its parts. I think it was a bit overpriced for what it was when it was released here in America - but as a used car it is great. It is 2026 and I just bought a 2019 2.0 4cyl SES with 25K miles for my 16 year old daughter. It is the cutest thing - like a VW bug of yore. I really like it and find reasons to drive it. I am 6' tall and feel very comfortable in the driver's seat. It is easy to maneuver and I find the car inside and out very simple but elegant and unpretentious. If you need a little more zip merging onto the highway drop it into S mode and it does the job. It is a great car for her to gain driving skills while going to school and volleyball.

Leased this car for transportation to start new school semester on the Friday before COVID started. Just finished the lease and decided to pay off the balance. Has excellent power and everything is easy to operate. Only 1 small issue and its the limited space for passengers in the back seat. Other than that my local dealer does my service and it runs like a champ.

Happy with the low pressure sales crew of Carmax... their easy reservation process and no haggle prices.
2019 Ford EcoSport review
We got a slightly used Ecosport 2.0 liter for driving around town. With the exception of a fluky failure of a CV axle at 24,000 miles it has been fine. That was fixed under warranty. Due to unforeseen circumstances this became our primary vehicle and we drove thousands of miles across the country, Gas mileage isn't good but it goes great in the snow due to the 4WD. We're satisfied and it has been a good value for the money.
