Although I purchased my Edge used in 2019, it has given me one issue, but Good news! When I took my car to Ford’s dealership to repair, I learnt it was covered completely due to a recalled. The only thing they didn’t do was a “complimentary car wash, that I’m used to having. Nevertheless, the service was taken care of in a timely manner. In spite of one worst winter storm in the South.

I have the V6 and it has run flawlessly Only problem I had with the whole car was the passenger seat belt we had it replaced once under warranty and then it did it again just locks up

When you put money down on a vehicle, make sure it is very clear what is to be fixed on the Buyer's Order and ensure everything was done before accepting delivery. My salesman was Peter, he did not return one phone call and my interest started slipping then. I spoke to another salesman, Mo(?), who told me dealer policy is money cannot be EFT'd into dealership's account, so I'd had enough and that killed the deal right there. There seem to be many phone numbers associated with the dealership which is great, but they ALL go unanswered, so what's the point? Again, the cars are what's important, and the vehicles they carry are as good as can be expected with the mileage. If you're on a budget, this appears to be a decent place to go. Apparently you must be willing to be persistent, which I was not.
