Cory was professional and very efficient! Very helpful in the process of selecting the vehicle we wanted.
2017 Ford Edge review
We own this vehicle , it currently has 70,000 kms . We have had zero issues with it . The only fault of ford is that you have to pay to have new gps software installed and it won’t update automatically with wifi . The neighbourhood we live in is brand new so we needed to connect our phones to find anything when we moved here in 2019 .

2017 Ford Edge review
If you plan on buying a ford edge from 2017, or anywhere between 2015-18, I implore you to make sure that you buy a used one. Why, because if it has over 100k miles on it, there's a good chance it had a good gen 1 engine in it or already had the cracked gen 1 engine in it replaced with a new gen 2 engine in it that won't crack anytime soon. This is a known problem with the ford edges and other models that come with that specific first generation model inline 4-cylinder between the 80k-100k miles marker, Ford knows about it and a recall should be issued but they won't be doing that anytime soon. So, if you by a ford edge with under 60k miles on it like I did, immediately purchase the 50k miles powertrain warranty at designated ford dealer, and if the car is a CPO get the 100k miles warranty no matter what the miles on it currently are, you no idea if the engine you got is going to crack, so make sure you get the warranty plan that will cover replacing the engine and anything else that goes wrong with the needed number of miles to cover the 80k-100k miles marker; my edge almost made it to 100k miles before it cracked. And because the new engine put so much back pressure on the old transmission, the engine killed the transmission, so I got that replaced too! $205 deductible later, and I essentially got an entire new car, I'll drive the thing till the wheels fall off at this point.

I bought a 05 dodge ram 2500 cummins From Air City Motors it appeared to be in great condition when i purchased it but had some issues that me nor John knew about at the time. This vehicle was a big investment for me and i was heartbroken to find these hidden problems. John and Air City Motors helped me with the repairs and got me back on the road. 2017 Ford Edge review
Gelreat car for the most part. I got it used with 125k miles. So far so good knock on wood on engine coolant leak issues. But the only downside and i've never had major bad luck with ford. Except on those junky focus transmissions 2012 to 2018. Well I got 170k miles on it and my flex plate is bad or cracked. My understanding is the issue is cause by torque converter weld stud bolts not welded properly from factory. I have been confirmed by my mechanic that it is flex plate rattle. Whats crazy is there is a csp on it for that same flex plate rattle but im over the 120k mile mark. But other ford edges with my same 2.0 engine on the 2017 year model have a recall for torque converter welds and recalls are unlimited mileage. I think thats what caused my flex plate issue. I understand normal wear and tear but 170k mile when i have taken care of it, that dont seem fair.

Great dealership, very clean with relaxing atmosphere and chill music, no pressure at all, just great customer service from very nice, beautiful by the way, and professional people.
2017 Ford Edge review
We purchased our 2017 Edge used from our favorite Ford salesman and dealership. This was after having leased several new Ford Edges over the years. We elected to purchase a used Edge due to our outstanding experiences with them. We’re retired and drive very little these days so we couldn’t see a need for another brand new leased car that sits 95% of the time. We’ve had our 2017 V-6 for just over two years and it’s just over 87,000 miles. The car looks great, runs great and we plan on keeping it for the foreseeable future.

2017 Ford Edge review
I purchased this vehicle used, with rust issues. And made the dealership paint the under belly. I did have to get a brand new motor due to some issue but it was under warrantee so no cost to me. Other than that I haven't had any major issues with the vehicle and I have owned it for 5 years now and love it! I'm not sure why they stopped making this vehicle it's so much better than the escape

CarMax IndependenceReviews
CarMax Independence review
Just recently purchased a Nissan Kicks at the Independence CarMax, we had previously purchased a Nissan Sentra {about 2 weeks prior) but we found it eventually getting into the vehicle difficult for the age as I am getting older (seventies in my case) the Kicks we have now is a wonderful vehicle. Rick Gross was our salesperson. He did a wonderful job explaining every aspect of our purchase. Matthew and Sharon handle the financial side of our purchase and also was clear on 30-day refund policy and purchase of our Kicks. I would highly recommend this CarMax in Independence; they took time to give us peace of mind on our new Nissan Kicks.

Honda of Marysville - OH review
Took vehicle in for new tires and TPMS sensors. There was a miscommunication concerning the sensors and they did not have 4 OEM units in stock. Lillian was the service writer and she twisted arms and worked a miracle to get the missing sensors delivered within a couple of hours. She kept us informed during the process and was very understanding of the situation. Lillian gets 5 Gold stars for her outstanding performance.
