Went looking for a truck. Brent was able to answer all the questions I had for what I was looking for in a truck. He had the patients to lets me see all the trucks I wanted to look at. Let me test drive the ones I liked. Was able to lead me thru the financing with the great help of Cindy. They found the best rates and payments that fit me. What a wonderful experience. Thank you both for all your hard work and working with me.
Wow what a great team that Taylor Ford dealership has. I work with Jamie Miller In the purchasing of a preowned 2010 F150 4 x 4. I believe she went beyond her responsibilities as far as the sales person goes to make sure that I can get into the truck, she put me in touch with Cindy Roy in the financing department I was able to drive my new truck home that day. I bought a pre-owned vehicle from this dealership. The pre-owned sales manager, Mark Lange, absolutely amazed with his willingness to go above and beyond and help get you the car you really want. He did all the extras that make you feel really good about a deal. I love my new to me car but love that the first time I bought from a dealership, my preconceived notions of salesman and treatment were dashed. Mark is really knowledgeable and will do whatever is in his power to make what YOU want happen for you. Steve Eby is also exceptional, he did everything he had in his power to do as well! Guy, the finance manager for that section was also very helpful. Thank you Mark!!!
The lease on my 2015 C-Max ended and I needed to lease another vehicle. Unfortunately, Ford has discontinued the C-Max, which I loved, so I selected an Escape. Love the care and the dealership and sales person were outstanding. I had been using the dealership for service on the C-Max because it's less than a mile from where I work. They have been excellent as s service option so I figured I should buy my next vehicle from them. Everything worked out perfectly.

I leased another car today 10/24/2018. It's my 3rd from Hines Park. The reason I've returned 3 times is Delores Sciberras. I have just retired needed to save money. I thought it was a long shot , to turn my lease in early and lease a new car. The payment is actually less. I thought it was a long shot. Delores made it happen, she's honest tells it like it is. Saving as much money for the customer, very knowledgeable goes out of her way. I'm a Ford retiree whose family members come to when they need a truck or car. I've dealt with lots of car dealers, Hines Park by far is the best. Why, because they have Delores Sciberras.The art of selling a car with honesty. Something thats unfortunately is rare at other car dealers.
I had a awesome experience at this location with Gary K. I browsed several cars online , so I already had a list of what i wanted when I went in. Gary was friendly and very helpful in getting me what i want and let me test drive several cars before I chose what I want.
At the age of 64, I finally got to buy a good car! After all the jokes about car salesmen and bad stories, I actually took my younger brother with me for this experience. I arrived at Elder Ford at 10am to look there. I was greeted by Mike Hennigar. I told him what I needed and what my parameters were. I was honest and told him my budget. At this point he called a young gentleman named Mitch, he had already explained what I needed to get me into the car of my dreams! HaHa! Together we looked at about 40 cars on a computer, I chose the 5 I wanted to see. He went and got the cars, brought them right to me one by one, and I drove them all with Mitch in the car. About 3 hours later I chose the car I wanted! Now they had to find a financier for my car! In an hour they came out smiling I WAS FINANCED! But it didn't stop there. They took the car and cleaned it up beautiful and FILLED it with gas. Scott the finance officer answered all my questions and then followed up with calls to inform me all had went well.
One week later Mitch called me to see if I was enjoying my new car. I WAS!
My first experience with the "Big Bad" car salesman was wonderful, everything I wanted and more! Would recommend them to everyone. I am looking forward to living long enough to go, when its time, and buy my next car fro ELDER FORD!! Thanks for the great car buying experience!
I had a horrible experience at this dealer but i can't blame the salesman Mike C. He did the best job he could with the process he was givin. He was courteous and polite and tried to handle the issues but his hands were tied by the useless policies and people above him. I would deal with Mike again but never the dealer. Being big and forgetting how to take care of the customer is what the dealer forgot how to do.
