This is our second Ford Edge, this one being a 2017 Sport, and the last a 2011 Sport. We haven’t owned the 2017 but one month, but the miles driven so far remind us of the Great ownership experience of the 2011 which we owned for 11 trouble free years. I expect the same experience from this 2017 as well, due to the manner in which we maintain our vehicles.Although the Edge is a great vehicle, maintenance is key to a lasting vehicle ownership experience.

I had a 2018 Titanium Edge which I loved for its comfort, smooth ride, trouble free mechanics, and looks but wanted to move up to the available driver assistance/safety features. The 2021 features those nicely. I have the Titanium again which I think is worth the extra cost. The cooled seats are better than vented A/C alone. The '21 has a 4 cylinder paired with an eight-speed transmission. That is good with a small gain in gas mileage but not as smooth as the '18 six-cylinder. My main complaint is the tablet-sized control touch-screen which has all the adjustments for interior climate. It can take two touches (or a touch and a slide) to make some adjustments and can draw one's attention off the road for too long if you're not careful. The missing knobs and buttons would be way better.

I have a 2018 Edge Titiaum with just over 15,000 miles. Could not get the cruise control to work. Dealer just informed me it is going to need a module costing over 17,000 , plus 300.00 labor. Seems this part should last longer than 15.000 miles.

The first time I bought a car (not from CarMax) it was a terrible experience and I was stuck with a hunk of junk that was worth far less than what I owed. I love my car and recently purchased it from a dealership as a former rental. It handles well and has an extremely smooth ride, the moon roof provides extra light even when it is a cloudy day !!

First time buying a car on my own and these guys made it super easy! Nate and Sammy were my salesmen and they were phenomenal to work with. They both made me feel super comfortable and were very willing to answer my million questions. There was complete transparency with the financial side of things and I never once felt like I was being haggled or upsold. I actually ended up changing my mind on the car within the first 5 days, so I came back and swapped it for the one I really wanted and I was kind of surprised at how easy this process was. They even took the time to have it cleaned up again while I was filling out the paperwork so I could leave in a shiny new car that wasn't covered in pollen! All in all it was a great experience and I would definitely buy another car here in the future.

So far, I love my Edge - 3 weeks owned. It is roomy and has leather, heated seats and knows how to parallel park which I haven't used yet. It seems to get good gas milage and ready to take it on a trip up north this weekend. We carry with us our "stuff" and two cats and they will have plenty of room to lounge as we drive when we put the seats down in the back. It was a good buying experience at Royal Oak Ford as I had to have a vehicle after my Ford Escape was totaled in a hit and run accident, I need a dependable vehicle that had plenty of room to haul food for Blessings In A Backpack. It was a good fit!

Came in on a Sunday browsing for a car for my MIL...had a decent idea of what we wanted, and had set parameters. From checking in with Ms LaBarbara, to meeting Khalil and being helped by both him and Paschell, our experience was wonderful. There was no pushy sales tactics, no xx negotiations. You can browse the lot yourself to get an idea of the inventory, and ask them to pull certain cars to test drive / they can find you some options. My MIL specifically wanted to check out a Hyundai Kona, but we only saw an electric one on the lot. We mentioned it off-hand to give them an idea of what we were thinking of, and they actually found the perfect car - within our mileage parameters and price point! Financing and paperwork was a breeze, and everything was very well explained. Overall, just a fantastic experience! Thank you all!!

Best used vehicle I have ever purchased!! The V-6 on my SEL makes it fun to drive, although it is a bit of a gas guzzler. I don't care because I put more priority on get up and go then MPG!

But one thing I brought 18000 Ford Escape it came with one key it a feature on car u can setup under the mykey program system…..they made me buy the spare key for the car which I just purchased two days ago….Bad Business…but great customer service🤣🤣🤣🤷‍♂️

Until 2017, my wife and I had been driving only 4WD vehicles (Bronco, Explorer, two Expeditions) and then we bought a used but fairly dressed up 2013 Edge SEL AWD (Nav, BLIS, V6) and immediately fell in love with it. No major issues except one brake problem which was totally corrected by the dealer for a teeth jarring $800! But it performed very well (not like a Corvette!) with 280 HP and really tight steering. So, when it came time to sell my second Expedition, I took the old Edge and we bought HER a ‘19 ST with the Performance Blue exterior. This one truly drives like a dream even when it’s not in sport mode! It’s fully loaded except for performance brakes but the brakes in the ST are beefed up anyway so the two Edges really drive differently. We will be 80 soon and this car will see us out! I hope we can avoid a speeding ticket!!!!?

In three years of owning it car has preformed unwavering. Has plenty of power when needed. Always reliable. Everything has worked flawlessly. Styling always a strong point. Could not be more happy with my edge.

My husband found this titanium edge in my favorite Candy Apple Red color and bought it for me for Mothers Day 2023 and this is the most luxurious suv ever!! This thing is fully loaded with things I would have never thought of. The two-tone interior is gorgeous!! So spacious inside. Love the remote start! Cooling seats are fabulous in Florida. Entire top is a sunroof which is gorgeous. Sound system is better than a Bose! Love that I control my seat settings and it allows for another driver to do the same thing through memory. This vehicle is just the top of the line!! Love EVERYTHING about it! Highly recommend!!!

I bought my 2015 Ford Edge used, from a great Idaho dealership! I drive for a living, so it definitely needs to be reliable, and it has to have power to climb the 7% grade that's over 6 miles long, just to leave town. I think for the price the quality is exceptional! The comfort and safety I feel behind the wheel is great! I would expect no less from a Ford.. and it has kept me smiling!

The short story... a really great vehicle. When I started my vehicle search, this vehicle wasn't on my list. I read about it in a review of the category and thought I would take it for a test drive and now I own it. It has everything I wanted in a vehicle and more. Purchased CPO SEL model with 14k miles. Nice looking exterior, very comfortable interior. The seats are great. Very quiet cabin. 0 to 60 speed is very acceptable. Loaded with features. A very enjoyable ride. My only negatives... good, not great sound system. No seat memory settings. All that said, I recommend you buy one.

When you are looking for an outstanding well kept luxury vehicle, with great quality but without the rip you off price. Including outstanding service with the entire car buying process. You must come here. Words cannot describe how satisfied I am with my experience with that team.

I recently purchased a used 4 runner from Leith Lincoln and worked with Henry. He was great to work with and made the process super easy. Ford Edge ST 2022. This car is very well designed and Ford has had the time to perfect the details since it was first introduced. It is a mid-size SUV with a very comfortable interior, ample legroom front and back, and large trunk space. The ST model (V6 twin-turbo) drives like a sports car; and it is so fun to drive. I cannot imagine why Ford is discontinuing its production. I hope to keep this one for at least five years. Not to mention reasonably priced in comparison to similar models; look up especially the horse-power when comparing.

I went to this location after totaling my brand new car and I was in need of a used car. I went in and enjoyed the process from start to finish. After meeting with a salesman for a little bit, I was able to walk around and check out the lot without someone hovering over my shoulder. Once I decided on my choice, all of the paperwork from start to finish was run right in front of me without any disappearing to a back room or talking to the manager. When I am in need of another used vehicle, this will definitely be my first stop!!
