The Edge is a quiet, smooth ride. Love taking this vehicle for extended destinations, because the leather seats are so comfortable.
The brakes are EXTREMELY touchy. I spoke to the dealership and the man I spoke to said his wife has the same vehicle and this is her complaint also. When the brake pads are cold, even if tippy barely touch them you stop suddenly.

Great comfort front and back seats. Display is large enough to see while driving without taking eyes off road to focus....navigation awful. Takes me past places I am looking for, when I use voice commands it calls wrong people, also some buttons so small you really need to make sure you get familiar with vehicle so you can press when needed. Once in a while I detect a hesitation with the tranny, but then it picks up speed again. Trunk one button great feature, twice I stood by it with keys in hand and it started closing on me, I lived. Yes great vehicle. I feel secure and comfortable.
Josh was an excellent listener and very patient during our car shopping experience. He instilled confidence and trust in Classic and gave a sense of relief to dealing with the final decision to buy a car. I’m appreciative of the care and details of everyone we encountered! Thank you!

This car has meet all of my needs for driving since I drive for work it’s been really good in the winter months of Minnesota
We had a great experience purchasing this vehicle for our son. Our salesman wanted us to get the best vehicle value for our budget. We felt going in we might purchase an Explorer but we were given options based on our price point that we were working with. As it turned out we purchased an F 150 pickup. Our son was beyond excited and we felt we came out with a great vehicle for him. We had a great experience. We were in and out in a short period of time too. We would highly recommend Utter Family Ford.
V4 is a pouch, go for the V6

Test drove both the V4 with turbos, don't bother...it's too big of a vehicle and takes 10 years to get up to highway speed. The V6 is much better fit for the size. Very roomy, excellent cargo space. Plenty of leg room in the back seat. I took out the SEL and Titanium and the leather is sharp and nav is easy to use. Prices seem very reasonable for the options you get. My only watch out is that this is a SUV not a cross over. Felt more like my husbands F150 than my Rav4.
My Explorer had contaminated fuel. Everyone in the Service Dept treated me as if I we their only Customer. The Service writer Jason Weaver patiently took my daily phone calls and was very pleasant to work with. The Service Manager, David Pryor, and the Shop Foreman, Ben Aukes, took the time to meet with my husband and I and the gas station's investigator to explain to him how the fuel seriously damaged my vehicle. Most dealerships would have just repaired my vehicle, took my money and let this be my problem. Bob Utter took great care of me and my vehicle.

Is a great sized SUV. Bigger than the compact suvs, but not a monster. Gets great gas mileage, handles well, easy to park and maneuver. Wonderful for a family with a dog, plenty of cargo room for luggage and out 70lb dog. Look forward to having this Edge for years.
I've been to every dealership in the Sherman-Denison area. I always buy from Hoyte though. They treat you fair and give you fair prices. Randy in the used car sales is the best. I always enjoy working with him. The service department at Hoyte is always friendly. Every time I have a question Sam will always try and get me an answer.

Room and safety for family. We have two kids both with car seats and there is plenty of room. All wheel drive works in snow (WV winter tested). Plenty of cargo room. Can handle four adults comfortably as well. A bit pricey out of dealership, but hope it lasts to make up for that.
Best Service dept I have ever worked with. My wife or I have no worries as the Service Dept call, leaves text whatever needed to keep our car on the road. We just have to tell them where the car is for oil changes, etc...and they come get it and take care of everything.
The service dept alone will sell the next car

The ride is nice, great for long distance driving. The size of the car is exactly what I needed since I have a disabled child who uses a wheelchair that I need to transport. This car is exactly what we needed to make our lives a little easier. We could not do it otherwise. I love this car!
As a second purchase from Holiday Ford, this re-affirmed my opinion of a wonderful dealer to purchase a vehicle from. Sales person Shawn Davis professionally and efficiently provided an excellent sales experience. Negotiated price was very fair and quickly achieved. INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! EXCELLENT SALES STAFF!!!! We purchased a used pickup truck for my son who is 18. He worked all summer and saved his money up to buy the truck he REALLY wanted. Two weeks into owning it and paying cash for it ($9500.00) the truck just stopped. Dead. I called Joey the Service Manager there and they got it in ASAP. I was having to leave town and explained the urgency of getting this vehicle fixed so that my son could have wheels while I was out. Joey and his team worked diligently and got it fixed in less than two days! Constant phone contact, emailing and wonderful communication by them to keep us in the loop and get the job done on time and NO CHARGE! I can't begin to tell you how this kind of services does NOT EXIST in the city at the city dealerships! This is the second vehicle I bought from this dealership and the second one I bought this year. (two teenagers driving age) I can tell you that Bonham Chrysler Dodge beat the city dealership HANDS-DOWN. No comparison at all! The city dealership could give two flips that my kid was driving a car with issues that they sold me, but not this dealership. I could keep going on but it is clear that Bonham Chrysler Dodge takes pride in their inventory used or new, takes pride in their customer service. They walk the walk, they put their money where their mouth is and the DELIVER! Don't waste your time with anybody else!

This vehicle has met all my needs and more. It has been a very dependable vehicle. Very safe and handles great. It handles great and gives me a nice smooth ride.
I bought a new Ford in 2013 from Holiday Ford. So when I was looking for a new Chevrolet I thought I would check the website and see if they had what I was looking for. Sent an inquiry and Nic called me. The truck I found wasn't what I was looking for but Nic suggested another that was exactly what I needed. Bonus the price was less. Made the drive from Oklahoma to test drive and start the paperwork. Start to finish a great experience. Right truck right price Thanks Nic.

It's that beautiful royal blue color and a very nice design and the 2nd nicest car we've owned, which slightly clouded our attempted objectivity. Consumer Reports shows it well in lots of ways for the middle size vehicle we need. The legroom is nicely more than our van had, the passenger seat is more comfortable than vans we drove and it is nice and quiet while driving. There are some suggestions I would tell Ford about the too small size of the cruise control, the wasted space full of small letters on the driver menu screen, about the lack of vision to the outside over the driver's right shoulder or out the small back window thanks to the backseat headrests. I'm waiting for the 19-27 mpg but I'm not an "ease into it" in the city or slow highway driver. It drives very nicely!

This car has met all our needs. Comfortable ride over long distance trip, plenty of room for cargo and/it additional passengers. Great for personal electronics front and back and plenty of safety features.
Other dealerships were telling me it would be 4-5 days just to diagnose and wouldn’t give a loaner car while they diagnosed it. Red River diagnosed and fixed it same day and replaced all 4 tires.
Very reliable in every way.
