I would like to tell you about my experience purchasing my 2013 Ford Edge. Most of the time when you go to purchase a new car it is because you want to , or its time . My situation was a little different. You see I had gotten into a bad car accident and while I was not seriously injured and I was able to walk away . The car I had at the time did not do as well. She was totaled! I called and asked for Marissa and Mike ( by suggestion of my son Josh, who used to work at Flood Ford) and what I want people to know is how professional, respectful , friendly, and kind these 2 are to deal with . When I told Marissa what I wanted she just made it happen. She never tried to over sell me into a car I could not afford , and was very sensitive to the fact that I would need the car that night . Not only did I get the car I wanted , she made sure it was cleaned and prepped before I got to the dealership. The financial paperwork was prepped while we waited but only took a short time and Joe was wonderful . To top things off , a few days after I purchased my car , the check engine light came on. I called Marissa and she told me to come in leave the car to make sure my car was in good working condition .In addition , and she provided me with a loaner and so when I came back to pick up my car it was cleaned and repaired and no charge to me at all!!! I will happily refer and recommend Marissa & Mike Jr. to all of my friends , relatives , co-workers and clients. Thank you very much for all you have done . This is my third and my wife???s second Mazda leased/financed through Tasca. Bayo Dina is the best car salesman with whom I have ever had the pleasure of working. He is patient and does not push the sale. The first time I purchased a Mazda from Tasca, the CX-5 was the first car in its class that I test drove. Bayo allowed me to just walk out when I explained to him that I wanted to do my homework by test driving many vehicles, but he added, ???You???ll be back for this car.??? He was right, and I just leased my third Mazda, a 2018 Mazda CX-9. His honesty is by far his greatest strength (which is not common of car salesmen). When I was browsing for a CX-9 back in July, Bayo looked into my current lease and explained that due to the negative equity in the current vehicle, it wouldn???t make sense to drive one car while paying for two. Most salesmen wouldn???t have explained that and would have just wrapped that negative equity into a new lease payment. My kids love him so much they often want to go visit him when they have a day off from school. He makes you feel like part of the Tasca family. Shop at Tasca, and ask for Bayo. The finance department does everything in their power to get you the best payment possible, and Bernie is an amazing sales manager, willing to work with you on your wants/needs.

My experience with Stamas has been more than just a good one, this dealership and the Family that works to keep it moving forward have treated me more the fair.. No bull$***.. The entire finance process did take some time and more importantly they beat the finance offers of two other lenders, I was told they would and they did.. There was an issue with the radiator and line that I was concerned about , I was instructed to bring in and they would diagnose it for me.. To make a long story short everything was taken care of in a timely way and my 2009 silverado 1500 is running well.. Thanks to the entire STAMAS team .... DP

It has a powerful 3.5 V-6 engine and 6-speed transmission. You can feel how solid the car was built. Seats are comfortable and easily adjustable. There are too many options to list but it is a great vehicle for a tech savvy person. Plenty of leg room and storage for a mid-size vehicle.

This is my second vehicle purchased from Vroom in the last 12 months, and I can't imagine ever buying a used car from a brick-and-mortar dealership again. Vroom offers a terrific selection of late model used vehicles. The pictures really make it easy to know what the car looks like. I purchased a 2015 BMW 5-series, and the Vroom price compared to a similar make/model/mileage vehicle from CarMax was $3,000+ cheaper. I selected my vehicle over a few weeks of looking at photos. I filled out a credit application online, and they immediately called me to finalize the app, discuss rates and payments, and to get my $500 deposit. I received a loan package via FedEx 2 days later, signed all the paperwork, and sent it back in the pre-paid FedEx envelope they provided. About 3 days later, I started getting emails to schedule delivery. The process only took 9 business days from the moment I made the deposit to the moment I got my vehicle. The vehicle was clean, just as described, and runs great. Now I just need to get a state inspection and add this to my insurance policy, and the tags will be mailed to me in a few weeks. Thankfully, Vroom gives me a 60-day temp tag so there is ample time to receive the plates. I am a car enthusiast! I spend way too much on cars ??? but I work 24/7 and it???s my only hobby. This review will be a bit on the long side, simply because I have so much to say about my experience with Vroom. My wife gets frustrated with me because I talk so often about how amazed I am with Vroom in every aspect! I bought my first car in 1968. Back then I couldn???t afford much, but since about 1979 I???ve purchased some very cool cars. I even bought a brand new Rolls Royce back in 1985. I???ve owned: exactly 10 Mercedes, Jaguar, Ferrari, Audi R8, BMW, Range Rover and several others. So when it comes to dealing with car dealerships, I feel like I???ve become rather expert ??? AND a huge skeptic of car dealerships!!! When you buy a high-end car, you lose SOOO MUCH money, as soon as you drive it off the showroom floor. So the last time we purchased cars, we decided to purchase nearly-new cars with very low mileage on them. We bought an Audi R8 and a Mercedes SL63. And it turned out GREAT. No regrets. So now it was time to sell those cars and buy two more. I happened across Vroom.com in my Internet search, and found the perfect cars for both my wife and I at the same place ??? Vroom.com. The cars are nearly identical to the same cars we???ve been driving, but just newer. A 2014 Audi R8 and a 2014 SL63 ??? both with about 3,500 miles on them. Even the same colors as our previous cars. I got bids from several companies to sell our cars to. Vroom offered the highest amounts on both of our cars!! And it was FAR easier to sell to them than any other company. Unbelievably simple! And the prices for the newer 2014 cars was extremely fair. I flew out from South Orange County, California to Vroom to look at and drive both cars. Vroom picked me up at the airport and brought me back to the airport. I was extremely impressed with Vroom and their showroom. And without exception, every single person I???ve spoken with and dealt with at Vroom has been not only helpful and enthusiastic, but GENUINELY concerned about making me happy. Even after the sale they keep contacting me to see how I???m doing and to ask if there???s anything that I need. They got me great financing! Less than 3% interest rate. I had no clue that you could do that with a ???used??? car. No other buying or trade-in experience I???ve ever had comes even close to how great, simple and fast this was. Oh???and they shipped the cars from Texas to us at NO CHARGE, and picked up our two cars at the same time. And the nice young man who delivered the cars was fabulous. He was so very, very careful with our cars. And not only do they have their guarantee ??? I believe you have a week or so to drive the car, and if you don???t like it, they will take the car back. They even told me several times (even after I???d purchased the cars) that if for some reason we decided we did not want the cars, they would come pick them up and truck them back to Texas at NO COST to use. Unbelievable!! Well, my wife is now also so impressed that she no longer is frustrated with me for talking about Vroom so much, and telling all my friends. In fact, I???ve already asked Vroom to look for a car for my daughter. I now would not think of getting her car anywhere else than Vroom. I mentioned before that I???m a skeptic when it comes to car salesmen and dealerships. So if I was you reading this, the first thing I???d wonder is, ???Why is this guy writing this review? Are they paying him???..???? Well, I don???t know any of the people at Vroom. I spent so much time on this review simply because I believe that when people deserve credit, and they treat you so nicely, you should reciprocate and sing their praises. My name is Dr. Rod Kurthy. I was referred to Texas Direct Auto/Vroom by a good friend and I???m glad I decided to go with them for my car purchase! I initially got Billie as my car sales personnel, but she seemed to be very pushy and just aiming to make quick sale; which is something that made me very uncomfortable. After speaking with her for a while I advised I would give her a call back to speak with my financial advisor on proceeding further on this process with Vroom. When I called back I got a different agent that saw in the system that saw I was talking to Billie and advised me that she would give me a call back in 5 mins, well 30 mins passed and I called back upset because I did not hear back from her after she ran my credit and didn???t like the fact I wasn???t trying to put 2500 down. My credit score was excellent I had a 740, but I didn???t have enough credit history she said is the reason why she kept asking me to put so much money down on 23k 24k car. The last time I called upset after not hearing anything from her a gentleman by the name of Shannon Humbles answered and I advised him that I did not want to work with Billie anymore because she made me feel very uncomfortable and I felt like she didn???t personally care about helping me through the process of the purchase. Shannon is an ALLSTAR!! He went over and beyond the call of duty to help me make this purchase!!! 7 days later my vehicle sits in my parking garage and I love it! The process was so easy to purchase, I had to put 1500 which is the standard, instead of 2800 that???s Billie was demanding that I put down! Please go with Vroom! I saw a couple bad reviews and I know every process has its flaws, but I???m here to tell you, they work! They are a very good company and I look forward to making another purchase with them for my girlfriend???s Christmas gift! Thanks Shannon and Vroom!!!!

I will say that I was a bit apprehensive after reading some negative reviews; but due to the volume that this dealer ships out, I can only assume that poor experiences are a small percentage of their business practice. I visited Vroom???s website in the evening and decided to purchase my wife a Cadillac SRX. Within minutes I received a call from a sales rep. Within an hour of that initial call, he collected my $500 ???hold fee??? that was later applied to my down payment. The following day, my sales rep called to inform me that financing was secured, even with blemished credit. (Required an additional $600 down payment which I had wire transferred). 3 days later, I received my contract via FedEx, completed it, and shipped it back. Once they received and reviewed, I was sent an email with an expected delivery date. From start to finish, the entire process took 10 days, and we received a used Cadillac SRX in EXCELLENT condition. The interior was spotless. The exterior needed a wash, but it was understandable because the car was shipped from Texas to Florida. I have already recommended this service to others, and will likely use them again. *Car does come with a 60 day temp tag, and I have not heard back from Vroom about acquiring my actual registration and plate. - However, I believe that I still have a couple of weeks left on the current tag.

Vroom personnel were thoroughly professional and I received great value in my trade and new car. I took my car to the local dealer for a through inspection upon free delivery. (Vroom offers a 7 day free return policy.) The BMW service manager told me my 2015 X3 Xdrive28i was in such good shape, it would qualify as a certified per-owned on their lot. I easily could have paid $3K more for the car than I did from Vroom.

Dan Pepper is the guy to see, Dan is the man very friendly awesome to talk to he helped us out when other dealerships bailed out on us and kept giving us excuses. Within a couple of hours he had a whole spread sheet of what payments were, it was unbelievable the other dealerships couldn???t even do that. Dan even waited for us to come in around 6 even though he had to be somewhere at 5, now that???s dedication for a customer to make sure they are 110% satisfied. I have nothing bad at all to say about this Tasca Ford and their employees they are the best in my books. We really love our 2016 Ford Edge Titanium AWD. Good performance and fuel mileage. Only complaint is with the front seats. The bolsters are too high; car should be kitted to comfort, not Sport. Otherwise, it's a great car.

When I spoke with Aaron by phone all I knew was that I wanted some sort of SUV and was curious about lease programs. Aaron was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the different vehicle types/options and details of purchasing vs. leasing a vehicle which made it clear to me that leasing was the right option for me. He was very patient and answered all of my questions (I had a lot!) patiently and clearly. Had a problem with air conditioning shutting down unexpectedly. Took it to Subaru dealership with which I had good dealings with in the past. After inspection, they said that the fan connected to the radiator has broken some of its plastic connections causing it to vibrate more. The computer was sensing the increased vibrations and shutting down the ac to prevent overheating and damage. They recommended replacing the entire radiator for over $1000. They couldn't say that this would fix the problem, but it had to be done first and then more work might be required. Luckily, I took it to Landes Family Auto for a second opinion. In less time than the Subaru dealership took, their mechanics found the following: In addition to the broken connectors there was a nest (chipmunk, squirrel?) wedged between the fan and the radiator which was causing the AC to struggle because air flow was obstructed. They removed the nest, utilized an ingenious workaround for the broken connectors and I was on my way for under $150. It's been 2 years and I haven't had any more issues. I'm a big fan of Landes Family Auto!

So far I must say I have been pretty pleased with the everyone at prestige. Bobby was my salesman and was very up front with me , I did not feel pressured during negotiations and Bobby was up front with me. I like how nobody tried any sketchy sales tactics such as taking my keys; after my trade in was appraised I was given my keys back before negotiations started. I was given more money for my car than any other dealership offered me (including the big guys) Bobby Martin and I sat down and reached a number we both agreed upon , although it was close to closing time for the dealership, I met with finance and was told there was an 80% chance of approval and I would know the next day. The next day I remained in close contact with the Prestige but they still did not hear back from the bank, on the third day, I was informed that I had gotten approved and could come in to finalize paper work. On this day my salesman Bobby came in on his day off to to finalize everything and be sure the truck I bought was clean , he agreed to meet me at 6:00pm and he was there right on time. Bobby was honest and let me know that the vehicle would still need to be serviced and let me know when to call to schedule service. After driving the vehicle, I did notice an exhaust leak , Bobby assured me that they would get this fixed and I spoke to the service department and they scheduled a drop off time for service and agreed to issue me a rental without any hesitation. So far I have nothing to complain about , buying a used vehicle is different from buying a new vehicle and the dealer really makes or breaks the purchase. I will be sure to send all my family and friends to Bobby as long as the final stages of my purchase and the service to the truck is successful and I have no doubts that this will happen and in a short time period. Prestige won't offer you free lunch and a padded waiting area , but to me, that's not the purpose of going to a car dealer, prestige will not heckle you to purchase a car. Prestige will be honest with you and let you know if a deal can be made . When I met with finance for the final time I was told that my interest rate went up a couple percentage points, but I was assured I didn't have to make the deal , the difference was $18 a month and I chose to agree to this , but I wasn't pressured into this. Bobby is an upfront person who won't lead you on and then let you down , I am sure everything will go well with prestige's service department and I will be a happy customer. Thank you to Bobby Martin, Jerry and everyone else who helped me out.

The legroom in both front and back is remarkable. I do wish the seats were a little wider and deeper for the driver but that's a very minor issue. I especially like the quiet ride and the fast pickup from the engine.

I don't like shopping around for used cars, but I must say my wife and I had a positive experience at Colonial South. No high pressure sales. I felt like I was talking to a friend over a cup of coffee. Great experience. Joe Perry was great. He found my wife the owner's manual for the 2011 Honda Fit ! I owned o e for 8 years and totaled it and found a newer one and had to buy it because I NEVER had any issues with it and loved everything about it. The newer ones have 4 cylinders and mine has a V6. I don’t like the newer ones!

First off I think Ford hit the nail squarely on the head when they redesigned the second generation Edge. Styling is cutting edge and the interior is as well appointed as many SUV's costing several thousand more. It rides well and the comfort level goes well beyond other vehicles in its class. Performance, also exceeds my expectations for a vehicle this size.

The look of the Ford Edge is awesome! The options are great but there are a lot of things that annoy me after owning it for a while. Some people may not care about these things as they are trivial. I have the Edge Limited AWD with the Sony radio. Dislikes: I hate that the fan speed is directly in front of the shifter, it makes it very difficult to reach. I understand you can set the speed through the touch screen or even the programmable dash, but even though it's in a bad spot by the shifter, still seems the easiest. I don't like where the door handles are at on the inside of the front doors. It makes it feel difficult to pull the doors close, and then when opening the doors, it's hard to control them (especially in the wind). I don't like that there is no storage space in front of the shifter and that it is below the shifter. I always walk off without things when I put them down there. It bugs me that the back window is so hard to clean. It gets dirty very easily and you can't get a squeegee all the way to the top of the window because the wing hangs down over it. The only way to clean your back window is going through the car wash or with a towel and glass cleaner. I don't like that you can barely fit your arm between the back seat and the roof. If you want to put anything at all in the back, you have to open the back hatch. I also don't like the middle seat having a headrest, it makes it more difficult to see out the rearview mirror. I absolutely HATE that if you keep the car running, it honks twice really loud when you close any door. I got out to go to the house to get my dog, honked twice when I closed the drivers door, then put my dog in the back seat, shut the door and honked again. It also honks when you shut the rear hatch if the fob is not in the vehicle. It's really really annoying! Pros: Very classy and luxury looking. Has plenty of power. Love the programmable dash. Love the vista roof and even though I've never sat in the back seat, I like that they recline. I really like the automatic rear hatch and the fob sensing door handles and keyless pushbutton start. I never have to take the fob out of my pocket. Overall when I look at my Edge, I really like the way it looks and it's comfortable for me. If you can get over the small things above, it's a great vehicle. Those don't affect the way it runs and drives, just annoyances, but I wouldn't buy this vehicle again.
