While a purchase was not made, The sales person we met with was a pleasant change from other dealership sales associates we have encountered. There was absolutely no pressure or pushiness to buy a vehicle. He listened to us, was attentive and very knowledgeable. If they find the right vehicle for us, we will most certainly purchase from McLaughlin Motors.
I expected a higher standard from a Cadillac dealership...

I recently found a beautiful ctsv Cadillac here. I live in southern Indiana, so I had to fly up and get it. On the test drive I noticed a knocking sound from one of the tires. The salesman, kris, informed me it had new brakes, and that was probably the source of the knocking. He assured me it passed the shops checklist to sell, and that it had new brakes and tires. He tried to sell me on the fact it was a brake getting ???broken in??? I explained to him that I had a 6 hour drive home and that I would have it checked out when I arrived home, when it was checked I found that it was a couple hundred dollars worth of repair. Not a huge expense, but aggravating that it was an issue that passed their inspection and now the salesman/dealership won???t claim the issue was there when he sold me the car. I expect a Cadillac dealer to be held to a higher standard... If they respond to this review, and the situation changes, I will let you all know.
It was a pleasant overall experience. My salesman had several options ready and pulled up when I arrived. He helped me make a decision that suited my budget and well above my wants and needs. I also left a personal item in my trade in vehicle and he got it back and offered to bring it to me.
I just turned in my 2016 Forester and drove a 2019 home. I like it even better. Kim was good to me as she has been throughout my last three years lease. I have had no dissatisfaction with service and believe my return as a customer demonstrates my level of comfort
I would like to thank Jason Tim and Jeremy for making me and my family feel immideatly welcome and not inimidated. Everyone was so nice and respectful and all were extremely helpful with every aspect of the sale to me. Jason new exactly what I was looking for Jeremy went out of his way to assist me with the sale and Tim gave me information that makes things o helpful for my first oil change. A warm thank you to the entire lindquist team. A very warm welcoming place to purchase a very quality car. Thank you all for being so knowledgeable. I will definitely go back for my next vehicle purchase to lindquist!
During the process, Tony, a new young salesman, helped me find a truck that met my needs without trying to upsell me. (I hate it when salesmen try to do that!) He was kind and not pushy or weird. Then Javier, one of the sales managers, sat down and professionally helped guide Tony through the whole purchasing process. Together, they made the experience the best car-buying experience I???ve ever had at a Ford dealership. Most car dealerships don???t give a rip about you, but Tony and Javier do. I hope they change the culture of the car business! I got the truck I wanted for a fair price. I can???t speak for the other managers and salesman at Lindquist, but I do recommend highly Tony and Javier!
Had a great experience purchasing my new car because of the great people I worked with! Tony and Javier both were friendly and made me feel comfortable from our first meeting! Cannot say enough nice things about Tony.., he is a fairly new salesman and was able to give or get any information I wanted! Such a polite young man too!
It had been long overdue that I needed to find a new vehicle. I was unsure of what was obtainable as I had only recently started working on my credit. It started off as a simple visit to the dealership just to have a conversation. Within just a few days Javier Calleja and his great team helped place me in a new 2018 Ford Escape. Even when I had doubts of the possibilities he continued to encourage and remind me that he would push hard to make it happen for me. Worked with Tucker Deitz, he had the car ready to go for the test drive, no pressure sales, answered all my questions and I believe I got a really good deal. Process was very simple and I was out of the dealership quickly, so far the car is driving like a champ!
