They are always there when I need them they offer so much to people including while in waiting room,most car dealerships don't offer anything or the comfort as Hampton ford does. First off I think Ford hit the nail squarely on the head when they redesigned the second generation Edge. Styling is cutting edge and the interior is as well appointed as many SUV's costing several thousand more. It rides well and the comfort level goes well beyond other vehicles in its class. Performance, also exceeds my expectations for a vehicle this size.

The look of the Ford Edge is awesome! The options are great but there are a lot of things that annoy me after owning it for a while. Some people may not care about these things as they are trivial. I have the Edge Limited AWD with the Sony radio. Dislikes: I hate that the fan speed is directly in front of the shifter, it makes it very difficult to reach. I understand you can set the speed through the touch screen or even the programmable dash, but even though it's in a bad spot by the shifter, still seems the easiest. I don't like where the door handles are at on the inside of the front doors. It makes it feel difficult to pull the doors close, and then when opening the doors, it's hard to control them (especially in the wind). I don't like that there is no storage space in front of the shifter and that it is below the shifter. I always walk off without things when I put them down there. It bugs me that the back window is so hard to clean. It gets dirty very easily and you can't get a squeegee all the way to the top of the window because the wing hangs down over it. The only way to clean your back window is going through the car wash or with a towel and glass cleaner. I don't like that you can barely fit your arm between the back seat and the roof. If you want to put anything at all in the back, you have to open the back hatch. I also don't like the middle seat having a headrest, it makes it more difficult to see out the rearview mirror. I absolutely HATE that if you keep the car running, it honks twice really loud when you close any door. I got out to go to the house to get my dog, honked twice when I closed the drivers door, then put my dog in the back seat, shut the door and honked again. It also honks when you shut the rear hatch if the fob is not in the vehicle. It's really really annoying! Pros: Very classy and luxury looking. Has plenty of power. Love the programmable dash. Love the vista roof and even though I've never sat in the back seat, I like that they recline. I really like the automatic rear hatch and the fob sensing door handles and keyless pushbutton start. I never have to take the fob out of my pocket. Overall when I look at my Edge, I really like the way it looks and it's comfortable for me. If you can get over the small things above, it's a great vehicle. Those don't affect the way it runs and drives, just annoyances, but I wouldn't buy this vehicle again.

The legroom in both front and back is remarkable. I do wish the seats were a little wider and deeper for the driver but that's a very minor issue. I especially like the quiet ride and the fast pickup from the engine.

all went well-nice waiting area (TV, snacks, drinks) and timely service was appreciated. I am noting a couple of things: outside of car used to be hosed down after service, and that wasn't the case. I was told by service advisor that there were two issues that needed future servicing and an appointment was made for one of them. However, when I called today to have both issues taken care of on the same day (instead of just one), the second issue wasn't found in your notes. Therefore, I am at a loss as to exactly what the second issue was and apparently Portsmouth Ford is also. I believe it had something to do with rear brakes but certainly you should have a record as to what needs to be done. If the time was taken to tell me, the time should have been taken to put in your notes for future reference.

I actually went to buy an explorer and once I drove the edge I was sold. Has alot of leg room and it has all the luxuries I had in my previous vehicle. I love how it hugs the road as well as the feel of safety driving it. I would highly recommend the Ford edge .

My 2013 C-Max Hybrid was due for its 60,000 mile service, and they were able to get it done even though I was only scheduled for the regular maintenance. They always offer a free loaner car during service but I usually prefer to wait. My time is usually very tight and it is convenient for me to work in the lounge or media room while I wait.

I serviced my 2003 Ranger. The service advisor Shane Gronlund was very helpful and treated me very well. Unfortunately my axel needed to be replaced. The repair went well and I have no issues. Shane gave me an estimate on replacing spark plugs fro a 100,000 mile service for future reference. Overall I'm very satisfied.

I purchased a Forester in RI after an exhaustive study of reviews on the "best snow cars". I was initially shocked by the maintenance cost and disappointed in the quality of service I was receiving. I was let down by 2 dealerships before deciding to become an educated consumer. I read many online reviews before scheduling the next big service appointment even though I was concerned that reviews can be skewed or unreliable. Two dealership service departments in MA, NH, RI climbed to the top of my review scale. AutoFair ranked No 1 and Patrick No 2 when I filtered online reviews through my own quality criteria and weight factors... (Yes... I'm an engineer with 35 years of service). Once my first visit at AutoFair was completed, I revisited my review table (Pugh Matrix) and AutoFair has climbed even higher. I do not want to mislead anyone about cost, though. Pricing was NOT one of my evaluation criteria because I have resigned to the fact that Subaru service prices sizzle everywhere. I will also caution that techs can be absent-minded or "miss a spot" under pressure, like everyone else. In this case, the mishap was that I was pulled over by a cop outside the dealership because I was driving away on a flat tire (nobody noticed it while replacing 4 brakes and rotors). Please feel free to ask "how many engineers does it take..." because I was equally guilty. How silly of me to drive away, turn on the radio, and drown out the thumping noise of a flat tire. Most importantly: The front desk managers, as well as the techs were courteous and personable. Being too old and impatient to stay seated for long, I paced back and forth (like an expectant father in a waiting room) in front of the service desk watching the maintenance process through the glass wall. I was often in the way but nobody lost their patience or their smile. OK... maybe a salesman pointed me twice to the coffee machine in the waiting room. Neither the mechanics nor the managers tried to sell unnecessary work to me. I was extremely happy NOT to get a lecture on "recommended" service or materials intended to inflate bills. I showed up 95 minutes before my appointment time, and nobody tried to "correct me" or to protest that I was messing up their scheduling software. Even though they respected customers with earlier appointment times, they also drove mine in a bay and a mechanic who was winterizing cars also found time to make progress on mine. At the end, I left 60 minutes earlier than expected. I can testify that my experience was great and that I look forward to socializing again with the two coordinators and the mechanic I met. Nice people that treat customers with respect. I am going back, and I have already pre-paid for a package of 4 oil changes through their Service Rewards Program.

What an amazing experience with Raul Pereira and Dave Farrand at Londonderry Ford. I was a little jumpy to exchange my leased Ford Explorer Sport Twin Turbo early (by 4 months) and get in to a new Limited F-150 to take advantage of the Ford incentives for Christmas/end of year. Not only did Raul take care of EVERYTHING from getting the remainder payments waived but got me in to exactly what I was looking and more. Crazy perks in the Limited F-150, drives like a dream and got to me to just about my named monthly price (I was over by $48 lol) and ended up with twice the bonus options. Go to Londonderry Ford, talk to Dave the sales manager or ask for Raul directly, you won???t be disappointed. 500 Stars!!!!!

This car (2019 Ford Edge Titanium 2WD) has surprised me in the power and handling it has. Easy to merge on Interstates with short entry ramps, great handling, lots of cargo space. It has taken a bit to get us to the placement of all the controls, having moved from a 2016 Prius. The infotainment center is excellent and the Sync 3 system is easy to use. If you are looking for a new (or late model) vehicle, you really should consider looking at an Edge.

I purchased a new 2017 Ford Escape from Kelly Ford at the end of May and wanted to wait a little bit before posting my review, so apologies for the lengthy novel. I had worked with Kelly Jeep in Lynnfield earlier this year and while I didn't end up purchasing from that dealer, my experience with them led me to Kelly Ford. Kelly Ford was one of the only dealers in the area with the specific color and package I was looking for (Magnetic Gray Titanium with the Sport Appearance package) and they had the best online price. Mike Walsh was my salesman and he was great to work with; he didn't push to close the sale when I said I wasn't ready to buy until after test driving the RAV4 and CRV. Gary is also fantastic, he's extremely knowledgeable about each of the additional coverage options and warranties offered and is responsive to any questions. I can't say enough about how helpful he has been while assisting me with a gap insurance policy issue. As far as the Escape, I've had to bring it in for warranty issues twice sine June. My experience with the Service department has been excellent, Brian and his team are attentive and responsive. One of the warranty issues currently doesn't have a resolution, which is on Ford itself, but John Celesk went above and beyond when I brought my frustrations to him. I was honestly surprised he was willing to listen, since it wasn't a Sales issue. Overall, I've had a great experience with Kelly Ford and would absolutely recommend this dealer.

My inquiry started on-line on a late Wednesday evening for a Fiat 500 listed at Kelly Ford. First thing the next morning I received an email and text message from Taylor Phillips in reply to my question on price. The price quote left no room to haggle as it was very reasonable, so I committed to purchase. The kicker here is that my residence is out-of-state and just shy of 300 miles away. My next contact was with Sabrina Marchelli who handled related documentation and John Shea who authorized the deal and provided options for delivery. My local financing was approved at the close of business on Thursday and John arranged delivery to my door on the busy Friday of a holiday weekend. Early Friday morning I was contacted by salesman Wes MacMaster who informed me my new Fiat was on I-90 and ETA 10:15 a.m. Wes had the car washed locally and delivered it on time. I have had the most extraordinary buying and service experience at Marks, I encourage everyone to check them out when looking to buy a used car. They have been honest, fair and have bent over backwards to see that I am a satisfied customer in many ways. I could go on and on in specific about my salesperson, Matt the owner, Mark. They all worked hard to find the right car at the right price, seeing to it that it was mechanically top notch and financially affordable. I am sending everyone there. DO NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE.

I owned o e for 8 years and totaled it and found a newer one and had to buy it because I NEVER had any issues with it and loved everything about it. The newer ones have 4 cylinders and mine has a V6. I don’t like the newer ones!
