Corwin Ford Republic review
I had the best buying experience this Saturday at Corwin in Republic, where I landed my new Toyota RAV4. The whole staff was amazing. I was in and out in a couple hours. They listen to what I had to say and stayed within my budget. I was totally amazed at how well they worked trying to get me where I needed to be. The whole experience was amazing.

Corwin Ford Republic review
I recently purchased a new Ford Ranger from Corwin Ford Lincoln Republic and had an excellent experience from start to finish. I live in Florida, so nearly the entire purchase was handled remotely before I ever arrived at the dealership. Kameron Eakins handled most of the process with me and was extremely responsive, straightforward, and helpful throughout the entire transaction. We had the price, financing, paperwork, and other details worked out before I made the trip to Missouri, which made purchasing a vehicle from over 1,000 miles away much easier than you might expect. My flight into Springfield was delayed several times and I didn't arrive until after the dealership had closed Friday night. The next morning, Stephan Nelson and Daniel Law picked my wife and me up from our hotel, and I was able to drive the Ranger back to the dealership. I inspected the truck, completed some paperwork with Stephan, and finally got to meet Kameron in person. Everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming. I then finished the paperwork with William Daingerfield in the business office. There was no pressure to purchase additional products or services, and the entire process at the dealership was incredibly quick and easy. I believe we were in and out in only about 30–40 minutes. As an out-of-state buyer, I was also concerned about receiving the MSO and paperwork I would need to title and register the Ranger in Florida. I was told it would normally arrive within about a week, but everything was already delivered to my home in Florida by Tuesday after purchasing the truck Saturday morning. I've purchased several vehicles out of state over the years, and this was one of the smoothest vehicle purchases I've had. I really appreciate Kameron, Stephan, Daniel, William, and everyone at Corwin for making the entire process so easy. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase another vehicle from them, even from 1,000+ miles away.
2017 Ford Edge review
We purchased our 2017 Edge used from our favorite Ford salesman and dealership. This was after having leased several new Ford Edges over the years. We elected to purchase a used Edge due to our outstanding experiences with them. We’re retired and drive very little these days so we couldn’t see a need for another brand new leased car that sits 95% of the time. We’ve had our 2017 V-6 for just over two years and it’s just over 87,000 miles. The car looks great, runs great and we plan on keeping it for the foreseeable future.

Alexis is AMAZING. I truly had given up on the thought of any one giving me a car due to dumb decisions I made as a kid, but Alexis made it possible. She fought to help me every step of the way! So now i get to take home a new to me 2024 Bronco!
2020 Ford Edge review
I love the size if the Edge. Big enough, but not too big. I can transport large items, such as furniture. The look is great. The interior is well finished. Enough compartments and gouges, but not overdone. I have the model that has what I think is called 'Vista View' which allows nearly the entire roof of the car to be uncovered from inside allowing a great view of the sky. It also opens which is great because I love fresh air and the feel of being outside. One of the two drawbacks I have found in approximately two years of ownership is that the transmission is not smooth at lower speeds - say under 35 or 40. Not really a problem- just a little annoying. I'm also wondering if the balkiness of the transmission now will cause any issues in later years. The second drawback for me is that the gear selector is a dial. Even after two years of using this gear selector, I have not grown uses to it. It is not at all intuitive; dials are for radios not gear shifts. I do like the car, and I'm happy I bought it. Just use this review as a heads up if you start looking seriously at an Edge.

2017 Ford Edge review
Gelreat car for the most part. I got it used with 125k miles. So far so good knock on wood on engine coolant leak issues. But the only downside and i've never had major bad luck with ford. Except on those junky focus transmissions 2012 to 2018. Well I got 170k miles on it and my flex plate is bad or cracked. My understanding is the issue is cause by torque converter weld stud bolts not welded properly from factory. I have been confirmed by my mechanic that it is flex plate rattle. Whats crazy is there is a csp on it for that same flex plate rattle but im over the 120k mile mark. But other ford edges with my same 2.0 engine on the 2017 year model have a recall for torque converter welds and recalls are unlimited mileage. I think thats what caused my flex plate issue. I understand normal wear and tear but 170k mile when i have taken care of it, that dont seem fair.

Bought used with 16k miles. 2 years later 52k miles. Only issue was transmission shutter. A fluid exchange service solved issues. Fluid was black. Strongly recommend transmission service every 39-50k miles. I get 32mpg on highway

I bought 2015 used and am impressed with my edge. I had an explorer before the edge that was totaled in a crash. The explorer was a very safe vehicle to be in when unfortunately totaled and with the edge being the little sister I feel safe and secure almost. Just uneasy because of recalls.

2015 Ford Edge review
I bought my 2015 Ford Edge used, from a great Idaho dealership! I drive for a living, so it definitely needs to be reliable, and it has to have power to climb the 7% grade that's over 6 miles long, just to leave town. I think for the price the quality is exceptional! The comfort and safety I feel behind the wheel is great! I would expect no less from a Ford.. and it has kept me smiling!

2nd owner car has 243k mi. on it, mostly highway. Change oil every 5k mi. no oil leaks, no major issues. I replace two sensors approx. $250 ea. time. At 100k mi. I did a tune up and transmission flush. Other than that, regular oil changes and new tires, etc. Vehicle passed emmissions and runs great. I would take it on a trip tomorrow without a problem.

Never in my life have I owned a Ford but this is my second Ford Edge. A 2021 Edge ST is my second and although the Titanium version was a pleasure the ST with it's handling and performance is a step above. The Edge is more comfortable than most SUV's with much more hauling capacity. Just a great fun car to drive and quite a value.

Super great experience with Aden. We drove home with a gorgeous 2015 Cadillac Escalade. We will recommend Allegiant Automotive to all our friends and family.
2020 Ford Edge review
We've owned the 2020 Ford Edge for over 5 years and purchased the car new. Just one recent issue with a sensor for the AWD system during that time. Car drives well with decent power and gets 24-26 mpg in mixed driving and around 30 mpg on the highway. Very comfortable and would consider buying another if they still made them. Only downside is that the car doesn't seem to hold its value that well when compared to the Japanese brands.

2024 Ford Edge review
7 Ford Edges and the 2024 is rock solid yet quiet and great performance. Everyone wants to use the Edge when we go anywhere. The controls are easy to use for non distracted driving. Long road trips are un eventful and tires last forever. Loading space in the rear is flat easy and lots of space. Good visibility and safe.

2017 Ford Edge review
If you plan on buying a ford edge from 2017, or anywhere between 2015-18, I implore you to make sure that you buy a used one. Why, because if it has over 100k miles on it, there's a good chance it had a good gen 1 engine in it or already had the cracked gen 1 engine in it replaced with a new gen 2 engine in it that won't crack anytime soon. This is a known problem with the ford edges and other models that come with that specific first generation model inline 4-cylinder between the 80k-100k miles marker, Ford knows about it and a recall should be issued but they won't be doing that anytime soon. So, if you by a ford edge with under 60k miles on it like I did, immediately purchase the 50k miles powertrain warranty at designated ford dealer, and if the car is a CPO get the 100k miles warranty no matter what the miles on it currently are, you no idea if the engine you got is going to crack, so make sure you get the warranty plan that will cover replacing the engine and anything else that goes wrong with the needed number of miles to cover the 80k-100k miles marker; my edge almost made it to 100k miles before it cracked. And because the new engine put so much back pressure on the old transmission, the engine killed the transmission, so I got that replaced too! $205 deductible later, and I essentially got an entire new car, I'll drive the thing till the wheels fall off at this point.

We had an amazing and easy experience at this dealership! Our car salesman was Mike and he was on top of everything even though we were long distance. He regularly called and got us the best deal. We were very comfortable and felt good about buying from Don Vance!
2019 Ford Edge review
Until 2017, my wife and I had been driving only 4WD vehicles (Bronco, Explorer, two Expeditions) and then we bought a used but fairly dressed up 2013 Edge SEL AWD (Nav, BLIS, V6) and immediately fell in love with it. No major issues except one brake problem which was totally corrected by the dealer for a teeth jarring $800! But it performed very well (not like a Corvette!) with 280 HP and really tight steering. So, when it came time to sell my second Expedition, I took the old Edge and we bought HER a ‘19 ST with the Performance Blue exterior. This one truly drives like a dream even when it’s not in sport mode! It’s fully loaded except for performance brakes but the brakes in the ST are beefed up anyway so the two Edges really drive differently. We will be 80 soon and this car will see us out! I hope we can avoid a speeding ticket!!!!?

2013 Ford Edge review
We had our 2013 Ford edge for many years had zero problems with it until a stupid driver parked next to my husband and totaled the car. He wasn’t even in the car but until then it never gave us any trouble. We decided we would buy another ford edge which is a 2018 and beautiful. Hopefully we’ll have the same luck with this one.

I purchased this vehicle used, with rust issues. And made the dealership paint the under belly. I did have to get a brand new motor due to some issue but it was under warrantee so no cost to me. Other than that I haven't had any major issues with the vehicle and I have owned it for 5 years now and love it! I'm not sure why they stopped making this vehicle it's so much better than the escape

2015 Ford Edge review
I bought my Edge when it was three years old and had less than 20k miles. I saved almost 20k from a new titanium models. The rear trunk light casing has a water leak that needs fixing but otherwise I have had zero issues w it. Power seat w Lumbar support makes a huge difference on long drives.

I have bought 2 vehicles from Mr. Myers in the past. Both of which are great family vehicles. He made the experience of buying a car enjoyable with his good sense of humor and his ability to communicate. He took note of what I needed in my purchase and made it happen. I appreciated how informative he was and his ability to get things done. I encourage giving Bill a call for your car needs, your in good hands.

I have owned my 2021 Ford Edge ST LINE since September of 2021. It is now April 2024, and I can say without a doubt, that I am very satisfied with the vehicle. I have taken long trips with it, and it was very comfortable. I have nothing negative to say about this vehicle.

This is our fourth vehicle we have purchased from Ben Eddings. We would't go anywhere else. You couldn't ask for a better friendly and helpful place. Jeff Sanders worked with us on our last purchase and was very helpful along with several others who helped in showing us various features and in closing our sale.

I really like this vehicle. The edge has great space and ergonomics. The technology packages make the driving experience enjoyable and safe. One problem with the vehicle is the infotainment system that is unreliable. I have had it replaced once and it is again not working properly.

The 2.7L Ecoboost engine in the Sport model is phenomenal. Powerful, smooth and reliable. I love the adaptive cruise control, air-conditioned front seats, panoramic sunroof, and power lift gate but its the engine that makes this stand out from the competition. I own 2 of these Sport models now.

2019 Ford Edge review
We have a 2013 Edge SEL AWD which replaced my wife’s older Explorer which she drive for many years and the Edge has been a real pleasure to drive. I had two successive Expeditions for business which I drove for around half a million miles. So, in late 2022, when we decided to sell the Expy and downsize, we decided to “upgrade” my wife’s Edge and I would keep the 2013. We searched for a good price on a 2019 Titanium and enlisted the help of a sales rep at Crossroads Ford in Cary, NC who had found the 2013 model for us. He found a 2019 Edge ST in Performance Blue with reasonable mileage and not even a scratch!! The interior was immaculate and the panoramic moon roof was the clincher. As an “outside sales rep” for 45 years, I have driven two million miles. During that time, we have owned Volvos, a Saab, Chevrolets, a Chrysler Concorde, a Pontiac, and a bunch of Fords. This ST is the best vehicle we have ever owned!!! Zero to 60 in five, great handling, quiet ride, and 29.7 average on the road at interstate speeds!!! I cannot say too much in favor of this car. Try driving a good used one and you’ll see what I mean. Paul B - Pittsboro, NC
