Dane in the service department was very communicative, calling every step of the way to repair two issues, one of which no one had ever been able to solve. He had a senior tech who was very familiar with my Hyundai model assigned, and it was finally fixed. They even have a video feature so I could see the part needing to be cleaned out. I'm very impressed with how communicative the service department is, and when I came to pick up the car, it had been washed as well. Top flight service.

He got me a better deal than I could imagine - found the right car at the right price - he is an angel for sure and very friendly, knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to help you get what you want! 5 stars and didn't even buy a car from them(need to sell my truck first lol) but did test drive one of their audis. The rep that rode with me was very knowledgeable and passionate about the auto industry. Only place in the salt lake valley that I would buy a vehicle from. Also, they do everything in house. I had a great experience at Larry H Miller Ford. My salesman was very helpful in letting me look and take text drives. It is a team effort there, from salesman, to used car trade-in, to financing. They made it very easy for me to get into the vehicle I wanted.

Ask for J. If you see a car they have and want it, go check out it out before you judge them based off of some bad reviews. Not sure if they are under new management or what. But looked at a car, and they provided great service. They were up front, honest, provided the car fax on spot, and also stated if we wanted to take the cars we were looking at to get inspected we could totally do that and even provided those shop names and the costs. We almost didn't go just because of the bad reviews but I wanted to give them a chance and see for myself.

Best experience. This dealership exceeds expectations in parts and purchasing. They really know how to treat a customer. They are knowledgeable, personable and friendly. Love when I arrive they remember me and call me by my first name.
