Was in the market for a pre-owned vehicle. After searching for a few days, ended up at Valley Motor. My salesman, Kevin, was very congenial and gregarious. Walked me through a few vehicles with a test drive in each. He wasn't pushy but was very eager to meet me where I wanted to go price and model wise. We struck a deal and signed some paperwork. I had unfortunately ran out of time that day, so had to pick up the vehicle the following day. Kevin was not working that day, but set me up with Kyle the previousday, who also did a fantastic job of taking care of me and my disabled father. I'll always remember a dealership, whether they treated me well or dropped the ball. Because of both Kevin and Kyle treating me so well, as well as my disabled father, I will definitely shop there when I need another vehicle.

Long story short – if you’re looking for a used car and you want a good deal with no xx, go to these guys at Echo Park Automotive in Cary. Now the full story: I was in the market for a used Ionic 5, and I first drove one at Echo Park Automotive in Cary, NC. However, when my husband and I were ready to buy, they didn’t have one, so I went to someone else (who, for the time being will remain nameless because we’re still in the midst of a disagreement). The car came with an adapter, which I thought was for the Ionic so that I could use it with a Tesla supercharger, but it turned out it was the wrong part. It was for a Tesla to use other types of chargers – so wrong way around. Turns out there was no aftermarket source for them, so I was left with either throwing it away (super wasteful) or giving it to someone who could use it. I was determined NOT to take it back to the gaslighting jerks that I bought the car from, so I took it to Echo Park with the intention of just giving it to them for someone who buys a Tesla from them so the part wouldn’t go to waste. When I explained the situation to Tyler, he took my number and told me that they would order the right part for me and call me when it came in. WHAT?????!!!!! 2018 Ford Escape review
Lot's of these nice escape suvs cruising around. Good on it's reliability, and it's value. Gas mileage is efficient and so is the low cost maintenance up keep. Comfortable seats, heated. Rear space is spacious. Towing capacity is good. Luggage rack carrier for extra space.
