it takes over an hour when I bring my car in for an oil change. The paper work I get after the oil change always states they rotated my tires and they don't. I've called them out on it and they insist they did. Yet no one noticed the nail in my rear passenger tire when I brought it in and was still in same tire when I picked it up.

Very professional atmosphere and the workers are very friendly and helpful, when we dropped off our truck we were greeted very nice we were told it could take a few days to get done, they called to let us know what it needed and how much, then when it was ready Vickie called and left us know
WE HAD A GREAT BUYING EXPERNCE THE GUYS TREATED US LIKE FAMILY. THEY DID'NT HAVE THE CAR THERE BUT FOUND IT AT ONE OF THE OTHER LOCATIONS. JUST WHAT WE WANTED AND THE PRICE WAS RIGHT WERE WE WANTED TO BE.THE WIFE LOVES HER 2014 EXPLORER, HAPPY WIFE HAPPY LIFE. THANKS GUYS

Never in my life until I was 50 could I manage to get into a new car of my own. Shortly after I moved to Goshen IN. I was in need of a new car/truck. Had driven past EBY Ford many times before. Liked what I saw in the lots. So I stopped in. And to my surprise they managed to get me financed for a brand new car. Just recently I went back and now am in my second brand new car. I am very grateful to Chris and all the rest of the EBY crew. Took my first car to their service department for all the work to be done on my car and am very satisfied with all the work done, time it took each time and professionalism shown by all involved front to back. I would for sure suggest going to EBY Ford and find out for yourself the amount of quality and professionalism you can get. I think you'd be very happy as well.
