Our 2024 Ford Escape has been excellent. We bought the ST Line package and its performance has been flawless in the 1st 5 months. Really like the heated steering wheel included with the Cold Weather Package and the safety features of Tech Package 1.

In past week we had repair done on fixing the electronic security system, connected to the edge of driver door that was not operating correctly. We were very concerned as this issue is very critical for us to function correctly. I am so happy that the Ford team at Veterans got it fixed and all is running perfectly again. Because the issue was intermittent it made the challenge even more difficult - so my thanks goes to the whole team who made this repair a success. The team there takes the time to listen and help their customers to the very best of their ability. When I was in Ireland I went with my Dad to a Ford dealer there, where he bought his first car a Ford Anglia. Ever since then we have stayed with Ford for many years. I have both of my Fords serviced by Brandon Ford Quick Lane. Bought one of there new. I am pleased with the service I receive which is why I return there whenever service is needed. Besides, I believe there's nothing better than a dealer maintained vehicle. They know their cars better than the local garage. Is it convenient? Not always, but I trust Brandon Ford to do it right the first time, every time. My cars are 2011 and 2015. I haven't run into a refusal of service so I don't know what that's about. Maybe because its been routine maintenance. My Fords run great because of Brandon Ford. No one else will ever service them!

Pretty good except it has a clicking noise. Pretty sure im gonna have to take it to the shop after only 3 weeks. Have to see if there is an issue as recalls on the transmission keep Popping up in my Facebook feed.

My salesperson was Malcom. Very responsive and knowledgeable. Every single person at this dealership was amazing to work with, even the ones who weren’t working on my sale specifically. The finance person, the manager, other salespeople, pretty much every employee I came into contact with was great to me. My biggest fear was being lowballed on my trade in. That DIDN’T happen!!!! I was offered a reasonable value that I didn’t have to try and negotiate. What I expected to get on trade in value was within less than $1000 difference. From phone conversations to in person experiences, this dealer proved to be top notch! Would absolutely work with the staff at Brandon Ford again!!
2024 Ford Escape review
I’ve had extreme trouble getting into and out of the vehicle because the floor is so deep to the door. I now have a permanently injured knee. The doors don’t open wide enough for my knee that doesn’t bend completely. That causes me discomfort. Senior people can’t always bend their joints enough to get into and out of this vehicle. But I do love how it handles and also the great features.

I went to 2 other Ford dealerships, 2 salvage garages, and an auto body collision shop for a quote on a driver's side sun visor that snapped off on my Ford Edge. 4 of the 5 shops quoted me an out of door price of over $800 plus tax. One shop never returned my call. A serviceman covered his mouth and told me to call AutoNation Ford of Bradenton. Frustrated, I did and thank heavens I did!! From start to finish, I had nothing but a quick response, as well as courteous and prompt service from Tristan from the mobile team dept. Not only did he quote an almost $350 cheaper price difference, he sent one of his team members down to where I live (An hour away) to fix it!! Within 10 minutes Joel, the kind and professional service technician, had my visor fixed and was on his way to his next customer! Where in today's world do you find this kind of customer service? And fantastic pricing difference? Highly highly recommend Tristan and his team from AutoNation Ford of Bradenton!!

I was reviewing dealerships service histories to help a friend, and came upon Lakeland Hyundai and Genesis. I had previously responded to numerous Genesis surveys but never responded to cars.com or other auto website reviewers which caused me to decide to do one for Lakeland Hyundai/Genesis. I have purchased three "Genesis" from now Lakeland Genesis. The first in 2009 was a Genesis under the Hyundai brand. That was eventually traded for a 2015 Hyundai Genesis, which was eventually traded for a 2023 Genesis G80 from their new dealership location. Each newer vehicle was improved from the previous vehicle with newer technology and safety equipment. All were trouble free, very comfortable, well performing, economical vehicles. All the maintenance for all 3 vehicles over 14 years were performed by Lakeland Hyundai/Genesis. The service staff were always pleasant, and the service was performed as expected generally on a timely basis. Although there were a couple of recalls during that period, I had no mechanical problems with any of the 3 vehicles. I did however purchase the extended service plan with each vehicle for the regular maintenance. I did have a question with the recently purchased vehicle service interval of 8000 miles, but they assure me that with the newest synthetic lubricants that has become the standard oil change interval.

He also followed us beyond the buying process in order to get a couple repairs made. In addition, we have now used Ford for service (oil change, recall repair, and to fix a wobble in the tires). We absolutely love thier complimentary valet service, what a HUGE help that is when trying to work around multiple work schedules.
