My warranty work on my Mach E was done with their usual professionalism and courtesy. My only complaint is that when I received my car back (driven by a porter from Rohrman) the radio was so loud that I was afraid it would blow one of my speakers. That would certainly have been a repair out of their pocket. Please try not to send out a porter that is he]ard of hearing.

They were quick to answer any questions I had and made it their priority to get me into a new vehicle

This is my first ever review and there’s a reason for it. Chris Krason helped me purchase my first car and the experience me and my husband had was one like no other. I’ve never been to a car dealership without them pressuring me and wasting my time but with Chris, he took his time at explaining the different options without forcing a decision right away. Once I picked the car I wanted, everything took about an hour to sign the papers and walk out with a brand new car. I was pleased and couldn’t recommend this place and Chris enough!!

Matt the owner was very very helpful. I would recommend all my family and friends to go there and buy a car and experience the easy car buying process. Also Brandon the salesman who also helped me was very very helpful as well. He took the time to explain everything to me including all controls everything in the car.

Janel and Dave very helpful. I wanted a jeep. I saw one online so wanted to check it out it was missing a few things I really wanted. Janel went Dave and talking Dave said there was one that just came in the night before. I took it on a test drive yes that was the one. What a pleasant experience of support and caring given my limited time to work with the Dealership, Freddie and the leadership throughout the purchase process. They exceeded my expectations if finding me my pickup that is most difficult to acquire, a 2dr with the appropriate options. the additional upgrade for heated seats and the bed cover works perfectly for my needs.
