We had an amazing experience working with Tommy! I recommend asking for him when coming into the dealership. The process was was quick easy and smooth with him! He helped us get the deal we wanted and made the experience stress free and enjoyable! He was very helpful without being too pushy and we appreciated his time and help so much! He was even flexible and accommodating with our schedules. Definitely ask for him when you come in!

Just bought a F-350 at Ford dealership. Sales team was fantastic. I didn't like that there was no window sticker posted on the website but salesman Sammy produced one immediately as I walked in. I wish that pricing was more transparent but they came to a good price pretty quickly, I had done my research before going in, and knew what would be a good deal. Everything was very professional and a pleasure dealership to work with. I would definitely do business again with them.

Walked in to look at a 2013 Civic was greeted by David, after talking for a few, crunching some numbers, going on a test drive. Pleased to say with the help of David and Ruben drove home in my new car. They are very pleasant and helpful. They didn't talk nonsense as other dealers do. Will definitely send friends and family who are in search for cars to them A+++ in my book.

This is my second purchase from the Maple Crest dealership. Walk in with the expectation of driving out with a car. They are going to do everything humanly possible to assist you. I was treated like a KING, and i truly felt like one, driving out with my brand new Lincoln. The service goes beyond selling you a car. You get calls to make sure you are satisfied. Also last but not least, the mobile service is receive Tire rotation, free Oil change and Dianostic service right at my home. My wife is jealous, I fell in love with Maple Crest Dealership. Thanks a lot Anthony I truly appreciate your knowledge and professionalism in the smooth transition of selling me this fine Automobile. Stop by and tell them that Lewis sent you. Thanks again Maple Crest Family. Lewis Underwood

Wayne Ford review
Eric and Scott were terrific....very polite and professional....answered all my questions...this is my 3rd time here and I'll be back when I'm ready for another car!!
2025 Ford Escape review
Overall the car is great. I bought the trailer towing model and the towing features work seamlessly with my light trailer. It has the power to easily pull the 2000 pound trailer I use. There are a couple fit and finish issues where the hood doesn't quite line up with the fender, but I am fussy about these things and other people might not even notice. I have the larger infotainment screen which has some positives. But almost all the controls go through the screen and my eyesight isn't the best so it is difficult to make selections while the vehicle is in motion. Also, the learning curve is rather steep and the paper owners manual is not much help. The A/C controls are all on the screen and hard to change while in motion.

Fantastic staff, bought a 22 mustang GT new 3 years ago. Fair prices and I bring my vehicle back in for all services and fixes because of their professionalism and attitudes. They are friendly people who care, they remember details from years ago. They offer great services to fit your needs with a mobile service that fixed a recall issue when I was at work. Easily replace a bad battery for free. Again, awesome people would recommend.

All American Ford of Old Bridge review
I had an amazing experience leasing my 2025 Ford Bronco from All-American Ford. Marc was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Not only am I thrilled with the car, but the customer service exceeded every expectation. Marc took me on a test drive, helped me set up my auto insurance, downloaded the Ford app with me for the remote start and lock features, and walked me through all the controls. He showed me how to connect Apple CarPlay, switch to four-wheel drive, locate the hazards, and use every button on the steering wheel. I left with all my questions answered and complete confidence in my new Bronco. From now on, I will only be purchasing and leasing vehicles from All-American Ford. A big shout out to the incredible owner, Chris, who is humble, kind, and genuinely helpful. He personally reviewed the pros and cons of leasing with me. Most dealerships are pushy or willing to let you walk away, but All-American makes sure everyone is satisfied. I will be recommending Marc to all my friends who are in the market for a car. I have already received so many compliments and questions about my Bronco, and now everyone knows exactly where to go. Thank you, All-American Ford!

The service staff here were excellent, they listened to my concern seriously and fixed a problem the car had for months - it really was a relief! They also went out of their way to do a thorough review of the cars condition and let me know a couple of things to look for at the next checkup. Professional throughout, and the shuttle service was a really lifesaver.

George Wall Ford Lincoln review
From the sales to service department. They are always very helpful and always reliable. We never had a problem with them. We will always use the service department and buy our cars from them. In 2020 I bought 2 cars from them. A F150 and a mustang. The sales were top notch.
2023 Ford Escape review
In December 2023 I bought a new-used 2023 Ford escape with only 1100 miles on it. So it was basically a brand new car, and I got it at a discount because it was used so it was very well worth the money. It’s been an awesome car but I have one complaint: there is way too much reliability on the electronic display. All of the cars systems run through that including the air conditioner!! The problem is, like any computer, it doesn’t always immediately boot up upon starting the car, sometimes it takes a few minutes to get going, and in the meantime you are absolutely burning up! There is no way to turn the air conditioner on via the dashboard!! I simply do not understand why they couldn’t just put simple dials on the dashboard to turn the air conditioner on, As cars have had for many many decades now. It’s really ridiculous. I live in Georgia and it’s 98° and 80% humidity, I need the air conditioner to start blasting as soon as I get in the car! But that’s really my only complaint , it is an awesome car otherwise.

My experience with purchasing a car at Nielsen Ford in Morristown was excellent! After seeing an advertisement on Facebook for a 2024 Ford Edge Titanium SUV, I stopped by the dealership and Orhun Varol was the salesman who helped me. I drove out of the dealership a few hours later in my new car, thanks to my excellent salesman Ohrun Varol. A+++

MajorWorld Chevy review
My experience at Major World was exceptional! My salesperson Martin was knowledgeable, professional, patient and kind. I told him my budget and he immediately brought me to a section where dozens of vehicles were in my price range. He pointed out the ones he thought were the best value and told me why. He never tried to get me to consider something out of my price range. The whole staff was friendly and very helpful. In a couple of short hours they had me insured, new plates and driving home in a beautiful silver 2012 Chevy Malibu. Thank you Martin and the wonderful staff of Major World. Sincerely, Anthony Ferrara

Mario was very helpful & attentive. I ended up buying a car from a friend but if I hadn't I would definitely want to work with Mario again. BTW I've never been to the lot so I can't really rate that. I did notice that the prices were higher than other lots.
2024 Ford Escape review
I’ve had extreme trouble getting into and out of the vehicle because the floor is so deep to the door. I now have a permanently injured knee. The doors don’t open wide enough for my knee that doesn’t bend completely. That causes me discomfort. Senior people can’t always bend their joints enough to get into and out of this vehicle. But I do love how it handles and also the great features.

2024 Ford Escape review
It's a pleasure to drive this car. I can feel the sportiness of the car. I love that the car saves so much gas. All seating in car, front and back is comfortable.

This is my third time buying from Larson Ford since 1995. The salespeople and staff are always welcoming and do not make you feel pushed. I haven’t used the service department yet, and that is also important to me. I am very resistant to high pressure while servicing my vehicles.

I purchased a used car from Ryan. Besides getting a great deal, he was knowledgeable and very professional. I will recommend this dealership to all of my friends and family.
2023 Ford Escape review
For those of you that don't like the over reliance on the computer dash for things like the AC.. Ford did not start doing that till mid 2023.. when looking at 2023 models, look carefully at the dashboard. some have a smaller computer screen and the 2 knobs and buttons that regulate the AC. those are the ones you want.. they also are $4-5K cheaper than the models that have the larger screens and no physical AC buttons so win-win.
