2024 Ford Escape review
It’s been a great car for the past few months. The 2.0 engine has the perfect amount of power to get around and the 8 speed does a decent job. I love the exterior and interior styling. Great driving position and overall feel. My only complaint is the sometimes slow infotainment screen, especially on startup when I go to use the climate controls. Other than that I love the technology and features you can get in this car!

I had the best car sales experience of my life here, it was easy, no pressure and positive. I found the car online, it was a cherry 2016 Mustang Eco-sport Premium, called to confirm it was still available and made an appointment to come see it in person. Craig Wick was an awesome salesman, very personable, super chill and knowledgeable; his office was full of music memorabilia and his desk itself looks like a piece of art. He took time to go over what I wanted, he even took the time to show me a music video and talk show clip based on our conversation. Craig let me drive the car on city streets and the highway, taking as long as I needed to feel comfortable. They gave me a fair, no-hassle price for a certified used car (that included the free CARFAX info) and didn’t try to talk me into buying lots of extras; they presented available options and answered all my questions. Craig used to restore Mustangs and let me know that the car color used to be known as Strawberry, now it’s called Ruby Red, but I love the Strawberry better and it was fun to learn about the historic information. Craig’s sales manager David Gallardo took the extra time to find me a better interest rate based on my credit because he felt there had to be a better rate for my excellent history. Then David spent nearly a full hour showing me how my car’s system worked, finished getting me set up (Craig helped get it started) and made sure everything was working correctly. They put a big bow on the car and take your picture with your new purchase, a nice touch! I would absolutely buy from them again and would recommend them without any reservations.

2023 Ford Escape review
In December 2023 I bought a new-used 2023 Ford escape with only 1100 miles on it. So it was basically a brand new car, and I got it at a discount because it was used so it was very well worth the money. It’s been an awesome car but I have one complaint: there is way too much reliability on the electronic display. All of the cars systems run through that including the air conditioner!! The problem is, like any computer, it doesn’t always immediately boot up upon starting the car, sometimes it takes a few minutes to get going, and in the meantime you are absolutely burning up! There is no way to turn the air conditioner on via the dashboard!! I simply do not understand why they couldn’t just put simple dials on the dashboard to turn the air conditioner on, As cars have had for many many decades now. It’s really ridiculous. I live in Georgia and it’s 98° and 80% humidity, I need the air conditioner to start blasting as soon as I get in the car! But that’s really my only complaint , it is an awesome car otherwise.

I am a big fan of Raceway Ford. As a ford buyer and owner I use the services of Raceway for all of my needs. My daughter wanted an SUV and had been researching the Ford Edge. She had looked at some Ford Edge vehicles at various Ford dealers for familiarity. I suggested that we go to Raceway since they are my usual Ford dealer. She found a vehicle she really liked at Raceway and the negotiations began. Our sales person was John Wachenheimer. John was honest and an excellent person to deal with. Typically I do not like car sales people, but John was not the typical sales guy who is there to push a person into a deal no matter what. John was knowledgeable about the vehicle we looked at and allowed us the time so that I could assist my daughter with making an important and expensive decision and did not pressure us. 2023 Ford Escape review
Good on gas and a comfortable ride. Drive it to West Virginia and back home no problem. I like it a lot definitely recommend it for people who travel for work and schoool
