Holman Ford - TurnersvilleReviews
Holman Ford - Turnersville review
We were lead to Holman Lincoln by John Spoltore approx 2 1/2 years ago. He set us up with Lee Ann Phifer and this started our relationship with the Holman Organization. She was amazing, honest and sincere throughout the process, maki ng our buying experience a great success. As we looked to make another purchase, our choice was simple, LeeAnn, Holman and Lincoln would be the right decision. Again, she was outstanding, surpassing our original purchase experience. Her concern for our needs was her main interest. She made our purchase great again. Also, Greg Soden did a great job handling the financial aspects of the buying experience. He is highly professional and a superb asset to your team. In conclusion, we are pleased to refer LeeAnn, Holman and Lincoln to our friends and family as we were treated like family by your team.. And this shows. Thank you for all you have done. Kevin & Brenda Smaniotto

2023 Ford Escape review
For those of you that don't like the over reliance on the computer dash for things like the AC.. Ford did not start doing that till mid 2023.. when looking at 2023 models, look carefully at the dashboard. some have a smaller computer screen and the 2 knobs and buttons that regulate the AC. those are the ones you want.. they also are $4-5K cheaper than the models that have the larger screens and no physical AC buttons so win-win.

Had great customer service and Tom Devito was top notch. He went out his way to make us comfortable and did a great job explaining all the new features of the truck. Would have given the dealership a 5, but their online business needs some help because when the person who runs that is away, someone should be around to answer the emails. Almost lost me because they didn't respond to my online request from cars.com 3 times.

I'm looking to trade my car in within the next six months some to come to you guys for my next vehicle thanks again since 08 William Wible...
2023 Ford Escape review
In December 2023 I bought a new-used 2023 Ford escape with only 1100 miles on it. So it was basically a brand new car, and I got it at a discount because it was used so it was very well worth the money. It’s been an awesome car but I have one complaint: there is way too much reliability on the electronic display. All of the cars systems run through that including the air conditioner!! The problem is, like any computer, it doesn’t always immediately boot up upon starting the car, sometimes it takes a few minutes to get going, and in the meantime you are absolutely burning up! There is no way to turn the air conditioner on via the dashboard!! I simply do not understand why they couldn’t just put simple dials on the dashboard to turn the air conditioner on, As cars have had for many many decades now. It’s really ridiculous. I live in Georgia and it’s 98° and 80% humidity, I need the air conditioner to start blasting as soon as I get in the car! But that’s really my only complaint , it is an awesome car otherwise.

2024 Ford Escape review
I’ve had extreme trouble getting into and out of the vehicle because the floor is so deep to the door. I now have a permanently injured knee. The doors don’t open wide enough for my knee that doesn’t bend completely. That causes me discomfort. Senior people can’t always bend their joints enough to get into and out of this vehicle. But I do love how it handles and also the great features.

2024 Ford Escape review
Our 2024 Ford Escape has been excellent. We bought the ST Line package and its performance has been flawless in the 1st 5 months. Really like the heated steering wheel included with the Cold Weather Package and the safety features of Tech Package 1.

ACE Ford review
Very easy process of getting a new vehicle , joe was great! Very satisified with my vehicle and the deal i got i will be a repeat customer
2025 Ford Escape review
Overall the car is great. I bought the trailer towing model and the towing features work seamlessly with my light trailer. It has the power to easily pull the 2000 pound trailer I use. There are a couple fit and finish issues where the hood doesn't quite line up with the fender, but I am fussy about these things and other people might not even notice. I have the larger infotainment screen which has some positives. But almost all the controls go through the screen and my eyesight isn't the best so it is difficult to make selections while the vehicle is in motion. Also, the learning curve is rather steep and the paper owners manual is not much help. The A/C controls are all on the screen and hard to change while in motion.

We had to travel from out of state to buy our vehicle, and this dealership took care of everything right down to ensuring the sales tax for our state was included. One of the easiest car purchases we have ever made. They worked with us over the phone and made this a great buying experience.

My fifth Escape and the best yet. I have the Platinum model and enjoy the many features that have been added. Wish they still are a hard owners manual.
