I saw the Ford Focus Electric online and thus started my new car journey which led me to requesting an online quote. I was immediately contacted by Bill Woods who offered any assistance that I may need. I put a lot of mileage on my vehicles due to my working and hour from home so trade in value and lost equity were big concerns for me. I saw the Chevy Volt on their website and thought that may be a better alternative even though I love my Fords. I was not interested in a hybrid and the car has to be visually appealing as well as energy and gas efficient. So several emails later after giving Bill my current vehicle stats, trade in estimate, lean payoff and my list of demands that would have to happen to make me purchase a new vehicle, we scheduled an appointment that Friday. Having a very realistic picture of where I was at in my current vehicle and then trying to purchase a new vehicle I went in with a casual "this probably won't happen" attitude. We drove the Volt and I was hooked so we started the process of trade in appraisal, bank financing and negotiating. Bill was running around checking on things and checking with finance and keeping me in the loop of every detail of the process. He was more excited at one point more than I was and told me he was confident the team would make it happen for me. After an exhausting fight I am sure for the finance team, Bill came back with a deal that was too perfect not to take so I took the deal. I almost hugged him. So Bill made all the arrangements with insurance, getting the car prepared and even went out to educate himself on my new electric car. The final loan paperwork and warranty review was a breeze and I got everything I wanted at the monthly payment I needed and I am an extremely happy camper thanks to Bill and the Preston Team.

Two years no problems year then....

I’ve leased my 2017 Escape for two years now. The only problems I had with it were a remote key fob that didn’t work. At the two and a half year mark at 14,000 miles the check engine light comes on. Code reading shows a bad coil in the no. One cylinder. Dealer fixed it. Four days later light on again this time it’s the number 4 cylinder. Good no more problems
i like the car but the eco engine is woefully underpowered. Takes Forever to get it going. Space is good and I wish I had gotten the sync 3 entertainment system but sync is ok
All in all it’s nit bad but to make it better you have go go up in trim and of course price
I will not purchase or lease it again.
Before I went into broadcasting, I worked at a Lexus dealership for years, so the concept of treating customers more like guests in one's home and providing an exceptional experience has long been ingrained in me. Bill Woods and the entire team at Boulevard Ford in Georgetown exemplify the notion of providing a superior experience and going above and beyond to ensure satisfaction with every aspect of acquiring and maintaining a vehicle. I have been consistently impressed with Bill's dogged determination to make sure I am nothing short of delighted with my vehicle and with this store. Anthony in the service department always exceeds my expectations and finds new ways to wow me. Because of that, I am indeed "Preston for Life."

Fit my price range, does everything I really need a car for, will be able to tow a trailer for fishing and duck hunting and was thinking I need a truck, but with this car there is enough room to get the boat, decoys, and gear to the river bottom and back.
Our purchase went very smoothly. We bought a beautiful used Ford Explorer and the process went very smoothly. We knew exactly what we needed and how much we could spend and there wasn't any typical go around with a car salesman. We got the car we wanted and a deal we could afford. Bill Woods was very competent and very helpful. He was also very pleasant to work with. We love our new car!

The Escape is a great vehicle. It has exceeded all of our expectations. The Escape provides a very comfortable ride .We are so glad we Switched to Ford !
Traded in my 2014 F150 for a 2014 Explorer. AJ was my sales rep; he did a wonderful job. AJ remained in constant contact with me throughout the process and was accessible when I had questions. It was a wonderful experience(the only kind we’ve had with this dealership). Also, you can’t beat Preston for Life!

I bought the vehicle 6 days ago. I love it and look forward to driving it! Vehicle is comfortable and reliable and comfortably fits my kids and husband at 6'8".
Met Alfred Baker on Friday afternoon, by chance, had just stopped by to see what was available on lot in Georgetown. Told him what we were looking for and he took information. Called 20 minutes later and followed up with an email listing options available. Decided to make purchase the following day. He and the business manager made process very easy. Quite happy. Have been a long time Ford buyer and I normally buy used. First new truck since 1983!
Thanks to Alfred and the staff at Boulevard Ford

The Escape is a nice car Its a good value to us so far and the only 1 gripe is the stop start when you stop. You can turn it off but has to be done every drive.
Andrew Hopkins went above and beyond when discussing the features and finalizing the purchase on our new Escape. In addition, he delivered the vehicle to our establishment the same day we agreed to a deal. I could not ask for a better experience!

Thai is the best car I’ve owned has everything I have ever wanted came with every option possible would buy the new one when I go to get again
I recently bought my first Escape as a pre-owned vehicle. I must say this is the is a fun SUV to drive. I have owned over 40 cars in my lifetime and I love this one. If I had to complain about something it's that the seats leave something to be desired in the comfort area.
Thank you Courtesy Chevrolet and sales representative, Scott Drolette, for making the purchase of my 2013 Chevy Equinox A. super easy, and B. an experience to remember! Called to inquire about the Equinox based on what was listed on the website and made an appointment the for following day. Scott immediately greeted us and took me for a test drive in the Equinox all within 10 minutes of our arrival. With my expectations for the vehicle exceeded, the price more than fair, and the exponential customer service provided, the decision to buy was simple. Awaiting financing options the staff kept us comfortable (even bought us lunch from papa johns) and kept my 8 month old son entertained as a bonus. Once the deal was made official, the entire staff cheered and applauded as a congratulations on my new vehicle (it was actually "used" but might as well have been brand new). When considering where to buy your first or next vehicle look no further than Courtesy Chevrolet in Salisbury! Best car buying experience by far!

Just what I wanted for the price. Will be able to carry musical equipment that I use all the time being a working musician. The size of the back with seats folded down is great.
Service writer was very professional and friendly.
My waiting time was short.

Ford Escapes are the best!!

This is the third Ford Escape I have owned. I have stepped up in model each time. This is a Titanium. I am loving all of the ' bells and whistles' it has. It has plenty of leg room front and back; and the cargo space is fabulous. I am loving the moon roof and heated seats, too, as well as the mpg.
Found out if we turn the traction control off we get 33 mpg. The vehicle rides nice. Not as much room as our Windstar had, but still pretty nice and seats 4 comfortable and can seat 5. Got the aspirated engine as wanting nothing to do with the turbo. Have not had that long, bought used with around 18K miles, but so far pleased with the vehicle. Nothing fancy, the S model, but seems to be decent transportation.
We have dealt with Preston previously and have never been unhappy with their service - both in purchasing a vehicle and when the vehicle had to come in for routine service or minor concerns with the vehicle. This was our first service call for this vehicle and we are very pleased with what was done and the service the staff provided.
