Like this car a lot. First escape. Sporty, and lots of options. Leather interior is great when you have grandkids! The eco boost is the way to go.
I spent a ton of time on the Cars.com app looking for the right vehicle before I called this place. When I did I worried that the price would go up. But the price actually went down a bit. They were totally transparent. Sharon Mercado was lovely in showing me around the car and the paperwork. It felt like a win win.

Great car for my needs. Lots of space, drives beautifully and handles marvelously. Economic fuel usage, and the rear view camera is great. Highly recommend.
extremely nice people. However, their fault or Ford Motors fault - one of the photos had an ill fitting trunk lid. Advertised as an American [U.S.] built automobile. Same old, same old, UAW shoddy workmanship. No full size Ford for me.

The escape was a good addition. It a comfortable car and it the first time for keyless and a remote start. It’s a very reliable car and good in bad weather.

This vehicle is perfect for a small family. I’ve never had a major problem with mine since I bought it. Only small mainrenance problems like tail light being out. This car is really comfortable and has all the new features I was wanting. It’s perfect!
This was the best car experience my wife and I have ever had thanks to Brittney Fischer. She was professional, accommodating and efficient. She got us the car we wanted in two days.

This SUV met all my needs. From styling in the exterior and interior. I was a little hesitant on buying an SUV that had a four-cylinder but the echo boost engine provides more than enough power and torque for any situation that might come up. The tow hitch option is a must and the storage room when the seats are all down provides plenty of storage when trying to transport larger items like rims and wheels.
I loved the no hassle and great price on warranties. I would recommend CarMax to everyone.

Overall, this vehicle served me well for what it was. The price is matched with a solid interior , a sleek exterior design and a fair amount of technology for the model. It’s reliable , and the driving experience is fair.
I have gone to 18 different dealers through the Bay area, most that I went to wouldn't work with me on the price I wanted to pay for the cars, or would say I they have a car on their lot and when I got their the car would magically be gone. But when I called Josh at Vacaville Kia not only did he work with me on the price of the car he had, but he also had multiples of type of cars I was looking for, and he had a couple options for me when I got there, i finally decided on a 2018 Kia Sorento. Josh got me better than what I wanted for the exact price I wanted to pay. It was worth driving 100 miles away to see a dealer who had honestly and integrity, and I have never worked with more professional and helpful person as Josh, and if more dealers we're like him I wouldnt have been so absolutely frustrated with the car buying process the past few weeks. If I ever go to buy another car I will see Josh at Vacaville Kia!

I love this car. The style and comfort is good. It's clean, gold color is easy to spot in parking lots and the car is good on gas
This is a top notch company. I contacted them about a used car they had on their lot which I had found online. I had to travel two hours to get to the dealership and when I called about the car I talked to Jeff Perkins who answered all my questions, was very easy to contact when I called back with a question, and when he knew I was serious about the buying the car and I was worried that someone else would buy it out from under me before I could get there, he assured me that he would not let that happen.
The car is an older car but was clean and like new -- and before we drove it away he had it further cleaned up. I feel like I have a new car and I love it. I could not have asked for better service and I would buy again from this dealer and Jeff without hesitation.
I had had an accident in my previous car and I think I was still sort of in shock. But I trusted these people and my trust was not misplaced. They came through for me 100%. I also dealt with their financial person, Victor, who was incredibly easy and enjoyable to deal with. The whole process was smooth and trouble free. They felt like family.

Two hours later when we arrived at the dealership he came out to meet us and walked us to the car. I could tell that the car had been lovingly cared for and detailed by the dealership. It was exactly the car I had been looking for but had been unable to find anywhere else. I felt the price was very reasonable.

It has been an amazing car no problems. Plenty of power for what it is. It also does pretty good on gas. It’s been a great little family car for a small family. No problems whatsoever.
I went in to look at a specific car to see if I would like it in person. Turns out I do! Alex greeted us right away and made the process very easy for me to come to my decision. My payments and total price were made achievable to me plus I received way more for my trade in than I thought I would get. He even answered questions I faced on the upgraded technology via text a couple days later.

Navigation and options are great. Fordpass app is great for scheduling engine starts and diagnostics. 4 cylinder turbo with auto stop is good for emissions and gas savings
Tommy Meehan was great he assisted in the whole car buying process from the beginning. He showed me vehicles told me all about them and what options they had and walked us through the whole process.

This is my second Escape and it's great. I loved my 2010 and shopped across several brands to replace it last year. It came down to a Hyundai Tuscon or the new Escape. The Escape is just a little nicer and the price was the tipping point. I have an SE with the Sport Package and Sync3. It's an improvement over the older Escape because of improved view out and level of technology. The new Ford Pass app is a huge plus, that includes Remote Start for free!
The Ford Escape has excellent gas mileage for a compact SUV! It handles very well, sporty and has a responsive acceleration from the turbo feature. There is actually a lot of room in the back to put all my camping gear!
I love my 2016 Escape. It's just the right size for my needs. It's has good looks and is comfortable to drive. The interior controls are within easy reach and easy to use. I love the navigation system and it is easy to use. I'm very pleased with this great SUV. I trade in my sport sedan because my old joints did not allow me to slip easily into it. My Escape allows me the ability to slide right in.
Starting from the initial Internet contact with Diego, to the moment we stepped foot on the lot and met Jim Cord and his sincere warmth and friendliness, to the efficiency of Jeff Rosen, thoroughly explaining and matching a comparative offer from another dealer, to finally wrap finances around with Ed, we could have not been more satisfied the ease, friendliness and no pressure attitude of the entire staff. There is always the stress of playing games when you get ready to purchase a vehicle, and we truly felt that this group did not do that with us. The entire experience maybe lasted 2-3 hours, and we are now owners of a beautiful vehicle

This car is great. Drives well, handles well, quiet cabin. 3 stars for interior design as I have the titanium trim level and am not a huge fan of the shiny plastic portion of the dash, would have liked it more matte.
Their service department is awesome. Which is a good thing since Ford cars are not the best quality. Things keeping breaking or wearing out on our 2013 Ford Explorer that I would not expect, or I have not seen in other cars. If you buy a ford make sure to buy the extended warranty or else it will cost you more in the long run.
