For those of you that don't like the over reliance on the computer dash for things like the AC.. Ford did not start doing that till mid 2023.. when looking at 2023 models, look carefully at the dashboard. some have a smaller computer screen and the 2 knobs and buttons that regulate the AC. those are the ones you want.. they also are $4-5K cheaper than the models that have the larger screens and no physical AC buttons so win-win.

I purchased used '22 Escape SE AWD two years old, low mileage and delighted with my dealer purchase. Upon extensive research, I was aware the loss of market value, which is why I purchased used. This vehicle is produced in volume as 'low-end' entry among 22 field competitors. Yes, there are several vehicles out there higher rated, more expensive, but my research validated highest cargo storage - highest mpg, for the reasonable market price. You can benefit from this depreciation by buying used! Some complain of the transmission, or slow pickup, or passenger door side panels. I have had no issues after 20,000 miles 6/2024 and get 31.3 mpg combined which is stellar!! A great value for the used car price-not new price. I would recommend as a reasonable value, HIGH capacity SUV can accommodate 4 airport passengers full size luggage is my first Ford of 21 cars purchased. Styling is very attractive, good assortment of safety features. Rear seats slide for extended passenger or cargo capacity.

I recently purchased a 2024 Lincoln Navigator from Heiser Group. I was pleasantly surprised at the amazing customer service they provided and the follow up to make sure I was happy and satisfied with my new vehicle. This is something I haven't experienced before so I felt like I was quite a special customer. They let me try out several vehicles to insure I had exactly what I wanted!! It's nice to see this customer service is still available as this experience was a far cry from my last vehicle purchase at a different dealership (no names mentioned). I left the dealership confident I made the right decision and I am confident I will be supported in any of my needs going forward. I will never purchase from anyone other than Heiser going forward. I recommend that everyone purchase their vehicle from Heiser!!

In December 2023 I bought a new-used 2023 Ford escape with only 1100 miles on it. So it was basically a brand new car, and I got it at a discount because it was used so it was very well worth the money. It’s been an awesome car but I have one complaint: there is way too much reliability on the electronic display. All of the cars systems run through that including the air conditioner!! The problem is, like any computer, it doesn’t always immediately boot up upon starting the car, sometimes it takes a few minutes to get going, and in the meantime you are absolutely burning up! There is no way to turn the air conditioner on via the dashboard!! I simply do not understand why they couldn’t just put simple dials on the dashboard to turn the air conditioner on, As cars have had for many many decades now. It’s really ridiculous. I live in Georgia and it’s 98° and 80% humidity, I need the air conditioner to start blasting as soon as I get in the car! But that’s really my only complaint , it is an awesome car otherwise.

Mark made buying a new car a very pleasant experience. I normally hate the “task” of new car shopping but Mark was very easy to do business with. I would highly recommend at least talking to him before you decide on a car to purchase.

Love my 2022 SE PHEV. Purchased from Carmax. Comfortable cloth seats, rear seat legroom is great, electronics are way above average especially the iPhone connectivity. Large cargo space behind rear seat. Nice looking 18” wheels. Have only purchased two gas fill ups since Oct 2023. I really have no complaints.

I Loved my 2019 Ford Escape! It was my third Escape, as I previously owned a 2005, and a 2011! Sadly, it was my last as FORD's new version of the Escape is AWFUL! I NEVER had one issue with my 2019, and I drove over 94,000 miles over the 6 1/2 Years that I owned it! However, the resale value SUCKS! I know it's just the game they play at the dealers, but it's an ugly game where the consumer always loses! But - it's only money,,, and you can't take it with you!

I have a 2021 SEL. No problems thus far with 18,000 miles. The seats are the most comfy of any vehicle I’ve had. It has the fake leather ones. It’s all I need. I average 29 mpg but mostly drive in town.

I bought a used 2020 Ford escape hybrid titanium with 33,000 miles. I came from a 2015 X3 and I am surprised how well this car handles and feels firmly planted. I love the electric driving at slow speeds and you can hear the gas engine come on and it’s louder than my BMW, but I am still pleasantly surprised by the low level of road noise at highway speeds. Mine is Persian green, which is rare, and absolutely beautiful after I waxed it. The exterior is pretty good, considering its price range, and the interior is subpar with the hard plastic on the doors, but overall, the controls are very intuitive, easily reachable, and after I learned how to use all the options, my favorite feature is the adaptive cruise control with stop and go and lane centering. The car basically just drives itself, even in the city at low speeds. I just have to make the turns and stop at red lights and stop signs if there is no car in front of me. I also love the short stopping distances with the brakes, which feel great and confidence-inspiring, and the steering actually feels better than in my BMW, which was too light at highway speeds. Another feature that sold me was how much legroom there is in the backseat, especially the fact that you can recline the backseat a little bit and also push it a few inches back to create more legroom. There is definitely more legroom in the front and back than in my BMW, even though my BMW was a few inches longer than this car. I love the look of the RAV4 hybrid XLE and it has more cargo room, but if you check the user reviews, you’ll see that the Escape hybrid actually beats it in mpg and in my area, I would’ve paid $8k - $9k more for a similar used RAV4 so I felt like the Escape hybrid was a better value overall. I rarely buy extended warranties with cars, but I did with this one since it was such a good deal at only $4000 but it gave me seven years of extended coverage and up to 80,000 more miles, whichever comes first. Considering how tariffs will affect car part pricing and car repair bills, I thought this was a an exceptional value, just like the car itself. I’ve only had it for three weeks, but I am really enjoying driving the car and seeing how little gas it sips.

It’s been a great car for the past few months. The 2.0 engine has the perfect amount of power to get around and the 8 speed does a decent job. I love the exterior and interior styling. Great driving position and overall feel. My only complaint is the sometimes slow infotainment screen, especially on startup when I go to use the climate controls. Other than that I love the technology and features you can get in this car!

Very nice suv for us. Ford made it easier for all the controls to be operated they also put more push buttons back in. Very high tech suv but easy to use. Great mileage for an awd. This is a longer review, so you may want to find a comfy chair and get settled. Hydrate if needed. Stretch first. We’ll wait. We came in to buy a Jeep Grand Cherokee and somehow walked out with so much more — including a valuable life lesson about always accepting free popcorn. Let’s start with our salesman, Jake. He was refreshingly… normal. Not pushy. Not lurking. Not hiding behind a potted plant waiting to pounce. We were originally just at the dealership to get our old clunker serviced, and Jake bravely approached and asked if we needed anything. From there, we had the usual small talk, test drives, and all the classic “so what do you think of this one?” moments. They didn’t have the exact Jeep we wanted, so they went out and got the one that checked all of our boxes. Jake got it to us almost as fast as a Jimmy John’s sandwich which is impressive considering this was an entire vehicle and not a turkey sub. Then came everyone’s favorite part of buying a vehicle — the financial reality portion of the program. You know it’s about to begin when they offer comfort items like popcorn, water and soda. That’s when you realize this is not a negotiation… this is emotional support snacking. For reasons we still cannot explain, we declined the popcorn and bravely entered the pricing discussion unprotected. During our otherwise calm back-and-forth conversation, a nearby customer began expressing their feelings… loudly… and with extremely creative vocabulary. We’re talking colorful. You could have painted a full mural with this guy’s monologue. If passion were measurable in decibels, this guy was setting records. This is when we realized our true mistake — which had nothing to do with buying the Jeep… and everything to do with declining the popcorn - as we were clearly also getting a live theater performance. The entire staff handled the situation with impressive calm, professionalism, and patience. Special shout-out to Brandon for composure that deserves its own award. Possibly a medal. Maybe a parade. A few days later, it was time to sign on the dotted line — which brought us to Bob. Bob was so entertaining and engaging that we temporarily forgot we were making a large financial commitment. I’m fairly certain that’s a rare and valuable skill that has been crafted over many years in the car business. Before you know it, Bob will even have you signed up for the VFW and guitar lessons. He’s that skilled. Finally, pickup day arrived. This time we were prepared. No more popcorn-related regret. We secured the Jeep… and the popcorn. Order has been restored. Lessons have been learned. Highly recommend Jake, the entire team at Miller Motors, and the popcorn.

Do your homework and research the vehicle of your choice. I bought the escape used in 2024. So far, no recalls and it was a great buy, and I love it. I have the 2.0 turbo 240 horsepower. I use premium gas, full synthetic oil and change the transmission fluid every 30 thousand miles. I also read that once you get to your destination, let the car idle for 10 seconds so the turbo has time to rid any excess output.

Each person I interacted with from the service advisors to the shuttle driver, was friendly, and helpful. It certainly made a stressful experience more enjoyable. I felt like a valued customer the entire time.

I’m really enjoying my 2022 Ford Escape SE more than I expected. This SUV is new to me having purchased “used” at 4500 miles just 3 weeks ago. It’s mainly used for my work commute. We just finished a trip we take several times per year and what comfort and performance! The several drive modes - normal, eco, sport and slippery roads - really make a difference in response, feel and performance. I used eco mode for the 350 mile trip home and confirm an incredible range of well over 500 miles on a 16 gallon tank. This is not a hybrid! This shreds the performance of our well-liked 2015 escape that gets about 350-400 mile range on the same size tank. The turning radius of my 2022 is noticeably improved over our 2015 model. The headlights with auto high beam is a real treat too. The heated seats are excellent & improved over our 2015 for fast heating & comfort that goes beyond the seat to the seat back as well. I’m looking forward to owning this SUV for many years.
