AutoNation Volkswagen CarlsbadReviews
AutoNation Volkswagen Carlsbad review
Mike Ngo, the fleet manager at AutoNation Volkswagen Carlsbad provided excellent advice, service and answers to all of my questions. The responsiveness and personal attention to my questions was refreshing. To have someone take the time to listen carefully and provide clear answers to my concerns made this the best car buying experience ever. I highly recommend them!
2016 Ford Expedition review
A Great Vehicle, except, in my 98 when 2nd Row of seats to flatten level there was a hinged cover that fell into place to cover a Large Gap between the Lowered 3rd Row Seats and the 2nd row seats. The 2016 DOES NOT HAVE IT. A BIG FLAW. Someone at Ford had a bad idea to delete this Essential Cover. I can guess why. (For another thesis.) Ford should/must provide a Free Retro Fit Covers and the Cost of Installation. COME ON FOMOCO, WHAT WERE YOU THINKING, OPPS You Were Not Thinking of your loyal customers.

Groove ToyotaReviews
Groove Toyota review
I was car shopping for a few months and found a pre-owned SUV at Groove Toyota. I called the dealership and salesman, Daniel Bailey answered. We set a time in an hour and when I arrived Daniel had both SUVs I inquired about, up front, washed/detailed and ready to test drive. First, I hate going to car dealerships and it's a stressful situation I try to avoid but Daniel made it a pleasurable experience. I've been in sales for over 26 years and I appreciate a good salesperson who doesn't make you feel like you're just a # or that is overly aggressive. Daniel asked great questions up front to ensure he was providing good service and not wasting my time. He cared about what I was looking for and what was important to me. I felt like he was listening and seeking to understand vs just selling me. I really appreciated that. I left that afternoon, torn on what I was going to do, as I had a couple of SUVs I was interested in at other dealerships, but in the end I came back to Groove Toyota because of Daniel. We made the sale on a busy Saturday and he stuck by my side through the entire process, which included me trading in my truck. To the management at Groove, you may have 80+ salespeople fighting for a sale, but it's the ones like Daniel who build loyalty out of customers like me by treating people with respect. Daniel represents your dealership with integrity and character, and these are qualities you just can't teach, but should appreciate.

Whitlock Motors review
I recently went car shopping with a friend who wasn't quite sure what he was looking for. Salesman Kellen Whitehead at Whitlock motors was very helpful and informative. We threw all kinds of questions his way and Kellen knew the answers or was able to find them quickly for us and help us narrow down the vehicle choices. I would definitely recommend Whitlock Motors and Kellen to anyone who is looking for a vehicle, even if they don't know what they want!

Kendall Ford Lincoln of AnchorageReviews
Kendall Ford Lincoln of Anchorage review
I worked with Shane to get my car. He was great! Way to work with, answered all my questions. The paperwork was quickly handled. My singular complaint was that it was a used car and they didn’t get it detailed, or offer to. It’s not a major issue, but it would have been nice since this was a new to me car. Other than that, I would totally recommend.

One of my favorite automebiles. Excellent ride. Lot of roon to haul the family. Low miles and lots of life left. Black with 22 inch wheels make it a head turner.

Tom's Auto SalesReviews
Tom's Auto Sales review
Joe was my go-to guy at one of the lots where this vehicle I was interested in is they have four lots in Des Moines. It's always wanting to come up there and have the vehicle taken to another shop nearby and pay to have it inspected so I can find out what it needs and decide if I wanted this still purchase it with whatever it needed and that was no problem but they wanted me to fill out the credit app online and that was cool and Danny but there's no reason to pull a hard hard copy of my credit report if I'm coming up to go look at the vehicle because if there's more things that need to be done to where then I want to put into it I probably wouldn't do the deal and I'd have a hard thing on my credit report that I wouldn't be able to get taken off so other than that them telling me to go do that even though they knew I wanted to get it checked first was my only irritation. But something came up and I had to register another vehicle that I have in my personal access right now so I may have to wait a couple months before I want to go up there and do that but my job allows me to travel all over so I might get to go up there if I can this month and check out the vehicle to see if it's something that I really really want before someone else gets it so yes Joe I appreciate you working with me and look forward to consuming this business transaction soon. They went above and beyond helping me get approved to get a vehicle. They never gave up like other dealerships. I'm very grateful for everything they did. The vehicle I purchased is absolutely wonderful! Thank you guys again.

Dealt with Robert on the purchase of a 2012 F-150. Robert was a likeable and professional individual. He was responsive and worked with my wife and I until we found exactly what we were easy to work with. No pressure and I will definitely be back. The entire crew was pleasant.

Midwest MotorsReviews
Midwest Motors review
I was interested in buying a used car in February 2016 after turning in my leased 2012 Honda, that had a high payment. Quality and cost were important when looking at vehicles. I was given a printout of the reconditioning work that was done on the vehicle that I decided to purchase, as well as, a vehicle history report. I felt like the staff was willing to work with me on cost and financing options. I have really enjoyed my low payment and new features on my 2010 Nissan Altima. I now have heated seats, leather, backup camera and sunroof, while paying much less of a payment. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and guarantee you will be satisfied with your buying experience and vehicle. I am a lifelong customer of this dealership!!
2016 Ford Expedition review
I am very happy with my "new" 2016 Ford Expedition, King Ranch Edition! I have had 2 Expedition Eddie Bauer Editions, so I am very familiar with them. Still, the features and quality trim and interior were beyond my expectations. My wife and I drove it home over one thousand miles over a couple days, and it drove like a dream and performed very well! The look of the Expedition turns heads, and I'll probably drive it for a long time.
