I've been through a lot of car deals, but this recent experience at Doggett had to have been the smoothest I've experienced. I found the truck I wanted online, sent an interest card in, and within 15 minutes I got a text from Samuel. I was pretty upfront that I wasn't interested in the typical dealer dance and knew how the deal needed to work for me. We texted the basic structure of the deal out before coming down. I came in the next morning and met with Sarah to take a test drive. They had it out and ready. I needed to make a meeting down south by noon and they were very respectful of that. They had the deal and truck ready to go when I came back later in the evening with my trade. Finance was personable and easy with Daniel.
