The customer service was great. My salesperson Billy was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and made the process go smoothly.
2020 Ford Expedition review
Overall I do love this SUV. great driving experience. Latest electronic features are a benefit. I did have to turn off the out of jane detection, too accurate. My one complaint is that the console has a fault, I call it a missing piece. I have lost two disability placard because I placed them on the flat part and both skided into nonoland. There needs to be a stop of some kind.

What an absolutely fantastic experience! This was my first time purchasing a car entirely from another state, and I honestly could not have asked for a better experience. From beginning to end, everyone involved was attentive, proactive, professional, and genuinely committed to making the entire process as smooth and comfortable as possible. A very special thank-you goes to Tony. He was always extremely courteous, patient, and responsive. No matter how many questions we had, he never failed to answer us, provide the information we needed, or make himself available. His professionalism and personal attention gave us complete confidence throughout the entire purchase. I also want to recognize Tony’s manager, Vince, Laura, and the entire team. Every person we dealt with was simply amazing and wonderful! I absolutely loved the entire experience and could not be happier with my purchase. Buying a vehicle remotely could have been stressful, but this team made it easy, transparent, and truly enjoyable. I wholeheartedly recommend this dealership and everyone who works there. They went above and beyond in every possible way. Thank you, Tony, Vince, Laura, and the entire team, for making this such an incredible and memorable experience! Edson Luque

Bergey's Ford review
We had a great experience at Bergey’s! We drove thru their lot the night before our purchase date and saw the perfect car for me-a “Baby Bronco” ( Bronco Sport Outerbanks). We went back the next day and inquired about the Bronco we had seen. Our salesman, Andrew Weed, was so knowledgeable, and very honest and do pleasant! After going thru the business end of purchasing (which was not bad at all) we signed on the dotted line and left with our little beauty! If you are looking to purchase a car or truck we recommend Bergey’s for their honesty and helpfulness during the purchase. The Bronco was detailed to perfection! I love our new car!!! Carol Wilmot

Elias was wonderful to work with. Excellent customer service and very thorough. Highly recommend him!
2020 Ford Expedition review
2020 Ford Expedition was purchased Feb 2020 (Springfield Va). I started having transmission problems Jun 2020 (15,000 miles). I informed my service representative what was occurring during an oil change and she informed that she would have a transmission specialist look at it. I was given the all ok and l departed, but my transmission is still producing a rattling sound and it buck's when l go from park to drive, also when it changes gears it slips from time yo time. This is my Fourth new Expedition and l have never experienced anything like this. I have made 4 request that they check my transmission and it has always come back (No problem). Oct 2022 l received a call from the service department stating that my truck hadn't been in over a year. I indicated to them that l was last in for an oil change with them, April 2022. Not only did they not have records showing my oil changes, but they didn't record any of my complaints about my transmission. I took my truck to AAMCO and they indicated that it was an electrical component ( brains of the trans) that was faulty and that l needed to return to Ford to repair. I attempted to have this resolved before my warranty expired and now l have no warranty on it because l'm at 95K miles on my truck. I know that there is a recall on 2015-2019 Ford Expedition for faulty transmission gear box. I'm experiencing the exact same issue with my transmission. Vin #1MJK1JT8LEA27351 Model: XLT Max Grey

The salesman was chilled and the experience was very relaxed. We felt heard and our salesman was through with showing us how to use the multiple features.
2024 Ford Expedition review
Purchased new July 5, 2024 now have approx 16,000 miles recently took a trip that was total 4,000 miles. Wife states as the most comfortable vehicle she’s ever had especially on this long trip pulling a 6x12 enclosed motorcycle trailer from Chicago to Scottsdale, AZ. Nimble handling even in the mountains and plenty of power! 5 Stars Ford!!

ACP Auto Wholesalers review
Had a great experience with this dealer. Bought a charger from them and it runs smoothly. They washed my car before I bought it and filled the tank.
2017 Ford Expedition review
This truck is comfortable, powerful & roomy. The third row can actually sit three adults with reasonable comfort. The Eco-boost V6 has plenty of power. Sufficient room behind 3rd row for cargo. Tahoe 3rd row is great if you like sitting with your knees by your ears. First Ford I’ve bought in 38 years since my 73 Mustang. If you get one make sure you get the Sync 3 radio.

2016 Ford Expedition review
I am very happy with my "new" 2016 Ford Expedition, King Ranch Edition! I have had 2 Expedition Eddie Bauer Editions, so I am very familiar with them. Still, the features and quality trim and interior were beyond my expectations. My wife and I drove it home over one thousand miles over a couple days, and it drove like a dream and performed very well! The look of the Expedition turns heads, and I'll probably drive it for a long time.
