Even though we haven’t had this vehicle very long we really love it. Lots of room inside. Smooth ride. One of my favorite features is the lights on the outside mirrors tell you there’s a car in my blind spot this is a great safety feature. Ours was a used certified gold vehicle average used mileage, the price was very good, below suggested price.

Love the car but still has problems with the Collison message keeps coming on. Still trying to get the factory code to program some systems. Had it at 2 different dealers. The I bought it at does not return calls.

While the inside of the dealership could use some serious love, the experience overall was very positive. Caleb Terry was one of the nicest salesmen I interacted with during my car search. This is a comfortable, reliable and very safe SUV. This is our second Ford Expedition in our family. We had our last Expedition for 17 years (a 2003) and are now ready to get a newer one.

As usual I got what I needed done in a time frame that fit MY schedule. I had two tires with leaks. One could be fixed, at a lower cost than other dealerships' prices, the other could not. (Too close to the sidewall) It's a few days later and the tire is at the same pressure. They also rotated my tires at no cost! Thank you guys for finding the worn back brakes. That diagnosed the squeaking. Ask for Jonny Streetman. He's always been honest with me.
