I was just seeing what the new Prius had changed since my 10 year old vehicle and my salesperson Maliik Tooley discussed all the new improvements since my last purchase and also answered my questions about trying to get the 2018 or waiting for the 2019 to come in. I thought he was very knowledgeble and worked with me to make the best decision. I decided to go on and buy the new vehicle and knew it was not on the lot but should be arriving within a few days with my color choice and all the options I wanted.
I was returning a lease and was referred to Richard. He was very helpful in explaining the process and offered to work with me to find a new vehicle. I ended up keeping the car a few additional months. Richard would consistently follow up with me without being pushy. Went to the Dealership on Friday, all cars on the lot were clean which is a good sign. Found one that I liked, Had it inspected from my mechanic. There was a Check Engine Light. The Dealer Had it Fixed on Monday since his Mechanic was Closed on Saturday. Got a call to come in to verify the work. All is Good. We Negotiated and the car was purchased. What stands out about this dealership is that there is no pressure to buy. Also if you straight up with them then they will be straight up with you. Happy to say that the experience was great .
I inquired about a car on the internet. They were extremely responsive and helpful with all my questions. Unfortunately the are 3000 miles away and that was the only reason for me not buying the car.
I would recommend them.
Ian Levandoski handled our purchase of a new 2018 Mustang over the phone which allowed us to not have to drive all the way to the dealership until the paperwork was ready. We got a fair price and when we arrived the car and paperwork were ready to sign. Everything we were promised was delivered. Definitely call Ian if you want to purchase a car. I was looking to return a leased 2014 Fusion and replace it with a new 2017. Since my car had been serviced at Woodstock and I liked the service department, I went there to see what was available. My salesman, Aubrea Carringer could not have been more accommodating. I did not know what model I wanted nor was I sure whether I would lease again or purchase the my next vehicle. Aubrea showed me what was available on the lot , as well as what he could find for me at other dealers. He patiently explained all my options with the Fusion and explained the pros and cons of of lease vs buy. It took a week, but we found the perfect model at another local dealer. Aubrea went out of his way to get that vehicle AND meet that dealer's price. I ended up buying the car. When I picked it up. Aubrea spent a fair amount of time explaining all new technology - not an easy job since technology and I are not the best of friends. I am happy with my choice of car and dealer.
