2020 Ford Expedition review
2020 Ford Expedition was purchased Feb 2020 (Springfield Va). I started having transmission problems Jun 2020 (15,000 miles). I informed my service representative what was occurring during an oil change and she informed that she would have a transmission specialist look at it. I was given the all ok and l departed, but my transmission is still producing a rattling sound and it buck's when l go from park to drive, also when it changes gears it slips from time yo time. This is my Fourth new Expedition and l have never experienced anything like this. I have made 4 request that they check my transmission and it has always come back (No problem). Oct 2022 l received a call from the service department stating that my truck hadn't been in over a year. I indicated to them that l was last in for an oil change with them, April 2022. Not only did they not have records showing my oil changes, but they didn't record any of my complaints about my transmission. I took my truck to AAMCO and they indicated that it was an electrical component ( brains of the trans) that was faulty and that l needed to return to Ford to repair. I attempted to have this resolved before my warranty expired and now l have no warranty on it because l'm at 95K miles on my truck. I know that there is a recall on 2015-2019 Ford Expedition for faulty transmission gear box. I'm experiencing the exact same issue with my transmission. Vin #1MJK1JT8LEA27351 Model: XLT Max Grey

2024 Ford Expedition review
Purchased new July 5, 2024 now have approx 16,000 miles recently took a trip that was total 4,000 miles. Wife states as the most comfortable vehicle she’s ever had especially on this long trip pulling a 6x12 enclosed motorcycle trailer from Chicago to Scottsdale, AZ. Nimble handling even in the mountains and plenty of power! 5 Stars Ford!!

Mercedez Benz of Lehigh Valley, Pa provided a unique experience for me this recent interaction. My c300 had a strong unusual gasoline odor in the garage suddenly. I had called MB of LV on a Thursday, going into Presidents' Day holiday weekend. My experience began with: *Telephone/reception : Leillani *Service Advisor: Juan Martinez (1 of 6 service advisors, very hard working with an overfill of workorders and facing challenges regarding courtesy loaners at the time. Yet handling all customer transports through shuttle service which was timely and professional) *Technician: Rick Dombroski *Valet staff, all of them! Juan Martinez explained from first interaction in a very efficient, clear, concise, professional and in ELITE manner the process of vehicle handling. Covering initial multipoint inspection of the vehicle in general, plus recommendations of maintenance and potentially beyond the diagnostics of my reason of bringing the vehicle in the first place. Very clear, to the point. Punctual. This being on a Thursday, resulted in follow up and further diagnostics through the Friday and work performed over the weekend into Monday, the technician and efforts resulted in going above and beyond in attempts to replicate the gasoline smell by filling the gas tank. After extensive trials and diagnostics, situations was resolved Tuesday as promised. Furthermore, it was discovered and recommended for subframe work. Which can be a costly job concerning critical quality component of such vehicle to remain in elite luxury condition. All the work was completed as promised and professionally manicured to exceed expectations of quality and resolve. Juan Martinez, not only impressed upon me as a recent customer, but confirmed the values of integrity, honesty, professionalism, and service truly to reflect the name and brand values of Mercedez Benz of Lehigh Valley. Thank you Juan for this elite, excellent, and positive experience with your team, department, and dealership. Execution was exquisite and exceeded my expectations indepth. Juan Martinez earned my trust and loyalty for not only the MB of LV dealership but for the automobile industry, as I have seen in the past varying degrees in differences of results as well as efforts regarding many challenges met unsuccessfully to satisfaction or expectation as a customer. Juan Martinez may be 1 of many within the field of service advisory, but he and MB of LV are 1 of 1 in my experience. 2020 Ford Expedition review
Overall I do love this SUV. great driving experience. Latest electronic features are a benefit. I did have to turn off the out of jane detection, too accurate. My one complaint is that the console has a fault, I call it a missing piece. I have lost two disability placard because I placed them on the flat part and both skided into nonoland. There needs to be a stop of some kind.

Most dealerships we had been to in search of a new car for her either seemed so money-hungry we quickly left, or were so ignorant on their own product line it wasn't worth the time to talk to them. These folks know their products, more importantly they are focused on your needs, not theirs. We were fortunate to encounter a sales person, Bill B. who was a mechanic! How often does that happen? Not once did I hear "We want to EARN your business." All I heard was what the car did, its features and benefits and what to expect. The financing and paperwork were simple. No running back and forth 17 times to 'get approval'--a tactic I deplore that is used to keep you at a place. If you are looking for ANY vehicle, stop here first and save yourself a lot of time and trouble. Ask for Bill B. The mechanic--he will fix you up!
2006 Ford Expedition review
Mine is an XLT Version. 5.4 V8. Replaced the throttle body at 112 000 miles. Alternator at 150000 miles Complete paint job at 225000. It's a very reliable vehicle. I do regular maintenance at Ford dealership at 5000 miles. I've been pulling a bass boat for 15 years with no problems with transmission or electrical. It's been a great people hauler for routine 1000 mile vacations. JD

2018 Ford Expedition review
This has been our favorite vehicle. The list of features don't quit. So versatile. We have taken it off-roading, camping, long road-trips, day trips etc. Cleaning is easy with all-weather mats and leather interior. It's rare, but ours has the PANORAMIC-SUNROOF, which I love love love!!!!! The memory settings for the drivers are nice too. Just push a button and the mirrors and seat adjust to you. the convenient features just go on. I literally can't say enough good things about this vehicle!!! And this is all after 60k miles! Can't get a better family car!!

I purchased my car a few years ago from CarShop & have always been very happy with it. Close to the 4th of July my car started acting up & needed attention right away so it could be drive-able. No other mechanic near where I live could work on it until almost a week after the holiday. I ended up calling the CarShop & told them I did purchase my car from them although not recently & told them my problem & they said to bring it in right away the same morning I called. They even provide courtesy rides within a certain distance from the shop so I ended up not having to get a rent a car. The car was fixed that afternoon & drove better than it has in a long time. They told me they do all kinds of work, even inspections. Their garages are air conditioned & very clean too so the mechanics can stay to finish your vehicle & not leave early due to temperature changes. The charges to fix my car were better or equal to other garages & the quality of work was amazing for the money. Most of the time they can take you the same day as you need them so no rent a car costs. I am surely going back to the CarShop in Glen Mills for future work. Also the staff is wonderful too; I spoke a lot to Eric, and also to Lisa & Morgan. They are all very helpful & kind.
