I purchased a 2011 Mercedes c350 4matic. I saw the car on cars.com and called the dealership to ask more about the car. The gentleman who answered the phone directed me to their website which there were 50+ additional photos of the vehicle and a free car fax report. When i got to the dealership i was greeted with immediate professionalism and a bottle of water and/or coffee. I test drove the car and absolutely loved it. We came back to the office and began the negotiations and what needed to happen for me to take the car home, i can tell you this doesn't feel like the "buying a used car experience" , there was no heckling, no hidden fees, or anything fishy you would almost expect out of a used car salesman. They made the process super easy, got me financing quickly, and paid me more than fair value for my trade in! From searching for a used car, up until the signing on the dotted line, this process was the most pain free, profesional interaction I've ever had buying a car. My Husband and I recently leased two new cars. I leased a 2018 Jeep Latitude Compass. I was driving a 2014 Ford Escape that was very depreciated; with the help of Henry and Salerno Duane Chrysler Jeep I was able to get into a new car that i absolutely love. I gave Henry the parameters of what i was looking for and he nailed It. Henry was also very accommodating to my crazy work schedule. My car was delivered right to me! I cannot say enough good things about Henry and this dealership. I???ve left other dealerships in the past on edge and not 100% sure, but here I was confident and happy. Ive seen some negative reviews on this site. But most you can just tell were difficult customers. We are on our 5th (or 6th) car from DANA. 2017 FORD EDGE SPORT. For my wife. 4 of them from SHAUNNA. She is more like part of extended family. (As well as JUAN) I always know what i want, & want to pay for it. And always got it. Her follow-up is second to none. We LIKE goin to see her, she makes things go smooth. Ive NEVER seen any upset or angry people in the showroom. And all the friends that have dealt with her feel the same. And my Son loves her too!. This SUV is a dream to drive and rides so smooth. Comfortable seating for 7 and easily accessible 3rd row seating. All the latest technology makes the Expedition easy to maneuver. Gas mileage up around 23 mpg so better than F-150. My best vehicle so far!!

My husband and I entered the dealership with no intention of leasing an American car, but as soon as we walked in we were greeted by lovely staff and front desk person. This was Saturday, October 6th at approximately 3:15 PM. The front desk person encouraged us to look at the various models of Lincoln and we realized everything from cars to SUV's were all wheel drive. Shortly after, a fantastic and really motivated salesperson named Mary G. , came over and stated she would like to let us "try" the car. Again, no desire to lease American but when we went outside, choose the color and just drove approximately one block around, my husband was sold. The ease of getting in and out and all the features such as air conditioned seats, all one can say is wow ! We inquired about service, also amazing , just a download from the phone. But none of this could have happened if it wasn't for Mary G.

My sales person was Nicholas Squeo. Very knowledgeable, friendly and understood my situation, and made my experience easy and less stressfull getting into a new truck. Everyone Ive dealt with in finding a new truck ( 2018 Ford Escape ) which I love, As you know the whole process of finding a new care whether leasing or buying can be a stressful experience but at Dana Ford Lincoln they helped explain the process, and the transaction went much smoother that any other dealership I have gone to. I would also like to mention Frank Curry in Sales, who helped me with the tech. stuff inside the truck, Michael Passaro the Finance Manager who took the time explaining my transaction and along with Nicholas Abbruzzese, Manager, who was able to work with the bank to get me into my new 2018 Ford Escape. My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

Yes, where do I start. Do I start with this being the best car buying experience I've ever had? That would be too obvious. But it would be the absolute honest truth. I think that everyone is so used to going to the dealership. Being there for 8 hours (you should get paid for being there you're there so long). Sales people trying to up-sell you on every little thing that you didn't ask for. Just an all around miserable experience. Then you go to carvana.com. You put in exactly what you're looking for. Exactly what you want to pay and presto you have a wonderful car. I believe it took me 45 minutes to do this entire transaction. From first going on the site and finding my 2016 Chervolet Equinox (maybe 15 minutes). To uploading my paperwork (5 minutes). To being approved (5 minutes). To having the car delivered, taking a test drive and signing the papers (20 minutes). It was the best transactions I've done since finding my husband. I've told everyone I know about this. We've watched videos of other people getting their cars. Too funny. Thank you Carvana for this wonderful experience. Can't wait to get my Husband a car now.

At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Bought my 2011 Expedition Limited in April 2016 with 116k miles. 3 years later, I have 160k miles on it now. It has served me very well. I love the power, the passenger capacity, and the vast cargo capacity. When I first bought it, some oil was leaking down into the spark plugs causing a random misfire. Had it repaired and no issues with that since. At 145k, needed to replace the water pump. Other than that, the vehicle has remained fairly low maintenance. I'm very happy with the purchase. I would have liked to get a newer one with less miles but didn't want to spend that much on the purchase. This vehicle looks and runs great and I would recommend. Can expect 300k-500k miles with regular maintenance.

I could not believe how easy - and fast - buying a car could be. I decided a used car was for me, so I started looking online and at local dealerships. All I can say is that that experience was enough to put me off the whole process. Dealer add-ons. Limited or no warranty. ???What are you willing to pay???? Enough!!! I saw an ad online for Carvana, which I had never heard of, and thought ???what the heck.??? Such a great find! From the quick and easy search, to no haggle pricing, to easy payment (I was able to pay cash online, but they also offer financing), to a no-risk 7-day return policy AND an additional 100-day warranty on top of that! There was nothing to lose. It took only a few days for delivery - to my home! - and the paperwork was handled in about 5 minutes. They even had a notary show up! They handle the registration, too - no waiting in line at DMV. Bottom line: I love the car, I got it at a good price, and it could not have been easier. Actually, it???s scary how easy it was. I have to stop myself from looking more on he Carvana website, lol.

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

So, this site does not have an easy way to change reviews like Yelp... To that effect I'm writing a review to counter my previous one. You hear so many stories about used car dealerships fleecing and cheating the unwary consumer and even people who have had some experience with the maintenance and care of vehicles... I left that same fear color my review before Rob, Sports & Imports, had any chance to defend himself or take care of my problem. For that I am sorry. The vehicle I purchased had seemed to be in good shape... However things are not always what they seem. I have had two issues with the vehicle that's far, 1 minor and one major, brake lines and transmission. To Rob and Mike's credit they have fixed each problem at Great personal cost to themselves and their business... They have consistently done the right thing and the fair thing. Used cars, like any product can suffer from unknown wear and tear as I'm sure all those who trade-in vehicles are not exclusively honest with how much damage they've done to the vehicle... I attributed this to Sports & Imports and I couldn't have been more wrong. As I write this review they have worked with an alacrity and gregarious speed to put a whole new transmission on my vehicle. This is the kind of dedication you very rarely see in any kind of sales. Please, while I'm awaiting my prior of you to come down listen to this one and not the fear addled ramblings of a worn Chevy Avalanche owner

Thanks to Rob, I was able to get a car loan through a local bank to not only work on rebuilding my credit but also I was able to get approved for the vehicle that I really wanted. Rob worked hard to get me approved. Him and his staff are knowledgable, acommodating and customer-service oriented. I have told friends and family about him. Well the vehicle I purchased was a 2006 and only the navigation system was out of date and it doesn't sync with my phone. It would be nice if it had daytime running lights but it does have automatic headlights.
