I have had the best experience ever from the beginning to the end. Landon Puffer was so nice, informative and just a friendly person who won my confidence and trust when making my decision in buying my Forester. I felt like I was talking to a family member about a car and not a salesperson in it for their own benefit. The entire staff was very helpful and welcomed me, my son-in-law and daughter and their service dog Levi.
These guys GET IT!!! I've never worked with a more easy going bunch of guys! No pressure, great selection, and best buy I have ever made!! They pride themselves on being the best deal on the internet and they always are.. this is my 3rd car that I've purchased from Hedberg Solomon and I'll be back. Thanks Jared and Troy for an awesome experience.
I first called over the phone to ask about one of the used cars on location. The representative on the phone was very helpful, polite, and informative. They answered all of my questions and made sure that they were taking care of my needs. They soon emailed me with a follow-up message to see where I stood on buying. Very nice overall shopping experience.
I recently purchased a low mileage vehicle from Gage. I was treated as if I was a long time returning customer. I purchased a used 2007 Lexus RX-350 that I could use mostly as a "snow vehicle." I was satisfied with the selling price of $10,400, but they caught me off guard while signing the documents, and they added a $300 charge for a theft recovery system (basically frame etching). I usually don't purchase dealer add-ons but they slipped this one by me. I was also informed that the vehicle had a Mark Levinson package on it (which when purchased new is $900). It's too bad that such a high-end dealership tries to nickle and dime you to death!
Nick and Russ were wonderful to work with. I only had so much money and a car that I wanted and they made it work. No pressure, great personalities, and I felt confident as a female, by myself, making this deal.
I have been to dealerships of all sorts. This one was not what I thought it would be. I had the same hesitation tjat I had at others but the way they worked with me and never put pressure on me to buy a more expensive car was a relief. All of the associates I worked with(Ward and Misty) were informative and patient. Misty is a miracle worker with a sense of humor that put me at ease. I am totally going back when I need another car. Thank you guys!!
