Previous minivan owner we didn’t realize we had out grown our minivan till we realized the amount of space in our new truck. We have 4 active kids from 5-15 that are in multiple sports. Did not buy the truck at Loganville Ford but as they were in the area where I live so I brought it in for 5k check and oil change. Was very happy to get with Matt as a service advisor even though it wasn't a major visit the positive attitude was evident. Later I talked to him about getting my bed sprayed/sealed and he brought the tech out to tell me how he does and the results I would see. Excellent job. At about 10k I brought my truck in and had a unique issue which was researched by Matt, he got with the appropriate people to resolve the problem and got it done. I recently bought a 2007 Jaguar XK with 64k miles on it from JET AUTO and it was an out of state purchase. I live on a military base in VA and performed the whole transaction online. Since it was out of state I needed the car professionally inspected and they very welcoming of a professional inspection. When we got the condition report back we traded notes and they adjusted the price. Greg did one price "out the door" including SHIPPING the car. And to boot I got the car THE NEXT DAY!! Yes 24 hrs - I was shocked. Greg arranged everything, and did it super fast! Honestly, I've never had a car buying transaction go this smoothly - and the fact it was online made it even better. At the end of the day I would go to Jet again for another car. Sure I'd get a professional inspection of the car first, but I certainly would not hesitate one bit using Jet for a purchase. I love the car and if you use JET ask for Greg.

Love the room in the car. Even with 3rd row seats there is plenty of room for luggage if traveling or the normal trip to the grocery store

2018 Ford Expedition Max review
We are a tall family and tried every single vehicle on the market before finding the roomy max and falling in love. Plenty of legroom in all 3 rows for over 6-footers like us, plus plenty of room to haul our Costco loads. Have only owned for less than a week, so can't speak to long- term, but we drove 1400 miles on Route 66 and were all very comfortable. Plenty of cupholders for everyone and phone chargers as well.

2019 Ford Expedition Max review
We bought our expedition in 2022 used with 23k miles. Got the cam phasers replaced right away under warranty. Other than that the only thing needing work was the front axle seal. Replaced under warranty as well. Overall an excellent vehicle. We occasionally get a weird or harsh shift but that happens maybe once a month and doesn’t cause any drivability issues. Lastly, I had to unplug the hands free power liftgate sensor as it had a tendency to close on you while you were loading groceries. Not a big deal to do without imo. The versatility of the interior is top notch if you have multiple kids in car seats. The cargo area is huge on the max. The base stereo could be better but it’s not bad. Comfy on long roadtrips. We have the max tow package and tow our 6500lb boat all summer and it handles it with ease. We average about 16 mpg but we don’t drive it gently. We checked out the suburban before we bought this and I wasn’t a fan of the seat versatility or lack there-of and the very high rear cargo floor.

I never tried the thrid row seat. it is broken .instead of ford using metal.scews they have plastic ones and they are not covered by warranty 800. dollar repair
