Used 2017 Ford Explorer for sale near Buford, GA

Great experience from initial communication using email and text to visit to the dealership. Sales staff very friendly, knowledgable, and eager to work with customer to make a deal. This dealership has a low pressure sales environment. I'm happy with the deal we made and the 2026 Highlander I purchased.

2017 Ford Explorer. I love my car. It runs great but I have had battery problem and trim has blown off my car on freeway. Have not had a lot of problems with it.

I went into the dealership with very high hopes but very low expectations because I have some severe credit issues. Joseph Franklin greeted me at the door. He was very friendly and gave off a great vibe. During my appointment, people were pulling at him left and right from constant phone calls to in house interruptions. He handled every distraction with extreme patience and professionalism. Even though I couldn't get into the car that I had chosen online, Joseph showed me several options and made the process so pleasant. I walked out of there with a car that I really like and that suits my needs. Joseph is an awesome sales person and a definite asset to DriveTime.

Bought this car in 2019 as my daily driver. It has enough space to transport my large and was very reliable until about 160,000 miles. Gasket seal and O2 sensors failed causing me $800 in repairs. Not super expensive, but like the previous review says check to see if there are any open recalls. Currently at 230,000 miles and still driving. If you follow the suggested maintenance schedule you'll be fine. If not, you'll be in for some trouble.

I have owned Toyota and Honda vehicles for years. I love the space and comfort of my Ford Explorer. However I'm at 68k miles and just had to have my transmission rebuilt. If I didn't love the comfort and ride of this vehicle so much, I would trade it in tomorrow. I have my fingers crossed and praying this vehicle will hold out to 200k miles.

I have had several Explorers all have been great vehicles. My newest is only a couple years old. I also still have a great running 26 year old with almost 200k miles. Never had a big or expensive problem with either. I can say the same for the BMWs, Mercedes and Infinity’s I have owned…Once these expensive vehicles warranty expired everything but their engine seemed to fall apart. My Fords are reliable and never break down (knock on wood) Not flashy like the imports but solid.

My overall experience with this dealership and sales associates were very pleasant and sufficient. I was able to take my time in selecting my vehicle and was given accurate pricing info as I had already did my research for the car I was interested in. I wasn't pushed into a car I didn't want or desire after I decline to purchase the original car I went to the dealership to test drive. The associate took the time to look through the online lists of cars within a 150 miles of his dealership and after locating a car that I liked he was able to have the car transferred in from another state free of charge. I was called when the car arrived and made an appointment to check it out and I made a purchase.

I have heard a thump in the front end since I've had it and don't understand why this is happening 2017 Ford Exspoler XLT every time I turn my car to the left is there any recalls about this issue? William Wilson.

The negotiation process on the vehicle was straightforward and free of drama...communication was prompt and exemplary (with my being out of the area Crystal sent a very helpful video tour of the vehicle)...and my purchase was beautifully prepped and detailed for pickup. I saw a car online that caught my eye that was listed through Grand Motorcars. When I read the reviews I was reluctant to even take a look much less actually make a purchase. Well I stopped in and the car was great. A bit older than I wanted but in great shape with low mileage at a good price. Marcus was the salesperson and Ivory the sales manager. I was able to get the car for what KBB and online sources suggested I should. The only downside was once I had check in hand it took longer thant expected to complete the paperwork. The actual signing took 15-20 minutes but the wait was 1.5 hours, maybe it was a busy day. That's why I gave 4/5 stars. Most cars listed in their inventory are luxury/performance and priced at mid to high 5 figures, and above. I purchased one of the lowest priced vehicles but they didn't treat me as if I was cheap.

This place was absolutely wonderful. Bought a 2014 Volkswagen Jetta in great condition for a good price. The staff were accommodating, kind, and helpful. The manager even drove us to the bank because we didn’t have a car, very helpful and willing to negotiate on price. Can’t account for the negative reviews, but I definitely recommend these guys.

The salesman had the car ready for me when I got to the dealership and the buying process went smoothly. Everyone I met was friendly and helpful.

We bought a RAV4 Limited. This dealership is 250 miles away from us but had what we wanted. Thanzil Chowdhury was attentive and helpful. He arranged to have our SUV shipped to us since we?ve been under the weather. Overall, a good experience!
