Great vehicle, no problems after two years, will recommend to friends and family. Due to the shortage of workers the service department is terrible. Overall the vehicle is a 4.5 for me.

Robinson Brothers Ford review
I was traveling from Louisiana to Louisville ky. My fuel pump went out i contacted a few dealers and was told it would be jan 31 or feb before they would even look at it. I called Robinson Brothers and BRAD got the car on Monday and had it fixed by Tuesday afternoon so i could get back home to my family. I recommend them to any one in baton Rouge. 2020 Ford Explorer review
Wife's car ,working at home not many miles low 20k as of2024 June. Still I wonder about trans fluid because of time. Problem that bugs me is the radio. Static in AM off and on ,and of course the business station 1220am about the market. UGH!! Third lease of explorer, so low in miles ,made it a purchase. 🤞👍
