The Finance guy pushed extra warranty and tried to make you feel stupid for not choosing what he wanted you to choose. Very unprofessional!!!!!!! I almost walked out. If it wasn’t for the Salesman “Billy” I would have. Overall great dealership and great Salesman! The finance guy definitely needs some training on customer service and respect of others. We have purchased 3 cars from this dealership and drove 1 hour and 45 minutes that tells you how much we like the care and service of this Dealership.

2020 Ford Explorer review
I recently applied for a car from thrifty auto Sales In Westfield, Massachusetts, I received a call back from Mike. He wasn't a pushy salesman. He just actually was. I still interested in a vehicle which I was I've held off for six months without a car. I purchased a pre-owned Ford F150 from Capital Ford of Charlotte NC in Dec 2024, Criag Smith was my salesperson, he was very cordial and professional. Purchasing an expensive vehicle online can be a frustrating experience, only seeing pictures of the vehicle but not actually being there means you really have to trust your salesperson. Craig sent all the pictures of the vehicle I asked for and he kept me updated on the purchasing process. We also had a live Skype video where he demonstrated all the features and verified that everything I was concerned about, worked perfectly. The vehicle was shipped to me in a completely enclosed box trailer, so it arrived clean and free from any damage. Everything Craig said about the vehicle was correct, he said it was a beautiful truck, and he was right. Although Craig did a great job in presenting the vehicle, I gave them 4 stars due to a financing misunderstanding.

Matt is a great salesman. He isn’t pushy and he is very attentive to your needs. The car I wanted had a tapping noise when I test drove it, but I really liked it, so Matt and I drove out and back to the dealership three or four times, trying different fixes each time hoping it went away. Matt got out on the wet ground with his suit on, looking for any hint of where this noise could come from. Eventually we discovered it was a loose mud flap. I went back today and Matt gave me original Hyundai car mats even though I have had the car a couple weeks. I will buy here again when I am ready for an upgrade.

I've been buying New cars from them since 2016: 2016 Ram, 2018 Demon, 2021 Durango Hellcat, 2023 Durango Hellcat, 2023 Challenger Redeye and 2023 Demon170 and time after time, they consistently show me that they value my business and why I shouldn't go anywhere else. Up front pricing, easy to deal with staff, even the leadership team is happy to field my questions/calls. They dont pad the purchases with trumped up fees (zero doc fee), and they genuinely care about their customers. I have bought more cars from this one dealership, than any other, and its because of the PEOPLE. I can get my Dodges from anywhere, BUT I chose to get them from Steve White Motors, because of the great people and fair prices (better than fair, exceptional)! Heck, I even buy my dodge parts from them :) Genuinely love this place, they make it feel WAY less like the typical car dealership and more like visiting friends (who you just happen to buy cars from)!

2020 Ford Explorer review
Wife's car ,working at home not many miles low 20k as of2024 June. Still I wonder about trans fluid because of time. Problem that bugs me is the radio. Static in AM off and on ,and of course the business station 1220am about the market. UGH!! Third lease of explorer, so low in miles ,made it a purchase. 🤞👍
