Quiet, comfortable and powerful car. I have the twin turbo that puts out 400 hp. General gas mileage is 19-20 city and 24-25 highway. The only thing that I would change on this vehicle is that I would like to be able to turn off some of the automatic operations on a semi-permanent basis.

I purchased a used truck at AutoNation Ford Tustin this past week and the purchase went very smoothly. Our salesman Jonathan was great answering all our questions with no pressure. I would definitely work with Jonathan again if I were to purchase a car from them again. There wasn't even any real pressure when we finalized the purchase with the finance manager unlike the high pressure we have had to endure from past car purchases. This is the first explorer that I have owned in nearly 30 years. I am coming from a ram 1500. I am surprised how comfortable this explorer is I’m really enjoying the gas mileage between 21 to 23 in town. I have not taken a trip on the highway yet.

Just purchased a 2026 RAV4 Limited Hybrid. Valerie Sanchez was very helpful and efficient in communicating price and availability of this vehicle before it arrived at the dealership. It was exactly the vehicle I wanted, and a test drive confirmed that I had made the right choice. I expected to pay full price since the 2026 model is the first year of the 6th generation, and many I saw online were already listed as "sale pending." I traded in my 2013 RAV4 Limited with high mileage but otherwise in good condition. After some back and forth with manager Majir (sp?), we arrived at a deal that satisfied both of us. I elected to purchase the additional prepaid maintenance for 5 years / 75k miles, but no additional warranty. I'm very happy with the vehicle and the process.

So i went in already knowing what i wanted. Had my appointment already made and he was there waiting for me no issues. It was kind of strange to me how he didn’t know where the vehicles were so we had to go look for it. We walked for a bit then got into another vehicle to search for the vehicle. I think the lot and vehicle locations should be better situated. The buying process was easy and smooth. When the car was purchased i was waiting for a final cleaning and check of the car. This took forever. When i finally got the car. The inside of the windows were still dirty you can see the finger prints and the rear emblem had some chemical in it that oxidized the emblem. It took them a long time to seem like nothing had been done properly. I did appreciate the person helloing me to keep checking on me and letting me know the status instead of leaving me. The clean process and check process of the car needs to be better managed. It shouldn’t take that long for a half xxx job.

My online salesman Xavier was great! I live 2,000 miles away, and the whole transaction was done on my phone, and within 24 hours. Having to come up with a shipping company was the hardest part of the process.

Plus the cars we bought come with a 12-month/12,000 Mile Limited Power Train Warranty. We went to Hertz Car Sales - Torrance 3 different days in order to purchase 2 cars from them. The first day we just drove onto the lot and started walking around looking at the cars and were greeted in a friendly manner by a Hertz Representative named by Tammy Watkins. She was very knowledgeable about the cars we were interested in and offered us to test drive the cars. We ended up test driving several cars that day and Tammy was very patient with us and did not pressure us at all. We told her we like the cars and would come back with a mechanic another day to test drive and inspect the cars. Then we came back on a 3rd day to finalize all the financial, DMV, and warranty paper work to purchase both cars. Overall I want to thank Tammy Watkins and the rest of the Hertz Car Sales - Torrance team that helped our family buy 2 cars in the same week. My interest was in a leftover "new" 2024 Ranger XLT with 8 miles on the odometer. The dealer contact's demeanor was not pushy and very polite which encouraged me to want to work with them. However, he ultimately informed me this Ranger had sold before he and I could come to terms on a price for the truck.
