We spoke with the dealership’s internet sales representative Ray Miller prior to traveling to the dealership to verify the price and details of the car. When we arrived the car was pulled to the front and ready for the test drive. It isn’t, hard to fall in love with a 2019 Ford Mustang, but we had yet to discuss the final price based on their review of our trade. When Ray presented the deal, it was in very simple terms - asking price, value of your trade, and the difference (no hard sell gimmicks). The asking price was exactly what was represented on the website (with all rebates), the trade value was exactly what we hoped for, and there were no hidden surprises or fees. We were able to take their first offer, something we have never been able to do. This was the best car purchase experience we have ever had. Further, everyone was very friendly - the dealership had a very hometown neighbor feel to it. Ernie Grant, also made the paperwork of the purchase very easy and we were through it in no time. This was our first experience with this dealership, and we will definitely be back. I highly recommend this dealer!

She showed me my options in my budget. I was pretty nervous because I don't have the best credit and my current car I didn't think was worth very much. I had a bad car buying experience with my first car so I was pretty anxious about starting the process over again. Nicole made me feel comfortable every step of the way by thoroughly explaining everything. She had other customers in the store but never let me feel neglected. I worked with her all day and somehow with her magic, she got me approved for the car with monthly payments I could handle. It felt like she was a fairy godmother! The service was done very well, but the driver's seat will no longer go all the way back, and I was informed it will cost $1,100 to fix it. This is the second major system of the car to fail (sunroof). That does not make me think highly of the quality of a Lincoln car. great comfortable car. Beautiful color, excellent trim options and reasonable fuel economy. Third row seating is there if you need it otherwise plenty of room for shopping groceries
