I was totally amazed with my experience still in shock how Tim Shea got me in the SUV I needed because the one I wanted had less mile 18k but the banks wanted a larger down payment, but the SUV I got still was the same model and had under 50k miles on it, and less money also I love the color of the interior and key point is it's more space for my children. My 19 year old son and I purchased a car here. My son called and let Steve Azara know he was going to come by to see a ?27 Honda Civic. It had been snowing heavily for days. Steve had the car cleaned off, warmed up, and waiting out front when we arrived. Steve treated questions from both myself and my son with respect, honesty, and kindness. My 19 year old son was shopping for a used car, and I was the co-purchaser. He called Bob Maxey and let Steve Azara know that he was interested in test driving a used ?17 Honda Civic. It had been snowing for days. When we showed up for the test drive, Steve had the car cleaned off, warmed up, and ready out front. He welcomed us both with helpful information for our test drive, but he was not at all pushy. Steve took time to make sure our questions were answered fully and made sure to speak to both of us as co-owners. Other dealers tended to speak only to my son (the driver) or me (the one providing more money). We both left feeling respected. Steve was able to get us quickly approved for a good deal on the loan. Purchasing went smoothly and was very organized. The car was detailed beautifully. My son and I were super pleased. We had never been to Bob Maxey previously, but will now highly recommend it to family and friends.

great comfortable car. Beautiful color, excellent trim options and reasonable fuel economy. Third row seating is there if you need it otherwise plenty of room for shopping groceries
