The sales process was very good. I wish we could have driven the car we bought before signing on the dotted line, but we accepted driving a similar one. I also wished that when we said we wanted leather seats that Kristy would at least have offered to check to see if there was something that would have better met our needs. In the end, Kristy was not pushy and she made it easy to buy. We also felt that we got a good deal. Dealing with Nikolas was a breeze in the Finance Department. And the gals who dealt with the payment, plates and an item we had left in the Jeep were terrific, super-helpful. However, after not having a new car in 13 years, the technology needed a real tutorial. Better yet, we would have preferred it had she set us up with someone right away to show us how to use the features. (She may be comfortable not knowing how her Lincoln works, but ours was intended to be a longer term commitment.) Not having an owner's manual in hand, we spent a lot of time Googling and were still incredibly frustrated! Finally, after about 6 weeks of this, we shared our frustrations in very plain, clear language with Kristy, who told us to go to the owner's manual and Google, which we had already done many times. At that point, we almost wanted to return the darn vehicle with 3,900 miles due to sheer frustration. Thankfully, Kristy heard what we were saying and that was when Kristy introduced us to Mr. Android, Matt! He sits right next to Kristy and, boy, does he know his stuff!
