After a recent hospitalization, to receive the level of empathy from Carlos was comforting, although I was experiencing pain and discomfort as I sat waiting for my vehicle to be serviced. Even his voice sounded different, There was an added layer of concern and I might add that he always established eye contact, and he waited for a response.
