Best parts department ever! I get all my parts from there. Everybody's super nice answers every question I have. Super employee of the year is "Carl" I wanted an oil change before I went on a trip and I always come to your dealership to get it but I couldn't get an appointment as fast as I wanted. Went to two oil shops and they said I need it full synthetic oil. So I called the man that knows all Carl and he told me that I needed a synthetic blend for my F-150. I got my oil and filter from him also battery wiper blades even changed the batteries in my key fobs. He then said his wife is getting a new F150 truck. Now I'm thinking I want a new truck just got a convince my wife! I have 2016 f150 with 80,000 miles on it. I'll probably call Carl to see how can I convince my wife! Lol! Put salesman on his job title too! Thanks to ALL in Parts department! Rod

Brighton Ford is a family-friendly, low-pressure, hassle-free, reliable place to get your next vehicle, and we highly recommend seeing Jerry Niskar when you go! Not only do we love working with him, but our extended family does too. Super down-to-earth, kind, knowledgeable gentleman who is really funny too. It's so nice to go there and take your time looking around without feeling any pressure. Jerry hears your needs and always finds a great deal. And options! We just bought our 16 year old her first car, and Jerry was great pointing us in the right direction of which cars were the safest and best for what she'd use it for. We left feeling great that we visited, and we plan to see him again for all of our vehicle needs.
