New and used 2026 Ford Explorer for sale near Crestwood, MO

One of my best car shopping experiences. Was looking for a used car for my daughter to take to college and Kevin W. and Dominic were awesome to work with. No pressure tactics and Kevin was patient throughout with us and made sure all of our questions were answered.

Pretty easy process for us. We knew what we were already going to be looking at because we really wanted a hybrid. We bought it used but the dealership did a really good job inspecting it and making sure it not a lot was wrong with it. If it weren't for the smoker who was in it last I think the headliner would be cleaner but otherwise the car was in good shape inside. There were a few dings here and there on the outside. The car drives and runs really smooth and overall was happy.

Researching the Ford Edge and went in to test drive. The sales person was very helpful and knowledgeable! I'm visiting other area Ford dealerships but hope to come back to see Kevin when ready to buy.

Our salesman Kris Boschert was absolutely outstanding. He was knowledgeable and professional. He took his time explaining All the features on the truck. I would recommend him to anyone. If I could give him six stars I would.

I would highly encourage folks in the Metro area to visit Schmidt Ford in Collinsville. They are a wonderful staff to deal with and there is no pressure from the sales staff. I was about 2-1/2 hours from the dealership so they informed me when everything was ready prior to me heading out to minimize time. Truck was just as described and everything was in working order.

This Service Department saved my sanity. I had an issue on a new Ford Focus that no other service department in area could even locate, tried 2 other service departments including original dealer car was purchased from. They found it and fixed it in 2 days.

Very pleased with the handling of the sale. Almost no wait time. I did notice on the envelope for the paperwork, that the address of the DMV is incorrect. It, the DMV, is on Zumbhel now not on Raymond.
