I purchased a 2026 Ford Expedition (King Ranch). The was no pressure from the salesperson (Mark Gottwald). He was friendly compassionate and understanding when it came to the model of vehicle I wanted. We were allowed to take the vehicle for a test drive which allowed me to make my decision on purchasing the vehicle. He assisted with the trade in value of my car. The finance manager (Chris Jansen) methodically went over every detail of the paperwork (maintenance plan, Gap Insurance and title application) to ensure we understood all the information and acknowledged our and Fords responsibilities. Experience for others may not meet their expectations, but for me in my opinion, Overall, my experience was great with the dealership at Capitol City Ford located on East Washington Street, Indianapolis, IN. Ford of Homewood review
About two weeks, I was in need of another used pre-owned vehicle. I like Fords. So I stopped in at Ford of Homewood on a Saturday. I was met by a very nice and knowledgeable sales representative named Juan. I discussed my needs, wants,and financial limits with him. After looking at several vehicles, we found a vehicle that met my needs and price. Paperwork was drawn up down payment made and that evening I was the new owner of a great 2015 Ford Escape. Barbara in the the finance department was most in helping me on the financial end of this purchase. Thank you Ford of Homewood. Enjoying my new vehicle.
