As with any vehicle new or used (but especially used) purchasing a warranty is a must for my family and I...it would appear that all negative reviews I've read have to do not with the dealership, but with the lack of extended warranty coverage - unfortunate that customers choose to associate this lapse in their judgement with the integrity of the dealership. You will not be disappointed in your experience - great team, great vehicles, great experience!

The assistance I received from the team at Bergstrom and the fact that this Edge was Gold Certified with the Blue Advantage was very much an aid in our decision to purchase our vehicle here. We purchased a 2024 Luncoln Nautilus with 5k miles. We needed to bring it back for some minor items. Bergstrom said it would take a full day and they didn't have a loaner available. Ally suggested that Bergstrom pick up the car from my residence. WOW! That was above and beyond. Ally also texted me periodically throughout the day to let me know the service progress. I appreciated this because then I could have an idea of when my vehicle would be returned. Ally texted me when the driver left Neenah and in 20 minutes, our Nautilus was in our driveway. Shout out to Matt N for his salesmanship as well!

She is now a Ford Edge convert! They easily took a vacation's worth of toys, food, clothes a big dog and and active three year old. It is so easy for Seniors to get in and out, great height to see others on the road, great safety features and easy to get kiddos strapped into!
