Suburban Ford of Waterford review
This Review all about Sharr Garza! She is the only person you want to deal with at this location. The patience and time she took explaining things to me was above and beyond appreciated. She communicated and even double checked my car and found things the collision shop missed and I wasn’t even upset about it because she was honest, upfront, and got everything ordered and fixed right away! She really makes it a point to make sure the customer is fully taken care of and satisfied with their service! As far as I’m concerned she should be the Manager of this location! Employees there could really learn a lot from the way she does things.

Picked up my new Ford Outer Banks Sports Bronco a little over a week ago and I just love it ! This was the first time in over 50 years of buying a car that I had to order a car and wait almost 3 months for it, but it was so worth the wait ! My salesman, Jim Flynn, made the process so easy, from ordering the car, to the day of delivery. Thrilled with the color I picked out (Area 51) and so glad I went with the black top -- it really makes a difference in the way the car looks. Could not be happier with my purchase.

Serra Ford Farmington HillsReviews
Serra Ford Farmington Hills review
????? I had an absolutely outstanding experience at Serra Ford, and I can't say enough great things about my sales guy Will and the entire team there. I came in on a Saturday morning knowing exactly what I wanted in an F-150, and Will made it his mission to check every single box. He listened, he delivered, and he never made me feel rushed or pressured. Finding the right truck with all my specific requirements could have easily turned into a stressful, multi-week ordeal ? but Will made it feel effortless. What really blew me away was how smoothly everything came together. From the moment I walked in to the moment I drove off the lot, the entire process ? test drive, negotiation, financing, and delivery ? was handled all in one Saturday morning. That kind of efficiency is rare in any industry, let alone car buying. The finance team was just as impressive ? quick, transparent, and no surprises. Everything was clearly explained and handled with professionalism. If you're in the market for a Ford and want a buying experience that's actually enjoyable, ask for Will at Serra Ford. He and his team have set the gold standard for what car buying should feel like. I drove away in my dream F-150 with a huge smile on my face, and I'd do it all over again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend! ??

Pat Milliken Ford review
Tim Shea is hands down the BEST at what he does at Pat Milliken Ford. I filed bankruptcy for the first time not knowing what to expect, but Tim gave me some great advice. Because of his VIP Bankruptcy program I went from a 2015 car to a 2022 SUV. I watched him work diligently with finance companies to ensure I had the best options possible. Great guy. Great service. Great results. Thank you Tim for everything. I won't let you down!

I do not give reviews very often - only when very bad or very good service. Service folks at Szott Ford were a pleasure to deal with.

Village FordReviews
Village Ford review
Keith at Village Ford in Dearborn was absolutely outstanding to work with. From start to finish, he made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and genuinely enjoyable. He was knowledgeable, honest, patient, and never made me feel pressured at any point. He took the time to answer every question, explained everything clearly, and went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. It’s rare to find someone in car sales who is this professional, responsive, and easy to work with. If you’re looking for a vehicle, I highly recommend asking for Keith at Village Ford Dearborn. Truly a top-notch experience.

I don't drive much so my last oil change was several months ago. Although arriving early, this place was bustling but that was OK as I planned ahead and brought a book.

Bill Brown Ford review
Purchased a used vehicle here with Max as my salesperson. We purchased it sight unseen online. Max provided extra pics and videos and answered our questions immediately. He took care of sending paperwork overnight and ensuring process was completed in a timely manner. He also assisted with shipping process of vehicle 300 miles to us. All went smoothly and vehicle was received as described. Greatly appreciated. Greg

Porcaro FordReviews
Porcaro Ford review
No shenanigans in purchasing my 2022 Maverick XL. I had heard all the horror stories about the long waits to get one of these, only to be clobbered w a big dealer mark up when it finally arrived. None of that at Porcaro. MSRP and the required taxes and paperwork fees and that was it. Very direct process, and trustworthy people to deal with. Porcaro is the place to make your vehicle purchases.
