I liked working with Nisha, not pushy, very nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. Only issue I really had (I don’t fault mishaps for) was the attention to detail that was given to detailing the car. Heavy dust and grim in easy to see places and crumbs/cereal under the seats. I will have to take it for detailing. Also the car needed new wiperblades right away as they where split.
It's always nice to know that shopping for and ultimately buying a vehicle doesn't have to be a frightening experience! We saw a car online that interested us, and made the 30 min drive out to Youngstown. We were met by Stan and he immediately helped us out. We knew what we wanted, and we knew what we had to trade in.
At no point did Stan try and upsell us, or push towards something we weren't interested in. He listened to us and helped us get the truck we wanted. He was very helpful throughout the process, and did an excellent job keeping us informed. It was absolutely worth the drive, and I will be referring others to him in the future!
We have been customers of the Honda Store for many years. Always received excellent sales and service. Paul McKay was our salesman this time and he did not disappoint. He made our purchase very easy to negotiate and was very knowledgeable about all of the purchase options. Our final price for the Pilot was below what we expected to pay. When our car was ready for pick up he explained all of the instrumentation and details of the vehicle and he made sure we understood everything.we were very impressed with Paul and extremely satisfied. We will continue to use the Honda Store as our #1 dealership and Paul as our #1 salesman. Also wanted to give Patrick in finance a 5 star review for helping us explain all of the finance and warranty options and working with us until we fully understood all of the paperwork.
Easy to work with, honest approach. Saw a few vehicles online, called to inquire. Josh had them sitting up front waiting for me when I got there. No wait, straight to the point. Easy purchase. Went so well the first time, my wife went back the next day and bought a vehicle from Josh too. Couldn't have gone better.
The team took the time to go through all of the vehicle options with my husband and I when we went in to find a new family vehicle for our growing family. They answered all of our questions and broke everything down for us.
I must say, their service is "IMPECCABLE" to say the least. They don't just sell you the car and walk away; they actually insist they that you please allow them to teach you how to work ALL the gadgets You need a ride just ask for Ron the car salesman and Angel in finance. Arrived promptly at 9:30 AM for a scheduled appointment. I was greeted pleasantly by service. Joan Shea was my advisor. she gave me a quote for diagnosis to determine why I had low heat problem, when outside temperatures are in single digits or below zero. I was grateful they got me in.
Had definite intentions to go to two dealerships to check out a car at each that I saw online. Went to Donnells first and didn't bother to go to the other dealership. Jerry and Donny got me into the car I wanted--at a GREAT price! They want your business and THEY WILL WORK TO GET IT! Finance Department--very efficient and knowledgeable. (Stop in or go online and check out their Politically Incorrect Store Notice--Love it.)
My mother, who is 91, decided she wants one last car in her life and chose a Kia Soul. The sales agent - Brian Boswell - was a perfect fit for my mother, answered all of her questions, and alleviated all of her anxieties. She even leased the car which I never imagined she would want to do. Thanks Brian.

My husband & I went to Donnellvof Salem to purchase our 2nd Ford truck. Because of the excellent service we received for our 2010 F150, we knew we wanted to purchase a new 2018 tere also. Our sales consultant was very knowledgeable and treated us with courtesy, patience, and sometimes humor.
Poor follow up. No return calls. Promised repairs.

Buying process was quick. Easy. Personnel seemed friendly. However, Used car we bought was unfamiliar to sales reps.
We were promised a call back on Mon for a repair due in writing. No call. We called Mon and Tues (2x) left messages as well. No calls.
This certainly is not good customer service and referrals will be hard to give based on our experience thus far. Quick to take our money.
