New to the area, I took my wife’s Camry XLE in for periodic maintenance. I called the service department and received a same day appointment. The telephone receptionist was exceptionally courteous and friendly and provided me everything I needed to know. I was greeted promptly at the service center and introduced to My service advisor, Micah who was very professional and courteous. Micah escorted me to the customer waiting lounge which was well appointed and comfortable. Service was quick, professional with no pressured upselling. Probably the best auto service experience I’ve ever had in my 65 years of driving. Without reservation, highly recommended.

engine slips at 55-60 and when it takes off.I have had this car over a year and am so tired of the skipping.Ford motor said to just drive it til they get a code to fix it..I think when you pay this much for a car and it's new it should run like one...not a very happy customer. My family has always been a ford family..
I took my car to the dealership to get my air conditioning fixed as 2 other people couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. At first the dealership thought it was something easy but it turned out to be much more complex and took over 2 days to fix. They didn't charge me for the extra labor costs since they underestimated the amount of work it would take. Sean Foster, out service person was great. He gave me a car to use for a couple days and kept me apprised ofd going on with it my car. Excellent customer service.

Have had it a couple of months and on the highway at 75mph with strong wind the windshield molding flew off !! This made me look online at the part and it shows more than 34 complaints of this happening.why in the world has this not been fixed! My car sounds like a window is down on the highway and rattling the dash ! Super sad about this . 40,000 miles on it .
Just bought a used truck from these guys and it was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and came across as honest. I would buy another vehicle from Daisy Motor Group again.

lots of storage and cheap to keep . Rode like a car and was great in the snow . Pulled my 20 foot boat with ease.
Cathy was absolutely GREAT! Cathy made the entire process very comfortable. Our family truly appreciates the extra time she took to help find our truck. No pushing or shoving just extremely helpful and at our pace. Thanks Cathy!

The car met all our needs but one, towing. Decent and as advertised but not great with rolling hills or the mountains of Tennessee. Advertised limit is really the limit.
If you are looking for a professional sales person who will listen to what you want is laid back about your decision to purchase then Jordan Casas is the person to contact! 512-583-3209 I started my search in 2016, but was very particular about the model, mileage and exterior/interior colors we wanted. Jordan kept in touch since the 3rd quarter of 2016! We finally found what we wanted in February of 2017. We been driving our Acadia for 1 month now and absolutely love it. Best thing - my bank UFCU didn't require any payment for 60 days.

This vehicle has everything that I need, tow package, four wheel drive and is very stylish and comfortable inside. The third row seating is surprisingly roomy and I love the stowable seats.
Cathy was so helpful throughout the entire process and made this experience so fun and easy. I appreciate all the time she put into helping me and for all of the great advice she has given me. I highly recommend Cathy to anyone looking to buy a new car!

I recommend Explorer those looking for comfort and spacious car interior. Everything is well designed and looks luxurious all over. I purchased this two months ago and might be a little soon to review its performance but so far I am happy with what I got.
I just don't recommend the dealership where I bought from : " Ford of Orange, CA" stay away from them.

Such an easy buying process thanks to Eric! He made sure we got the deal that was affordable to my budget. I want to thank Autonation for giving me a great deal on my trade-in!! Didnt think I would get that much but Eric and staff made it happen. I highly recommend anyone even thinking about getting a new car to visit Eric & Autonation, you’ll thank me later! :)

I've been going to AutoNation Chevy West Austin for over fifteen years. They provide top-notch quality service every time. They clearly communicate any changes to the original service estimate so there are never any surprises. All the folks there know what they're doing and they all deliver exemplary customer service, to a level we seldom see these days. Sort of like how companies used to treat their customers, you know? I recommend AutoNation Chevy to all my friends.

Handles great. Plenty of power. Roomy. Good interior design. Lots of extras. Economical. Laying down the back seats gives you plenty of room or stand them up to haul a couple more people.
In April, 2017, I shopped for a new truck in Austin, TX, reviewing Toyota, Ford, Chevy and Dodge offerings . The Charles Maund Toyota sales team was by far the best. Veronica Sifuentes was just excellent as the point sales person. She listened to me to understand my needs/wants and then matched me with Toyota's best/most appropriate product (2017 Tundra). Unusually strong sales skills/talent, very easy to work with and followed up on everything. The sales experience was much better than anticipated, with no pressure, honest negotiations, reasonable give and take, and a very efficient sales close process. An interesting note: While talking with Ford, I mentioned I was trading in an old Toyota Tundra and shopping for a new "best" truck. Their sales guy said "Hmmm, most Toyota owners buy another Toyota truck, because they so enjoyed their prior one." Absolutely true, and after reviewing/driving the top 4 truck brands - I bought another Toyota Tundra. My last one was the best truck I've ever owned, with no significant repairs needed in 9 years of ownership. Currently, Ford F150 gets better gas mileage, Chevy Silverado has more tech inside, Dodge Ram is kind of pretty, but the Toyota Tundra is the most reliable, has the best repair record, is safer and will haul you out of the ditch every time - no sweat. The truck is just awesome - buy one and you will not regret it.
Buying my new truck from Riata Ford in Manor, Tx was the easiest that I have ever experienced. Michael Jackson was great. He comes across jus like your next door neighbor. What they didn’t have on the lot that I liked, he checked with their other holding lot and found exactly what I was looking for. Also when signing the paperwork Ryan Fisher never pressured me into buying the extended coverage. Great job y’all.

This car looks 'classy', has lots of 'bells and whistles', lots of horsepower, very 'cushy' inside. Sadly, had to say good bye to our Jeep Sahara; she was not well. We'll miss her looks, but we'll enjoy the smooth ride, and cush of our Explorer.
I worked with Clarence at the Leif Johnson Superstore North, and he was very helpful with all my questions and making the process easier. I also appreciated the follow up.

I wasn't looking for this one but it stood out and I had to test drive it. My Wife feel in love with it before we got out of the lot.
I'm a new car owner of a 2018 Ford EcoSport, and I have to say that the team at Leif Johnson Ford made it quite a magical experience for me. I was driving an older 2007 Honda Pilot, but wanted something more my size (I'm a petite 4'10" woman) with modern tech features. My sales consultant, Brian Barnett, was extremely helpful and listened to my likes and dislikes about my older vehicle. I explained to him how safety and fuel efficiency is important to me. So he had me get inside a few vehicles to get a feel for them. But once he showed me the EcoSport, it was true love! With the swing door on the back I can easily stand up on the bumper and load my kayak with ease. And don't even get me started about the 8 inch touch screen and the Hands free ApplePlay! I can not be happier with the customer service I received, and can't wait to get my future maintenance done through Ford. Thank you so much for making me feel like family!

I'm a car guy and it's important how the vehicle looks......and I really like this vehicle. It'll take me awhile to get used to all the new electronics. Once I learn everything, I think this will be my favorite vehicle I've ever owned.
Our salesman Dennis Williams helped to make our car buying experience very relaxing and comfortable. We didn’t feel pressured to buy and the process went very smooth and quick. We are very pleased with the truck we bought. This is our second vehicle purchased through Lief Johnson Ford and will probably be our go to spot when looking to purchase again. Thanks Dennis for all the help!

The fifth generation Explorer is a fantastic offering in its class. The Explorer Platinum offers features that compete with luxury brands (first row heated/cooled/massage seats, lane keep, adaptive cruise), and in 52,000 miles I haven't had an issue so far. The 4WD system handles great in the snow, and the 3.5L twin turbo V6 offers plenty of power. The second row captain's chairs can be moved forward to offer third row occupants livable legroom, and there's still plenty of cargo space behind that. It handles well, tows well and is all around the best vehicle I've owned. I would recommend this SUV over any other in its class.
This car is reliable, comfortable, and best SUV all around. Very comfortable for long car rides and best value for what you're paying! Get the best of both luxurious and safe driving.
Has everything you could ever want in a car. We have a 2016 Ford Explorer limited. Seems to have every option ever invented ! Even has massaging seats.
My wife and I had planned a long RV trip from Austin to Kentucky and Missouri to do genealogy research, listen to bluegrass music, sample some Kentucky bourbon and Missouri wine, visit Quilt stores and caves. I took my 2010 F-250 in for suspected ball joint and related issues and told Service Advisor Anthony Vento when our trip was planned. He assigned an extra worker to the job. It turned out to be a big job with side issues that I verified to be correct. Yes, we had our truck in time for our trip even though it was a close call. Thanks also to mechanic Rudy (that's the only name I have) and to all the folks that worked on my truck. Had I not had Maxwell Ford making the repairs my wife and I would not have even made it out of Texas and might have had a serious wreck. We logged 4,700 miles pulling an RV and had no problems whatsoever! Thanks to all that helped, it was a great trip and we accomplished all our goals!

Great vehicle, very comfortable to ride in, great visibility, makes driving a pleasure again. Safety features are great without the clutter and distractions on other new vehicles. Features are very intuitive to use. One feature that it came with is the front camera, I didn't think it was necessary, but after trying it out, it really is handy to see what you can't see over the hood of the vehicle.
