Todd Wenzel Chevrolet review
I bought a used car in November with no warranty. I drove it away the next day I saw smoke coming from the exhaust. I called my Salesman Jamie Walters he stepped up and had me go to a service station near my home that they had a relationship with. They fixed the problem and paid the bill. No hassels, no bickering. Class act. Thank you!!!
2017 Ford Explorer review
Bought this car in 2019 as my daily driver. It has enough space to transport my large and was very reliable until about 160,000 miles. Gasket seal and O2 sensors failed causing me $800 in repairs. Not super expensive, but like the previous review says check to see if there are any open recalls. Currently at 230,000 miles and still driving. If you follow the suggested maintenance schedule you'll be fine. If not, you'll be in for some trouble.

Apple play used to connect but no longer does. Didn’t notice passenger door wasn’t installed properly until I took a road trip and the noise!!! Drivers side arm rest squeaks as though it’s about to come apart. Very noisy engine over 40 mph.

Oh,the best experience I?ve ever had buying a vehicle. Liji the sales person was just great! I will go back for a car when the time comes. I had been to Ziegler of Plainwell and my wife was in tears after the high pressure. Don woodhams was very comfortable and I am sorry I didn?t buy my new 150 from them.

Woodhams Ford Lincoln review
We were so impressed with Ross! We weren't even really looking to buy a car, only test drive! But due to his knowledge and no-pressure approach, we found the car we didn't even know we were looking for! He was accommodating to our timeline and explained the financing options as well as took care of communicating with our insurance company. He seemed to really care about making us happy. The best part was when he let me pick out a Bonco hat! He was super thoughtful and caring!!
2023 Ford Explorer review
Quiet, comfortable and powerful car. I have the twin turbo that puts out 400 hp. General gas mileage is 19-20 city and 24-25 highway. The only thing that I would change on this vehicle is that I would like to be able to turn off some of the automatic operations on a semi-permanent basis.

Woodhams Ford LincolnReviews
Woodhams Ford Lincoln review
This is our first vehicle purchased at Woodhams, as we are fairly new to the area. Ordered a new 2026 F-150 to replace my 2015 F-150. This was my 4th Ford vehicle and was the best buying experience ever!! Mark and Jonathon Woodhams were both a pleasure to work with and kept me informed on the status of my order. They even took pictures and videos of it coming off the delivery truck. I traded in my 2015 F-150 and couldn’t be happier with the trade in process and the price they offered me. I recommend this family owned dealership to everyone and will definitely purchase our next vehicle from them again. They made me feel like family.
2020 Ford Explorer review
I recently applied for a car from thrifty auto Sales In Westfield, Massachusetts, I received a call back from Mike. He wasn't a pushy salesman. He just actually was. I still interested in a vehicle which I was I've held off for six months without a car. I took a chance and I AM totally satisfied with the service Mike kept Istrate open and honest and I walked out with a 2021 Toyota Camry. I am very pleased with them. I would recommend them to anyone. I have troubled credit but they still worked with me. Thank you, Mike.

I has a Great buying experience at Porcaro Ford! I was looking for a newer mid-sized SUV and the salesman at Porcaro listened to my needs, showed me what they had and offered to search for a vehicle if needed. Luckily the 2019 Ford Edge ST on the lot was a perfect match. Very pleased with the whole experience.

2021 Ford Explorer review
I often drive to the Michigan upper pennisula in the winter. This SUV has never disappointed me. One time I was driving up to Sault Ste Marie early in the morning. The road was slippery with blowing snow. The outside air temp was MINUS 41. i was alone with hardly ever seeing another vehicle. I kept thinking "trust this vehicle" because my life literally depended on it. I had no problems. And everything was on high - the defroster, rear defrost, heated steering wheel, heated seat, radio and keeping my phone charger plugged in. And in case you wonder why I would venture out in these conditions - I was called for jury duty and made it on time !! It has also gotten me out of deep snow.

2022 Ford Explorer review
I have a 2022 Ford Explorer King Ranch, and I purchased it 13 months ago; this vehicle looks brand new and it is extremely comfortable, stylish, and reliable. I am so glad I purchased this vehicle. I will be sure to remain on top of the recommended maintenance schedule through authorized Ford Service Departments. Make sure you use a collapsable windshield cover to keep direct sunlight off of your dashboard when parked, which in some extreme cases, can make the leather warp or buckle; this is not just associated with Ford, but all automobile manufacturers that have real leather dashboards ~ especially when in super warm climates.

If you are thinking of purchasing from Brock here at Betten Chevy/GMC, look no further. Ask for Brock Williams. I had never renewed a lease and with his help and the perfect truck for me- he made the process so easy. He is kind, gentle, helpful, keeps his promise, and the most trustworthy salesman I have ever worked with to make a car purchase. Everything I asked for he delivered. I live 1.5 hours away and I will make sure to return to him when my lease is up again. No one tops his customer service and I know he will treat you the same.

2021 Ford Explorer review
The ford explorer is an outstanding suv. The new design in 2020 is stylish and the rear wheel drive/4 wheel drive option is state of the art. The ecoboost engines are economical and extremely powerful. Ford dealers are everywhere! Ford parts are common and easy to obtain! I looked at the competitors. Front wheel drive is not suitable for trucks in my opinion. The handling of a rear wheel drive vehicle is outstanding. I actually have a 2022 platinum with the 3.0 v6 and this 2021 base with the 2.3 4 cylinder. Happy with each!!!

My son was looking for a vehicle and made contact with Nick. When we met with their financial officer, Mr. Paxton, he helped us to consider the options for financing, even if it meant using our own bank. They were low-pressure but eager to help; Nick was very quick to reply, even after hours. They were easy to work with, patient, and professional. Thanks, Nick and Jai, for making this a positive experience for my son and me.

Wife's car ,working at home not many miles low 20k as of2024 June. Still I wonder about trans fluid because of time. Problem that bugs me is the radio. Static in AM off and on ,and of course the business station 1220am about the market. UGH!! Third lease of explorer, so low in miles ,made it a purchase. 🤞👍

Extremely impressed with our buying experience at Cole. Saw the vehicle that we wanted on Cars.com and traveled from Wisconsin to see it. Neil McMahon answered all of our questions via email and phone. Received a great quote and made the 4.5 hour drive. Pristine dealership and greeted warmly. Neil was fantastic and very personable. Like talking to a trusted friend. We received everything that was promised and took the vehicle home that day. When signing the contracts we were not pressured into any expensive add ons. Very friendly employees especially the snack bar lady 😀. We would definitely purchase from Cole again if it wouldn't be so far away. Thank you for our vehicle. We love it.❤️

I love my ST all except for seating. I’m just not a fan of European style seating soo we had an upholstery shop up grade them. Sooo much fun to drive! Great gas mileage considering I’m a lead foot. And when needed you can put a full 4x8 sheet of plywood in the back.

2018 Ford Explorer review
This is my fourth Explorer. I decided in 2018 to order the top-of-the-line Platinum. This vehicle has all the bells and whistles for a person that wants the luxury of one of Fords top models. It has Platinum leather seats that are very comfortable. If you can find today, buy it. It has the 3.5L V6 that has great power on acceleration. You can only buy a V6 now on the 2025 Explorer ST which is a 3.0L. The cost is around $60,000 Loaded.

LaFontaine Lincoln of Grand Rapids review
Zach was great to work worth and offered us options that we targeted him at. We had a car we were interested in that was sold and he found us a car that was even better.
2023 Ford Explorer review
I have a 2023 Ford Explorer Platinum, and I purchased it 7 months ago; this vehicle looks brand new and it is extremely comfortable, stylish, and reliable. I am so glad I purchased this vehicle. I will be sure to remain on top of the recommended maintenance schedule through authorized Ford Service Departments. Make sure you use a sun blocker to keep direct sunlight off of your dashboard when parked, which in some extreme cases, can make the leather warp or buckle; this is not just associated with Ford, but all automobile manufacturers that have real leather dashboards ~ especially when in super warm climates.

2025 Ford Explorer review
I've had it for less than a week. Everything is going well, however, the center screen will take some getting used to. We'll see after a couple of months.
