Michelle has went above and beyond for me. I'm from Cheyenne came to Greeley to buy my dream truck. I bought it as is. 5 months later my truck starting having problems I was offer a warranty when buy my truck at the time I didnt think I need it. I should have got it. I have now had to put a new motor in my truck and Greely Subaru did what no other dealership would have done, they helped me get my truck fixed. Steve Palmer did more then I can describe he helped me with price and made sure I had a car to get back and forth for work while my truck was getting the work done. I will always put my trust with Greeley Subaru with my used vehicles. Thank you guys for fixing my baby and all the help. You are the best!!!
I was surprised when hesitated about car original cause and what part got repaired but Jacob was upfront with the details. Overall very good experience. Excellent customer service and friendly, courteous staff.
Great Experience.. started with looking @ the inventory online and then drove off the lot with no games no hassle no long waits just to haggle. They even brought my vehicle from one location to the next to meet my needs. Came from out of state and was in and out just as I explained that what was what I needed. Great job team!!!! Will definitely be recommending to whom ever is wanting a great vehicle at a good price and after it feels satisfied with the service in which they provide
Nick Sypert was AMAZING to work with!! He was very accommodating and there was no pressure whatsoever to purchase a vehicle. I would absolutely recommend seeing him for your next vehicle! My only complaint was it took 2 hours to sign the papers. I think they’re a bit under staffed in the finance department (Nick should be promoted!), but we got an amazing deal with an overall great experience, so I’ll definitely be making any future purchases at AutoSource...as long as Nick is there to help us out! :)

We had an amazing experience with Billy! Not only was he very knowledgeable he had amazing customer service! He was fantastic and patient with our children during our visit and even went as far as to drive a truck to us to show us some options when we couldn???t come to them. The only reason we rated the dealer a 4 was because of the very long wait time with their finance department. It was about 3 hours from the time we made the deal to the time we finally drove the truck off the lot.
I had a great experience at Spradley Barr Ford thanks to Tory Turpin! I went in on July 19 to look at a Ford Fusion and hopefully trade in my Cruze that I bought at auto nation (and didn???t like very much). I was frustrated with the car I had and really no idea how trading in my car would work, or if it was even possible because I just bought it 6 months ago! He sat down with me and explained every step of the way thoroughly. He was always ready to answer any question I had. He was very personable and fun throughout the whole experience. We test drove a few and I found one I REALLY liked. The tough part was I had some negative equity and quite a high interest rate, however I came back the next day and he had the car detailed and all the paper work filled out ready for me to sign- at a crazy deal and an interest rate that was far less than half my previous one. Tory was really understanding with my situation and didn???t pressure me into anything. I had the best, least stressful car buying experience thanks to Tory. I would highly recommend him if youre in the market for a new or used car.
I saw this dealership on Google. I went in and spoke to Salesman Riley Rausch and explained what I was looking for and price range. He went through his list of cars that fit my needs. He was excellent. He worked with me on what I needed to do to purchase the car. He gave me his card for future questions. He introduced his supervisor, Homer, who would be available if he was not. Nick was fabulous and showed us whatever we asked to see and never tried to push us into anything. He walked away when we needed to discuss and was right there when we had more questions. I had the pleasure of working with Dennis Blair (sales) and Quienten "Q" Clark (finance) two weeks ago on a new Ford Edge ST purchase. I had looked any many different makes and models and really liked the 2018 Ford Edge Sport that I originally drove at a dealer in Longmont. Short version is I got the high pressure sales tactics (I've been in sales for 20 years so that was NOT going to work on me). So next day I called Interstate Ford and was connected with Dennis. I explained what I was looking for and was ok waiting for 3 months for the new ST model. Went down and talked to him F2F and knew I was going to buy from him. Dennis has been doing this a long time and was easy to work with, answered my questions, and actually asked about my background. Dennis introduced me to Q so I had a chance to speak with him, learn about their extended warranty options, and even had them look at my current vehicle and get a $ number for trade in value. All of this was several months before I made the purchase. Three months later the car I ordered showed up and I bought it. I had already met the team and was quite comfortable with the process. Most of the paperwork was already done so I only spent about 90 minutes there from start to finish. I highly recommend Dennis, Q and the rest of the team at Interstate Ford.
