Very comfortable, good performance, nice amenities. Having had the previous version of Sync, the Sync 3 on this model is MILES ahead in user-friendliness and options. The vehicle is very quiet on the highway and excellent on road trips. Very happy with the purchase!
My husband and I had the best experience at Lupient we've ever experienced at a car dealership! It was a solid - well made vehicle. I enjoyed driving this on long trips. I felt save and a good vision of traffic - ahead.
Did not end up purchasing through them, but Adrian was very helpful from a long distance. Had it been a closer dealership, we no doubt would have went with then.

The Ford Explorer Platinum has a very beautiful exterior that has the look of a true SUV not a roller skate like some of the SUVS out there.
Met Tom Dawson a couple weeks ago and we looked at the Camaro. I decided I was still interested so I gave Tom call. He was knowldgeable and friendly. I recommend asking for Tom

$50,000 custom vehicle. Check engine lights turn on the the DAY it turns 60k miles, conveniently also the day the factory warranty is up. Beautiful vehicle inside and out but loud as xxxx to drive. Remote start works when it wants to. We traded off our Chevy Traverse with 280k miles on this pile of xxxx. Guaranteed that vehicle is still on the road. Never buy another Ford product EVER.

Rochester Ford was our first stop to look for a used vehicle. A young man by the name of Zach D. came to talk to us. He asked what we were looking for and brought up two cars for us to look at. He was spot on and we ended up buying both of them. Zack was so kind and thoughtful of our needs. He was not pushy and did not try to sell us something we didn’t want. The sport trim which is what I have has a lot of get up and go. A lot of space it's easy to transport items as well as to switch between cargo space and 3rd row seats. Red noises a minimum handles well and curves thoroughly enjoy driving the vehicle
Had very specific needs due to my health and Hector was very patient to listen to them and my price range and to even show me vehicles not Ford products. A lot of this was done over the phone. I looked at some cars before I went in, researched during recovery and spent lots of time on the phone and email with questions for several weeks getting things narrowed down. Even took the time to come to me when I couldn't drive yet.
I ended up with my best trade in deal and health fit being the new 2018 Ecosport and for the first time got to pick my vehicles color. The big screen that hooks straight onto my phone and mimics everything so it's hands free is great. Easy to see navigation, back up camera, plenty of leg room for rear passengers and cargo space for my needs.

Very eye appealing. Good mileage. The XLT 202A package has almost the same equipment as a limited model. My vehicle has 50,ooo miles on it and it drives like new.
Schyler was great to work with. I set up an appointment to test drive a used Tahoe. We got there and they had it all ready for us to test drive. They where all upfront with what was wrong with it and it was nothing major. It has a small power steering leak and it looks like someone keyed it. So there is a scratch all the way down the passenger side. I wasnt worried about that. We talking with the mechanic that inspected it. He answered all of our question. The only thing I would have to say that I didn't like is Schyler asked many time if we wanted to buy it without letting us talk things over with each other. Other then that they all were great. They didn't try and get us to buy a new car or anything like that. We did get the Tahoe and loving it. He did make sure it was what we where looking for before we started any paperwork. If I ever am looking for a new vehicle again they will be the first place I check with. Thank you Rochester Mazda.

I'm just going to list the issues. E-Brake cut wiring harness, garbage tires only lasted 17k miles, massaging seats malfunction, rear lift door works when it wants, the wind shield dressing left and right side cracked and they replaced it. Today the driver side window dressing flew off on the highway at 65 mph. Back fires when I punch it, transmission slips while going up hill. They did some recall repair while getting my oil changed and now my airbag light goes on and off. This was supposed to be a great SUV and it's completely garbage. This is the 2017 Limited 3.5 Twin Turbo model LEMON.
I recently purchased a used vehicle from Rochester Ford. The staffs in this place are friendly, caring and professional. Hector Garcia in sales was wonderful to work with. He helped me with all my questions, gave me advice, and drove me home after the shuttle service was closed. He arranged his colleague to help me on time when he was at home. I picked a vehicle and switched to another one a week later. He was friendly and patient in the whole process. He really wanted me to be happy with what I was buying.

Love the look, size, and performance. Hate Ford reliability and quality control. Here are a few of the problems we have had: Transmission went out at 5k miles, PTU (transfer case) literally blew up st 22k, radiator fans relaced at 15k, 2 set of xxx Hankook tires thst Ford insisted there was nothing wrong with them, then issued a TSB admitting there were problems with them, headlights developed stress crack, A/C vent broke st 20k, nattery went out in 2 years, sest upholstery clips constantly come undone, and a carbon monoxide recall.
I brought my old ford focus to the service department due to a weird noise I was hearing. The service team found that my car needed over $2000 of repairs, which I was NOT paying, so I was essentially carless. Ryan in the service department was excellent at delivering this terrible news and explaining to me what was wrong with my car. Tom in sales then showed me a few different great options for buying or leasing within my price range. I ended up leasing, and I am very happy with my decision. The whole team at Rochester Ford really listened to my concerns and made the process seamless. They found me a car that met my needs and checked off all my boxes. Huge thank you to everyone over at Rochester Ford!

I purchased my 4X4 XLT with 45.000 miles on it .Its very nice quiet SUV pulls my boat well. But the front seat cushion is uneven so the back of my leg sits on a uneavan seem. And I am averag build .The brake pedal bracket is close to the gas pedal so when braking my foot is on the Brake pedal and bracket at the same time. Changing of the heat or AC can be like texting and driving I wish the controls were simpler. Gas mileage is a respectable 20 miles per gallon average even in Minnesota winter this vehicle does not have a lot of storage in the armrest or dash
David Sylwester of Rochester car clearance was very helpful in helping me decide on my used cobalt. His low key no pressure approach was much appreciated. I wish all salesman were like him. I felt very comfortable with his professional style .

Good power available when needed. Pretty paint - looks black, but is midnight green.
Has just enough ammenties- we're not fond of all the "bells and whistles" Couldn't be happier.

The ride is smooth and quiet. Easy to work with the technology. Extremely comfortable. I own a 99 Expedition, 08 F150, and now a 13 Explorer. Everyone I own has been good to me. Extremely reliable. And great for everything I do.

I love this car. The leather interior is slick and gives it that wow factor. Not to mention that this has been the most reliable car I have owned. It rides nice and I have yet to have a problem with it.

A lot of miles on this vehicle, but the engine only has about 40000 miles on it. It has a few things that don't work, but things I can fix. For the money I wanted to spend, I am happy with this vehicle.
They stuck with the problem and made sure it was taken care of in full. I was also kept in the loop the entire time so there were no surprises.

My initial reaction after owning it for a week is that the 2012 explorer is a drivers' car. It is a comfortable ride, but you do feel the road. The seating is comfortable and roomy in the first two row. Third row seating is not for big people. The second row seats 3 if the middle person is a small child. The electronics take a while to get set, but seem good once you figure out how to use them all.
Excellent customer service and great experience! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. We love our 2019 Equinox. Thank you Nate. Thank you Clements Chevrolet!
