This past December we were in the market for a new Ford Explorer after our old one's engine blew out on the highway. After a less than savory visit to Zumbrota Ford, we found a nice Explorer on cars.com that was over at Milo Peterson Ford. We made the drive without calling as it was not all that far from us and we figured if the one we wanted wasn't available we could look at some others. After getting a little lost trying to find it, we came across it practically sitting in the middle of a corn field. We stepped inside and they made us feel like family, they pulled up the stock number on the ford we saw on cars.com and it was still available. They ran out and warmed-up the car while we chatted with the sales staff inside. After a short test drive we bought that day. Thanks to the Milo Peterson Ford team we left happy customers.

I went to this dealership to buy a used car. However it didn't work out for me. I wasn't able to leave with a new car at that moment due to my own circumstances. The service was still exceptional and courteous. Very welcoming environment and straight to the business. I do plan on going back soon, when my unfortunate circumstances change. After driving for 4 days from Oregon on our way to Wisconsin, oil life in our Verano was at 4% when we reached Rochester, so we decided to stop at the dealership where we bought our car in 2013 to see if they would be able to do an oil change while we waited. Even though it was after three PM this was not an issue and we were on our way, with a clean car to boot, in less than an hour. The technician also mentioned that our air filter was looking dirty and replaced it.
