Rusty Wallace Chevrolet review
Had a rear brake pad failure and pad was cutting into the rotor. Luckily I was close to Rusty Wallace Chevrolet. I use my vehicle for work so I needed repaired ASAP. I spoke to a service advisor about my situation and she was awesome. They got me in right away and advised the front pads were worn as well and suggested replacement. They repaired my truck and had me ready to go in a little over an hour.

Rusty Wallace Honda review
Easy experience. Michael McGuiness is a fine salesman, giving me insights on the Civic I didn’t have. When the weather was threatening to turn bad the weekend I was coming to finalize the deal, they had a driver deliver my car to my work 190 miles away ! Now that’s service. My only complaint was no manual in glovebox, but if the dealership can’t find one, Honda will send one free. Would DEFINITELY recommend.

Amazing service from this dealership! Paul Duncan is an amazing salesman. He truly wants to make his customers happy! He was running.. LITERALLY running throughout the dealership to make things happen for me! Can’t thank him enough
2023 Ford Explorer review
Quiet, comfortable and powerful car. I have the twin turbo that puts out 400 hp. General gas mileage is 19-20 city and 24-25 highway. The only thing that I would change on this vehicle is that I would like to be able to turn off some of the automatic operations on a semi-permanent basis.

Knox Drives review
Me and my fiance have bought two great looking/running vehicles from Knox Drives and we couldn?t be more satisfied with our purchases! Matthew did great working with us!
2020 Ford Explorer review
I currently own a 2020 Ford Explorer XLT (used, bought with 50k miles). Before this I used to own a 2015 BMW X3 Xdrive28i. Now people reading this would be astounded to hear such a bad review for a german luxury vehicle. IT. WAS. TRASH. Sorry, BMW fanboys, but that is true. Anyways, coming back to the Explorer, it was a lot, lot better. Better mileage, Better comfort, A ton of space to even pack up to 5 large suitcases and five big boxes with only the third row down. Considerable performance and power for a massive three row SUV, compared to a “apocalypse ready, tough and rugged” Jeep Wrangler. Very sturdy car, fun to drive around. And really handy when you’re like me who decided to hit the road from Miami, FL to Cypress, TX (😁). I was worried whether evreything would fit in, but apparently there was way more space than that! Also if you are a parent with an infant, you will have NO problem fitting in a child seat. Another thing is that I use an iPhone and my wife uses a Samsung. It is compatible with both carplay and android auto. Now the best part: this is the most stylish SUV under $30k I have ever seen except for a Jeep Grand Cherowkee. My final verdict: The best, affordable, 6-7 seater SUV you can get on the auto market. And I am saying this not only from a driver-standpoint, but a parent as well. I have read other people’s reviews, and some will disagree with me. But after all, it is an automobile. Whether it be a million dollar Rolls-Royce or a Bugatti or a Ford, it is still developing. I am proud of what Ford can do. I highly recommend to those who are looking for a reliable and safe car, buy a Ford. They are incredible.

Landon Foster was a great salesman and made the buying process a pleasure. After so many negative buying experiences at other places, it was refreshing to find a salesman who wasn't pushy and has a good personality. I would buy from Landon again.

I had Zack as my salesman and he was awesome to have and was not a hawk over me. I told Zack what i was looking for and what my stipulations was. We met most with a minor debate however they didnt give up on me. We made a deal and I am very please with my purchase. Thanks again Zack and everyone else that was involved!

Have only had vehicle for 3 weeks but really like it. I’ve had F150’s for the past 12 years and thought I’d miss my truck, but I’m really enjoying this explorer. It’s more comfortable and fun to drive and the gas mileage is better.

Best experience I've ever had looking for and purchasing a car. From the start I was meet by the friendliest salesman Conor Sutton asking if he could help me. I told him what I was looking for and he was able to get me the car I had been looking for. No pushy salesmen at this dealership like most. Conor made the process of purchasing the car I wanted very easy and quick. And for a reasonable price. Finance gentleman was also very funny, kind and caring. Also not pushy. My last vehicle took 4hrs to purchase , a pain at another dealership. It maybe took a little over an hour from time I drove onto the lot. Quickest I've every been able to look, test drive and purchase. I can't say enough about the staff I met here. Very happy with my car. Seems to be very reliable. Thanks again Conor for all your help. I will be back for next vehicle to this dealership.

My experience with Rusty Wallace Chevrolet Clinton was great. I knew exactly what I was looking for and knew my numbers before I went. Looked at the truck, drove the truck and had a deal within 2 hours. No high-pressure sales tactics. My funding wasn't coming until later in the week. The TEAM worked with me on that. I would definitely go back to RWC Clinton
2025 Ford Explorer review
Driving experience is great. Either engine is plenty of power but even the base 2.3l is very fast. Rear wheel drive bias is noticeable in driving dynamics making it fun to drive. The new Google based infotainment system one of the best in the industry in my opinion.. Almost don't even need a phone with how smart it is. Blue cruise is very convenient for long monotonous highway drives if equipped

2018 Ford Explorer review
This is my fourth Explorer. I decided in 2018 to order the top-of-the-line Platinum. This vehicle has all the bells and whistles for a person that wants the luxury of one of Fords top models. It has Platinum leather seats that are very comfortable. If you can find today, buy it. It has the 3.5L V6 that has great power on acceleration. You can only buy a V6 now on the 2025 Explorer ST which is a 3.0L. The cost is around $60,000 Loaded.

2022 Ford Explorer review
I love this vehicle. My 2022 Ford Explorer XLT far exceeds my expectations. Handling is great. Performance is far better than expected. Gas mileage is 26mpg combined average for the 16,500 miles I have on the vehicle so far. The interior fit and finish could be better and the original tires...not holding up very well. The vehicle is comfortable and always a pleasure to drive. I always get compliments on the exterior style. In my opinion, it's one of the better looking SUV's on the road. The rear biased drive train give it superior handling, better than anything I test drove. Chevy, Subaru, or the Kia.

Cars 4 U LLC review
I don't usually do reviews but in this case, I feel I need to. My son and I went to Cars4U looking for a car for his son. We found a large selection of nice used cars and the staff was very friendly but not pushy. Kevin was especially helpful and we were able to find my grandson a nice 2019 Nissan Sentra. I must say, that I have never had such a pleasant and painless experience buying a car. I would highly recommend Cars4U and if I need another car, I'll probably go there first.
2023 Ford Explorer review
This is the first explorer that I have owned in nearly 30 years. I am coming from a ram 1500. I am surprised how comfortable this explorer is I’m really enjoying the gas mileage between 21 to 23 in town. I have not taken a trip on the highway yet.

2020 Ford Explorer review
Wife's car ,working at home not many miles low 20k as of2024 June. Still I wonder about trans fluid because of time. Problem that bugs me is the radio. Static in AM off and on ,and of course the business station 1220am about the market. UGH!! Third lease of explorer, so low in miles ,made it a purchase. 🤞👍

2020 Ford Explorer review
I recently applied for a car from thrifty auto Sales In Westfield, Massachusetts, I received a call back from Mike. He wasn't a pushy salesman. He just actually was. I still interested in a vehicle which I was I've held off for six months without a car. I took a chance and I AM totally satisfied with the service Mike kept Istrate open and honest and I walked out with a 2021 Toyota Camry. I am very pleased with them. I would recommend them to anyone. I have troubled credit but they still worked with me. Thank you, Mike.

Purchased a nice 2015 Jeep Wrangler from our favorite salesman Eric BigE Freeman. He and the staff at Rusty Wallace Ford in Dandridge have always helped us with our needs. Love doing business with BigE !!!
2025 Ford Explorer review
I purchased a 2025 Ford Explorer Platinum with the 3.0 liter 6 cyclinder. The car has lots of power and drives well. It has lots of acceleration and easily pulls a 5000 lb trailer. Things I like about the car: 1. Heated and cooled front massage seats. On a long drive the massage seats are fabulous! 2. Very good radio/sound system 3. Wireless Apple/Android connectivity 4. Lots of cargo space What I dislike: 1. Gas mileage between 19-22 mpg 2. Lane departure system annoying 3. Had a rattle noise in the front of the car at 9000 miles that the dealer could not find. At 11,000 miles, the rattle mysteriously went away. No idea what is going on here. 4. Sometimes when I open the rear hatch, the chime sounds loudly, The next time it does not sound at all. Wish I could just turn it off. ??

I love my ST all except for seating. I’m just not a fan of European style seating soo we had an upholstery shop up grade them. Sooo much fun to drive! Great gas mileage considering I’m a lead foot. And when needed you can put a full 4x8 sheet of plywood in the back.

2022 Ford Explorer review
I purchased the 2022 Timberline preowned about 1 month ago with appx 50k miles on it. I was disappointed that it does not have memory seats or a garage door remote button. (I didn't even notice this when test driving it). Who makes a car today with all the tech this car has and leaves off these 2 things! The interior is comfortable & well laid out. The ride is smooth & quiet. 2.3L turbo 4 cylinder is quiet & has amazing power. At idle it’s hard to tell that the engine is even running. The prior owner put on Michelin tires which contribute to the smooth, quiet ride. The seats are ActiveX (Ford’s name for vinyl) with cloth inserts. I’m 5’ 10” and 175lbs. My son who rode with me is 6’ 3” and 250lbs. Both of us found the seats comfortable & supportive on our 1st road trip. I’ve driven a Kia Telluride, which is a direct competitor. The Kia has a little more tech but I found the ride to be on the harsh side, especially in the second row. This may be attributable to the low profile 21” tires. The Timberline has 18” balloon tires which I much prefer. 2 weeks after purchasing it I made a 2,200-mile road trip from Dallas TX to Orgon. Fuel mileage ranged from 21 to 28 with an overall average of 24 mpg. *if I don’t drive over 70 mph on the highway the fuel economy goes up to about 32! *these numbers are from the actual miles & gallons of fuel used, not from the dash numbers, which I found are a little optimistic. It has a few bugs that I’ll have to deal with, but it’s a used Ford & not a Lexus. Overall, I'd say I'm very happy with this car & would recommend it.

Called the dealership that morning and explained what was going on with my vehicle. Josh Darby suggested I bring it in right away. I gave him my warranty info. He made contact with the warranty company and had my vehicle repaired the same day. I always receive quality service on oil changes, tire rotations etc. I don't take my vehicle to any other dealership.
